本实施例的系统信息可被划分为 2类 ,公共系统信息是对多个组成载波而 言相同的系统信息,而某一个组成载波的专用系统信息可以是该组成载波特定 的信息。 用户设备通过掌握所述公共系统信息和专用系统信息的变化情况,执 行相应系统信息的更新, 可减少更新过程的复杂性, 从而降低功耗。 基站在发 送更新的系统信息时, 可在每个组成载波上发送与该载波相应的专用系统信 息, 并在具有广播系统信息功能的多个组成载波上发送新的公共系统信息,使 得用户设备能够在发送公共系统信息的任意一个组成载波上获取公共系统信 息。 当然, 基站可以在部分组成载波上发送公共系统信息, 此时用户设备可在 相应组成载波上获取公共系统信息。在一个例子中, 所述向用户设备提供系统 信息变化情况的指示消息包括: 向用户设备发送寻呼消息或系统信息块 1 消 息, 在所述寻呼消息或系统信息块 1 消息中携带系统信息变化情况的指示消 息。 所述指示消息中可包括: 专用系统信息发生变化的指示标签, 用于指示是 否有专用系统信息发生变化; 发生专用系统信息变化的组成载波的索引号, 用 于指示是哪些组成载波的专用系统信息发生了变化。 所述指示消息中还可包 括:公共系统信息发生变化的指示标签,用于指示公共系统信息是否发生变化。 当然,也可通过其它自定义的消息携带所述系统信息变化情况的指示消息, 本 实施例不进行限定。
下面假设系统存在 A、 B、 C、 D和 E这 5个组成载波, 并且 A、 B、 C这 三个组成载波具有广播系统信息的功能, 组成载波 C和 D可不具备广播系统 信息的功能。其中 A、 B和 C这 3个组成载波发生系统信息更新,则基站( eNB, eNodeB )可向 UE发送 paging消息或 SIBl消息, 以向 UE指示 Α、 Β和 C这
3个组成载波发生系统信息更新。 基站可将载波 A、 B和 C需要更新的系统信 息中相同的部分作为公共系统信息, 而将载波 、 B和 C各自特定的系统信息 作为专用系统信息, 并将这一情况通知 UE。 在发送更新的系统信息时, 基站 可将载波 、 B和 C各自的专用系统信息在相应载波上发送, 使得 UE在相应 载波上可获得对应的专用系统信息, 如 UE可在载波 A上获得载波 A的专用 系统信息, 在载波 B上获得载波 B的专用系统信息, 在载波 C上获得载波 C 的专用系统信息。 基站可在载波 A、 B和 C中全部载波上发送公共系统信息, 使得 UE在三者任意一个载波上获得公共系统信息, 由于这一系统信息是 3个 载波共同的信息, UE不必在载波 A和 C上重复获得该信息。 当然, 基站也可 在载波 A、 B和 C中部分组成载波上发送所述公共系统信息, 此时 UE需要在 限定的那部分载波上获得该公共系统信息。
本领域技术人员可以理解,公共系统信息和专用系统信息的划分并不存在 固定的模式,可将多个载波的系统信息中某一部分相同的内容作为公共系统信 息;而在定义专用系统信息时,多个载波的专用系统信息中也可存在相同内容。 图 3为本发明实施例提供的一种系统信息划分方式的示意图。4叚设载波 1的系 统信息包括内容&、 b和 c; 载波 2的系统信息包括内容 a、 b和 d, 可将 2组 系统信息中相同的内容 a和 b作为 2个载波的公共系统信息。在本实施例的图 3中, 将内容 a作为 2个载波的公共系统信息, 将内容 b和 c作为载波 1的专 用系统信息,将内容 b和 d作为载波 2的专用系统信息, 此时 2个载波的专用 系统信息中也包括相同内容,但这不影响本实施例的实施,也能达到节省系统 信息更新复杂性的目的。
图 4为本发明实施例提供的一种用户设备的示意图, 所述用户设备 40包 括:
指示获取单元 41 , 用于获取系统信息变化情况的指示消息, 所述指示消 息指示了多个组成载波的公共系统信息与专用系统信息的变化情况; 信息获取单元 42, 被配置为: 当多个组成载波的公共系统信息发生变化 时,在多个组成载波中的部分组成载波上获取所述公共系统信息; 当多个组成 载波中的一个组成载波的专用系统信息发生变化时,在发生专用系统信息变化 的组成载波上获取所述专用系统信息。 在一种具体实现中, 信息获取单元 42 在多个组成载波中的 1个组成载波上获取所述公共系统信息。
本实施例的用户设备 40可以将多个组成载波的系统信息中的共同部分作 为公共系统信息, 使得用户设备 40可在多个组成载波中选择部分组成载波来 获取所述公共系统信息,可降低系统信息更新的复杂性,从而节省设备的功耗。
进一步地, 指示获取单元 41可包括: 接收模块, 用于接收寻呼消息或系 统信息块 1消息;提耳 4莫块, 用于从寻呼消息或系统信息块 1消息中获取系统 信息变化情况的指示消息。
图 5为本发明实施例提供的一种基站设备示意图, 所述基站 50包括: 指示提供单元 51 , 用于向用户设备提供系统信息变化情况的指示消息, 以指示多个组成载波的公共系统信息与专用系统信息的变化情况;
信息发送单元 52, 被配置为: 当多个组成载波的公共系统信息发生变化 时,在多个组成载波上发送新的公共系统信息; 当多个组成载波中的一个组成 载波的专用系统信息发生变化时,在发生专用系统信息变化的组成载波上发送 所述专用系统信息。
本实施例的基站 50将系统信息分为 2类,并将分类结果通知 UE,并根据 分类结果进行系统信息的发送, 以便 UE根据分类结果执行系统信息的更新, 减少系统信息更新的复杂性, 从而降低 UE功耗。
