- the normal shutter glasses Upon receiving this synchronization signal, the normal shutter glasses perform shutter control so that the shutter opens at the timing when the normal screen is output, and the shutter closes at the timing when the menu screen is output. Shutter control is performed so that the shutter closes at the timing when is output and the shutter opens at the timing when the menu screen is output.
- the viewer operating the remote controller 120 can manually view the menu screen in the operation mode by manually switching the selector switch of the selection unit 133 of the shutter glasses 130.

You may make it switch as follows.
- human body communication is a technology that performs communication by passing an electric current through the human body, and by attaching terminals to the parts of the remote control 120 and the shutter glasses 130 that come into contact with the skin, When a person touches the remote control 120, it can be detected that the person has touched.

- the present invention is not necessarily limited to this.
- the normal screens A1 to A4 and menu screens B1 and B2 are output alternately as two sheets and one sheet, as in A1-A2-B1-A3-A4-B2. You may make it do.
- the shutter glasses can be either a normal screen or a menu screen by sending a synchronization signal so that the timing to output A1, B1, A3, B2 can be determined, that is, the timing at which the type of output image switches. Shutter control can be performed so that the user can select and view.
- a set of images that constitute the same video stream with continuous output timing, such as A1-A2 is called an image set
- the synchronization signal is a signal that indicates the switching timing of the image set. Good.
- the video displayed in the normal mode may be reduced and displayed.
- the screen that is temporarily switched from the normal screen is the menu screen for changing the setting of video and audio.
- the present invention is not necessarily limited to this. Absent.
- a screen that temporarily displays information necessary in response to a user operation may be displayed superimposed on a normal video.
- the graphics is generated only in the operation mode.
- the present invention is not limited to this. It may be configured to generate graphics regardless of the mode. In this case, the generated graphics are combined with video and displayed in the operation mode.
- graphics are generated for each frame to be displayed, but the present invention is not limited to this.
- the video output device temporarily holds the generated graphics until the display contents of the graphics are changed, and the video and the held graphics are combined and displayed. Good.
- the image output order in the operation mode is A1L, B1L, A1R, B1R,..., But is not limited to this.
- the output order may be A1L, A1R, B1L, B1R,. That is, what is necessary is just to output these four systems of images periodically as one set.
- the video output device of the present invention is useful as a video output device that allows multiple viewers to dynamically switch and view different videos on a single display device.

Abstract
