Description

一种蒸汽电熨斗 技术领域
本发明是一种蒸汽电熨斗,属于蒸汽电熨斗的改造技术。
背景技术
目前所有的电熨斗(不包括有锅炉的熨斗)都没有设置在竖直状态实现连续输出蒸汽的功能,原因是用户熨烫衣物期间短暂休息时,会将熨斗竖直放置,此时熨斗应该停止输出蒸汽,以致一般的电熨斗在竖直放置时都停止输出蒸汽,也就没有设置在竖直状态实现连续输出蒸汽的功能;此外,目前熨斗都采用双金属片来防止蒸汽漏水的不良问题,但绝大部分的熨斗在低温时都存在蒸汽漏水的不良问题;另外,由于用户的疏忽,熨斗还容易出现烫坏衣物的情况。
技术问题
本发明的目的在于考虑上述问题而提供一种能准确判断熨斗的使用状况,有选择性的自动控制蒸汽的开或关的蒸汽电熨斗。本发明操作简单,具有独特的在竖直状态实现连续输出蒸汽的功能,可以将衣物挂起来用蒸汽熨烫。
本发明的进一步的目的是彻底解决了以往熨斗的蒸汽漏水的问题,同时还可防止烫坏衣物。
技术解决方案

上述开关控制装置为电磁铁。
上述放置状态检测装置为滚球开关。
上述手柄上还装设有控制是否使用蒸汽功能的蒸汽控制开关,蒸汽控制开关的信号输出端与电子板连接。
上述水箱上设有的出水口设在水箱的底部后端。
上述底板上装设有感应底板的温度的温度传感器,温度传感器的信号输出端与电子板连接。
上述电子板上还装设有起到安全保护作用的报警用蜂鸣器。
上述温度传感器为热敏电阻。
上述感应器是电容感应器,或是红外感应器。
有益效果
本发明由于采用手柄上装设有准确判断电熨斗的使用状况的感应器及装设有准确判断电熨斗的放置状态的放置状态检测装置的结构,本发明能根据熨斗的放置状态及使用状态,有选择性的自动控制蒸汽的开或关,并在竖直使用状态连续输出蒸汽,本发明在使用时无须频繁的操作蒸汽开关;且水箱的出水口设计在水箱的后部,当熨斗竖直使用时,可以连续产生蒸汽,可以将衣物挂起来用蒸汽熨烫。而熨斗竖直放置时,人的手离开了,熨斗不会放蒸汽。本发明操作更简单,还彻底解决了以往熨斗出现的蒸汽漏水的难题。同时还能有效的防止烫坏衣物,确保其使用的安全性。此外,本发明是一种设计巧妙,性能优良,方便实用的蒸汽电熨斗。

本实施例中,上述开关控制装置4为电磁铁。上述放置状态检测装置7为滚球开关。
为便于用户使用,上述手柄3上还装设有控制是否使用蒸汽功能的蒸汽控制开关12,蒸汽控制开关12的信号输出端与电子板5连接。使用者可以根据需要打开或者关闭蒸汽控制开关12。当蒸汽控制开关12关闭时,电熨斗不放蒸汽;当蒸汽控制开关12处于打开状态时,感应器可以感应到使用者的是否手握住手柄,当感应器感应到使用者握住了手柄,则判断电熨斗在使用中,于是电熨斗可以放蒸汽,当感应器感应到使用者未握住手柄,则判断电熨斗未使用,于是电熨斗不能放蒸汽。

此外,为确保使用的安全性,上述电子板5上还装设有起到安全保护作用的报警用蜂鸣器8。为能准确控制底板1的加热温度,上述底板1上装设有感应底板1的温度的温度传感器,温度传感器的信号输出端与电子板5连接。
本实施例中,上述温度传感器为热敏电阻。热敏电阻装配在底板上适当的位置,根据底板的温度控制发热管是否加热,同时根据底板的温度还控制电磁铁的动作,只有底板的温度大于设定值时,电磁铁才打开水门开关产生蒸汽,从而避免了底板低温漏水的问题。
上述感应器6是电容感应器,或是红外感应器。本实施例中,感应器6是电容感应器。所述感应器6可以判断电熨斗的使用状态:当使用者的手握住手柄时,感应器可以感应到手的存在,并判断电熨斗在使用状态;当使用者的手脱离手柄时,感应器可以感应到手的脱离,并判断电熨斗未在使用状态。
将以上所述的滚球开关和感应器的信号组合可以判断电熨斗的以下两种状态:当电熨斗竖直放置,使用者的手离开时可判断为电熨斗在休息状态;当电熨斗水平放置,使用者的手离开时可判断为电熨斗处于危险状态:可能烫坏衣物。
所述蒸汽电熨斗根据以上两种状态作出不同的反应:当电熨斗处于竖直放置状态时,电熨斗在连续15分钟后进入待机状态;当电熨斗处于水平放置状态时,电熨斗先发出提示音提示使用者,并在5秒后停止加热,15秒后自动放蒸汽冷却电熨斗底板以保护衣物被烫坏。
本发明工作时,当底板1的温度达到设定的温度后,使用者就可以用电熨斗来熨烫衣物,电熨斗一般在底板1平行水平的方向使用,如图2。此时感应器6可以感应到使用者的手的存在,因此可以判断电熨斗正在使用中,所有功能正常,要使用蒸汽功能,可以打开蒸汽控制开关12,电子板5收到信号后控制电磁铁将水门开关11打开,水箱2内的水从出水口10进入蒸汽室9产生蒸汽。
当有需要时,使用者可以将衣物挂起来蒸汽熨烫,电熨斗在底板1垂直于水平方向的状态使用,如图3,此时感应器6可以感应到使用者的手的存在,因此可以判断电熨斗正在使用中。由于本发明将水箱2的出水口10设计在水箱2底部的后端,当电熨斗竖直使用时,水箱2的出水口10仍然保持在水箱2 的较低位置,如图3,因此本发明在竖直使用状态能连续产生蒸汽。
当使用者在用蒸汽熨烫期间需要整理衣物时,会将电熨斗竖直放置在台面上,如图4,或者将电熨斗水平放置在烫衣架的铁架上,如图5,此时感应器6可以感应到使用者的手未握住电熨斗的手柄3,判断电熨斗处于休息状态,电子板5控制电磁铁将水门开关11关闭,蒸汽自动关闭,当使用者的手再次握住手柄3时,蒸汽自动打开。
当使用者在使用时将电熨斗水平方向放置并脱开手时,如图5,感应器6可以感应到使用者的手未握住电熨斗的手柄3,同时滚球开关可以感应到电熨斗是水平方向放置的,这状态被判断为休息状态或危险状态。在使用者脱开手的同时,电熨斗自动关闭蒸汽(如果正在放蒸汽),蜂鸣器8发出提示音,提示使用者电熨斗可能处于危险状态,电熨斗在5秒后停止加热,并在15秒后自动放蒸汽冷却电熨斗的底板1,待底板1冷却至安全温度后,电熨斗进入待机状态,以达到保护衣物的目的。
电熨斗的水门开关11在电熨斗未通电的时候是关闭的。水门开关11由电磁铁控制,电磁铁由电子板5控制,电熨斗在使用时,电子板5会检测底板1的温度,当底板1 未达到预定的温度时,即使蒸汽控制开关12是打开的,电子板也不会接通电磁铁5放蒸汽,从而彻底解决了以往电熨斗出现的蒸汽漏水的难题。
