- 이모티콘, 텍스트 및 부호 중 적어도 하나 이상의 표시가 가능한 제1 표시부, 무선 통신을 위한 제1 송수신부 및 상기 제1 송수신부를 통하여 모드 신호를 수신하고 감정 모드에 대응하여 상기 이모티콘, 상기 텍스트 및 상기 부호가 상기 제1 표시부에 선택적으로 표시되는 것을 제어하는 제1 제어부를 포함하며 사용자가 착용 가능한 상품에 장착되는 지시등 장치; 및선택된 이모티콘, 텍스트 또는 부호를 표시하는 제2 표시부, 상기 무선 통신을 위한 제2 송수신부, 사용자의 조작에 따라 상기 감정 모드의 선택이 가능한 모드 선택부, 상기 사용자에 의하여 감정을 선택하는 버튼, 상기 모드 선택부에서 제공되는 상기 모드 신호와 상기 버튼의 제어 신호를 상기 제2 송수신부를 통하여 상기 제1 송수신부로 전송하며 상기 제2 표시부의 표시상태를 제어하는 제2 제어부를 포함하는 리모컨;을 구비하며,상기 감정 모드에 대응하는 상기 모드 선택신호가 상기 리모컨에서 상기 지시등 장치로 전송되면 상기 제1 제어부는 상기 버튼의 제어 신호에 대응하는 상기 이모티콘, 상기 텍스트 및 상기 부호의 선택적인 표시를 수행함을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 정보 표시 장치.
- 제10 항에 있어서,상기 지시등 장치는 상기 버튼의 제어신호에 의하여 웃음 표시, 한쪽 눈을 감는 윙크 표시 및 양쪽 눈을 감는 표시를 포함하는 이모티콘과 도움 표시를 포함하는 텍스트를 포함하는 표시를 수행함을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 정보 표시 장치.
- 이모티콘, 텍스트 또는 부호를 표시하는 제2 표시부, 무선 통신을 위한 제2 송수신부, 상기 제2 송수신부를 통하여 수신된 상대방 휴대폰 번호를 상기 제2 표시부에 표시되도록 제어하는 제2 제어부를 포함하는 리모컨; 및상기 제2 송수신부와 무선 통신 가능하며 전화를 건 상대방 휴대폰 번호를 전송하는 휴대폰;을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 정보 표시 장치.
- 누름으로 전원 인가를 선택하고 위아래로 이동함에 따라 우회전 및 좌회전을 선택하는 전원 버튼, 우회전 및 좌회전에 대응하여 발광하는 방향 표지부, 누름에 의하여 정지 표시를 선택하는 정지 표지부, 상기 전원 버튼 및 상기 정지 표지부의 동작에 따른 신호를 무선 송수신하는 송수신부 및 상기 전원 버튼의 조작에 따라 자동 모드 또는 수동 모드 중 어느 하나로 설정되어서 상기 송수신부를 제어하는 제1 처리부를 포함하는 리모컨; 및복수의 발광 다이오드로 구성되어 있는 도넛 형상의 발광부, 상기 발광부의 중앙 영역에 형성되며, 상기 리모컨과 무선 송수신하여 상기 발광부의 발광을 제어하는 제2 처리부를 포함하는 지시등 장치;를 포함하며,상기 지시등 장치는 착복가능한 휴대용 배낭이나 밴드 중 어느 하나에 장착됨을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 정보 표시 장치.
- 제13 항에 있어서,상기 발광부는 원형, 상기 원형 내에 형성되어 있는 마름모형, 그리고 상기원형 및 마름모형을 가로지르는 컬럼을 형성하는 복수의 상기 발광 다이오드를 포함하며, 상기 복수의 발광 다이오드는 운행, 정지, 좌회전 및 우회전에 대하여 개별적으로 발광하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 정보 표시 장치.
- 제13 항에 있어서,상기 지시등 장치가 수동 모드로 설정된 경우, 상기 전원 버튼은 우회전 또는 좌회전을 나타내기 위하여 위쪽과 아래쪽으로 이동가능하며 상기 제2 처리부는 상기 리모컨으로부터 상기 전원의 이동 상태에 따라 상기 발광부를 발광시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 정보 표시 장치.
- 제13 항에 있어서,상기 지시등 장치는 자동 모드를 위한 기울기 센서를 더 포함하며, 상기 제2 처리부는 상기 기울기 센서의 감지에 따라 우회전, 좌회전, 정지 및 운행을 판단하여 상기 발광부를 발광시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 정보 표시 장치.
- 이모티콘, 텍스트 및 부호를 생성하거나 외부로부터 다운로드하여 저장하거나 자신에 저장된 상기 이모티콘, 텍스트 및 부호를 무선 전송할 수 있는 어플리케이션 프로그램의 설치가 가능하고 상기 무선 전송을 위한 무선 통신 기능을 갖는 모바일 단말기;상기 이모티콘, 상기 텍스트 및 상기 부호 중 적어도 하나 이상의 표시가 가능한 제1 표시부를 구비하며 설정 가능한 복수의 모드로 상기 모바일 단말기로부터 제공되는 상기 이모티콘, 상기 텍스트 및 상기 부호를 표시하는 리모콘; 및상기 이모티콘, 상기 텍스트 및 상기 부호 중 적어도 하나 이상의 표시가 가능한 제2 표시부를 구비하며 설정 가능한 복수의 모드로 상기 모바일 단말기로부터 제공되는 상기 이모티콘, 상기 텍스트 및 상기 부호를 표시하고 사용자가 착용 가능한 상품에 장착되는 지시등 장치;를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 정보 표시 장치.
- 제17 항에 있어서,상기 지시등 장치는 가속 센서를 내장하여 이동 속도에 대응하여 상기 이모티콘, 상기 텍스트 및 상기 부호로써 상기 이동 속도에 표시하는 정보를 표시함을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 정보 표시 장치.