进一步地, 指示提供单元 51可包括: 生成模块, 用于在所述寻呼消息或 系统信息块 1消息中嵌入系统信息变化情况的指示消息; 发送模块, 用于向用 户设备发送寻呼消息或系统信息块 1消息。 本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述方法实施例中的全部或部分流程,是可 以通过计算机程序来指令相关硬件完成的,所述的程序可存储于一计算机可读 取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。其中, 所述的存储介质可为磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆体(Read-Only Memory, ROM ) 或随机存储记忆体(Random Access Memory, RAM )等。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通 技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下, 上述实施例还可以做出若干改 进和变型, 这些改进和变型也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种系统信息更新方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
获取系统信息变化情况的指示消息,所述指示消息指示了多个组成载波的 公共系统信息与专用系统信息的变化情况;
当所述指示消息指示多个组成载波的公共系统信息发生变化时,在多个组 成载波中的部分组成载波上获取所述公共系统信息;
当所述指示消息指示多个组成载波中的一个组成载波的专用系统信息发 生变化时, 在发生专用系统信息变化的组成载波上获取所述专用系统信息。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述获取系统信息变化情 况的指示消息包括: 接收寻呼消息或系统信息块 1消息,从所述寻呼消息或系 统信息块 1消息中获取系统信息变化情况的指示消息。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述指示消息中包括: 公共系统信息发生变化的指示标签、专用系统信息发生变化的指示标签以及发 生专用系统信息变化的组成载波的索引号。
4、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在多个组成载波中的 部分组成载波上获取所述公共系统信息包括:在多个组成载波中的一个组成载 波上获取所述公共系统信息。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述指示消息中包括: 在 所述用于获取公共系统信息的组成载波上发生系统信息变化的指示标签、多个 组成载波中其他组成载波上发生专用系统信息变化的指示标签、以及发生专用 系统信息变化的其它组成载波的索引号。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述用于获取公共系统信 息的组成载波发生系统信息变化包括:所述用于获取公共系统信息的组成载波 的公共系统信息和 /或专用的系统信息发生变化。
7、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 所述专用系统信息为紧急的系统信
8、 一种系统信息更新方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
向用户设备提供系统信息变化情况的指示消息,以指示多个组成载波的公 共系统信息与专用系统信息的变化情况;
当多个组成载波的公共系统信息发生变化时,在多个组成载波上发送公共 系统信息;
当多个组成载波中的一个组成载波的专用系统信息发生变化时,在发生专 用系统信息变化的组成载波上发送所述专用系统信息。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述向用户设备提供系统 信息变化情况的指示消息包括: 向用户设备发送寻呼消息或系统信息块 1 消 息, 在所述寻呼消息或系统信息块 1 消息中携带系统信息变化情况的指示消 息。
10、 一种用户设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
指示获取单元, 用于获取系统信息变化情况的指示消息, 所述指示消息指 示了多个组成载波的公共系统信息与专用系统信息的变化情况;
信息获取单元, 被配置为: 当多个组成载波的公共系统信息发生变化时, 在多个组成载波中的部分组成载波上获取所述公共系统信息;当多个组成载波 中的一个组成载波的专用系统信息发生变化时,在发生专用系统信息变化的组 成载波上获取所述专用系统信息。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的用户设备, 其特征在于, 所述指示获取单元 包括: 接收模块, 用于接收寻呼消息或系统信息块 1消息; 提取模块, 用于从 寻呼消息或系统信息块 1消息中获取系统信息变化情况的指示消息。
12、 一种基站设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
指示提供单元, 用于向用户设备提供系统信息变化情况的指示消息, 以指 示多个组成载波的公共系统信息与专用系统信息的变化情况; 信息发送单元, 被配置为: 当多个组成载波的公共系统信息发生变化时, 在多个组成载波上发送公共系统信息;当多个组成载波中的一个组成载波的专 用系统信息发生变化时,在发生专用系统信息变化的组成载波上发送所述专用 系统信息。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的基站设备, 其特征在于, 所述指示提供单元 包括: 生成模块, 用于在所述寻呼消息或系统信息块 1消息中嵌入系统信息变 化情况的指示消息; 发送模块, 用于向用户设备发送寻呼消息或系统信息块 1 消息。
