技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种用于铅酸蓄电池生产的模具,具体地讲,本实用新型涉及一种2V铅酸蓄电池外壳热封模具。
背景技术
2V阀控密封蓄电池体积相对较小,其中壳体与上盖的组装结构通常采用封装工艺实现成型,当今本行业主要采用热封或胶封两种型式实现产品外壳封装。热封工艺相对胶封工艺生产效率高、成本低、而且封装质量相对稳定,所以热封工艺应用更为广泛。但是,现有技术热封工艺配套的模具设计不尽合理,特别是模具加热凸台为直角形,此种结构因加热面积较大,造成热量不集中、热封加热时间长,再加上被封装的盖头是薄板件,在封装过程中若工艺参数协调不好,过热的盖头易发生翘曲变形,从而影响铅酸蓄电池的外观及封装质量。
实用新型内容
本实用新型主要针对现有技术的不足,提出一种结构简单、制作容易,热封作业时热量相对集中,封装质量好的2V铅酸蓄电池外壳热封模具。
本实用新型通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
2V铅酸蓄电池外壳热封模具,它由矩形的凸台和模板共同组成。其改进之处在于:所述凸台部四侧面均为由上而下向内斜置相同锐角的斜边,由此构成模具凸台部截面呈燕尾形。
作为进一步改进方案,所述凸台部四侧面斜置锐角相等,其角度α在30°~45°范围内择一而定。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、凸台部四侧面制成斜面,结构简单、制作容易;
2、凸台部四侧面内斜置,形成截面呈燕尾形的加热模具,此结构的模具与盖头接触面积小,对盖头加热的热量相对集中,因此加热时间短,所以热封的盖头不会发生翘曲变形问题。

下面根据附图并结合实施例,对本实用新型作进一步说明。
附图所示的2V铅酸蓄电池外壳热封模具,它由矩形的凸台和模板共同组成。所述凸台是模具与待热封装盖头直接相接触的一面,为了减少热封过程中凸台与盖头的接触面积,便于在接触部位快速传导热量,从而缩短加热时间,避免薄板制成的盖头受热翘曲变形。为此,将模具凸台部四侧面设计成斜面,即四侧面均为由上而下向内斜置等值锐角的斜边,本实施例斜边锐角α统一为30°。制成的模具凸台部截面如图1所示呈燕尾形,该结构在热封作业过程中,盖头仅在热封处受热,由于局部加热,热量相对集中,故加热快捷,减少变形,有利于提高外壳封装质量。

2.根据权利要求1所述的2V铅酸蓄电池外壳热封模具,其特征在于:所述凸台部四侧面斜置锐角相等,其角度α在30°~45°范围内择一而定。
