La presente invención se refiere a una composición de impermeabilizante base agua para recubrimientos de sustratos diversos; caracterizada porque está formulado a base de acrílico elastomérico que comprende una fibra de refuerzo mecánico de un material elástico proveniente de proceso de fibra por hilos, que una vez aplicado y seco conserva sus propiedades de elongación.
