Abstract

L'invention porte sur des compositions de revêtement durcissable par rayonnement en méthacrylate d'uréthane pour le revêtement des surfaces extérieures d'un aéronef. Certaines de ces compositions peuvent être durcies par exposition à une lumière provenant de lampes à mercure et à rayonnement ultraviolet. D'autres de ces compositions peuvent être durcies par exposition à une lumière provenant de diodes électroluminescentes. Les revêtements durcissables par rayonnement à l'état liquide ont une viscosité entre environ 100 mPa-s et environ 2 500 mPa-s; et un film durci du revêtement durcissable par rayonnement a un module d'élasticité en traction ou un module d'équilibre entre environ 100 MPa et environ 650 MPa; un allongement à la rupture entre environ 10 % et environ 30 %; et une dureté au crayon entre B et F.
