Description
Claims (18)
- 배기관과 연결된 외부 케이스;상기 외부 케이스 내에 구비되는 여과유닛(filtering unit);상기 여과유닛에 배기가스를 공급하는 여과로(filtering path); 및배기가스가 상기 여과유닛을 우회하여 배출되도록 상기 외부 케이스 내에 구비되는 압력 릴리프 플랜지;를 포함하는 배기가스 여과 장치.
- 제1항에서,상기 여과유닛은,상기 외부 케이스의 길이 방향을 따라 구비된 다공성 튜브;상기 다공성 튜브의 외주방향에 구비된 여과체;상기 다공성 튜브의 길이 방향 일단에 구비된 제1 플랜지; 및상기 다공성 튜브의 길이 방향 타단에 구비되는 제2 플랜지;를 포함하는 배기가스 여과 장치.
- 제2항에서,상기 여과체는 상기 다공성 튜브의 길이 방향을 따라 복수로 구비된 원통 형상인 배기가스 여과 장치.
- 제2항에서,상기 여과체는 상기 다공성 튜브 주위에 여러 층으로 구비된 배기가스 여과 장치.
- 제2항에서,상기 배기가스 여과 장치는상기 여과체를 감싸도록 구비되는 자켓;을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 여과 장치.
- 제2항에서,상기 여과체는 디젤 입자상 물질 제거용 필터(Diesel Particular Filter: DPF), 디젤 산화 촉매(Diesel Oxidation Catalyst: DOC), 질소 산화물 제거 장치 (Selective Catalytic Reduction: SCR, Lean NOx Trap: LNT), 삼원촉매(Three Way Catalyst)를 포함하는 그룹에서 선택된 적어도 하나 이상의 물질을 포함하는 배기가스 여과 장치.
- 제1항에서,상기 압력 릴리프 플랜지의 내측에는 상기 여과로의 배기가스가 상기 여과유닛을 우회하여 배출되도록 배기가스 릴리프 패스가 형성되는 배기가스 여과 장치.
- 제7항에서,상기 압력 릴리프 플랜지는 서로 접합되는 제1판 및 제2판을 포함하고,상기 제1판 및 제2판 중 적어도 하나에는 상기 배기가스 릴리프 패스가 형성되는 배기가스 여과 장치.
- 제7항에서,상기 배기가스 릴리프 패스는,상기 압력 릴리프 플랜지의 내주면과 외주면으로 개방된 제1 라인; 및상기 제1 라인에서 분기되고 상기 압력 릴리프 플랜지의 외주면으로 개방된 제2 라인;을 포함하는 배기가스 여과 장치.
- 제9항에서,상기 압력 릴리프 플랜지는 서로 접합되는 제1판 및 제2판을 포함하고,상기 제1판 및 제2판 중 적어도 하나에는 상기 배기가스 릴리프 패스가 형성되는 배기가스 여과 장치.
- 제7항에서,상기 배기가스 릴리프 패스는 상기 압력 릴리프 플랜지의 내측에 방사방향을 따라 직선으로 형성된 배기가스 여과 장치.
- 제7항에서,상기 배기가스 릴리프 패스는 상기 압력 릴리프 플랜지의 내측에 방사방향을 따라 곡선으로 형성된 배기가스 여과 장치.
- 제2항에서,상기 압력 릴리프 플랜지는,상기 제1 플랜지와 상기 여과체 사이에 구비되는 전방 압력 릴리프 플랜지를 포함하는 배기가스 여과 장치.
- 제13항에서,상기 압력 릴리프 플랜지는,상기 제2 플랜지와 상기 여과체 사이에 구비되는 후방 압력 릴리프 플랜지를 더 포함하는 배기가스 여과 장치.
- 제14항에서,상기 압력 릴리프 플랜지는,상기 여과체의 사이에 구비되는 중간부 압력 릴리프 플랜지를 더 포함하는 배기가스 여과 장치.
- 제13항에서,상기 압력 릴리프 플랜지는,상기 여과체의 사이에 구비되는 중간부 압력 릴리프 플랜지를 더 포함하는 배기가스 여과 장치.
- 제2항에서,상기 압력 릴리프 플랜지는,상기 제2 플랜지와 상기 여과체 사이에 구비되는 후방 압력 릴리프 플랜지를 포함하는 배기가스 여과 장치.
- 제17항에서,상기 압력 릴리프 플랜지는,상기 여과체의 사이에 구비되는 중간부 압력 릴리프 플랜지를 더 포함하는 배기가스 여과 장치.
