技术领域 本发明属于 LED电视机装置领域, 尤其是一种通过采用 LED自发光显 示面板, 从而提高电视显示图像的亮度和色彩还原度的 LED面板电视机。 背景技术 自从电视机发明以来, 电视机产品的更新换代就一直没有停止过, 新产品 层出不穷。 目前最先进的电视机产品是 LCD液晶电视机, 国内外市场上畅销的 LED背光源电视机等均属于 LCD液晶电视的范畴。 不是真正意义上的 "LED电 视机",真正的 LED电视机应该是 LED直接成像的。 LED背光源电视机也就是通 常所称的 LED电视机, 只是使用了 LED照亮屏幕的 LCD液晶电视, 它可以有两 个方式达到这一目的: 将显示屏的整个背面换成 LED (所谓 "直下背光"), 或 在周边放上 LED (所谓 "侧光";)。 如今的电视市场竟争日益激烈, 液晶电视的 市场更是达到白热化的阶段, 差异化竟争成为各个企业全新的发展战略。
LCD面板电视机由于其结构的特点, 具有以下不足: 1、 亮度不够, 2、 LCD 响应时间长, 3、 LCD 色彩还原不够, 4、 LCD面板存在画面拖尾现象, 而 LED ( Light Emi t t ing Diode ), 发光二极管, 简称 LED,, 是一种能够将电能转化 为可见光的固态的半导体器件, 它可以直接把电转化为光。
虽然现在消费者广泛认识的 LED 电视机的屏幕依然是液晶面板, 只是有 LED背光模组替代了传统背光源而已,仅仅是背光源的变换,却由于得益于 LED 光源的优秀特性, 因此能够大幅度提升液晶电视的色域值, 使液晶电视在较低 的功耗下实现更高的亮度和色彩饱和度, 以及动画表现力。 可想而知, 如果电 视机显示面板采用 LED技术, 那将会成为未来电视发展的新方向。 发明内容 本发明的目的是提供一种通过采用 LED自发光显示面板,从而提高电视显 示图像的亮度和色彩还原度的 LED面板电视机。
本发明的技术方案是: LED面板电视机, 其特征是由电视机壳体、 显示装 置、供电装置、控制装置和散热装置组成, 电视机壳体由防护装置和后盖组成, 显示装置、 供电装置、 控制装置和散热装置均安装在壳体内部, 其中: 防护装置由防护面板与外部框架组成, 防护面板固定于所述外部框架中; 所述的显示装置由 LED显示面板装置、支撑内框组成, LED显示面板装置安 装在支撑内框上, 支撑内框安装在外框框架上, LED显示面板装置由多个经矩 阵排列设置的发光单元组成, 每个发光单元由 M列 X N行像素组成一组发光二 极管矩阵, 像素密度为每平方米 11万点以上, 发光单元与控制电路板连接; 所述控制装置为信号处理装置, 信号处理装置安装在后盖上, 信号处理装 置由音频处理系统、 音响装置、 遥控信号传感器装置及外部遥控器装置组成, 所述音频处理系统、 音响装置、遥控信号传感器装置及外部遥控器装置分别与 信号处理装置(11 ) 的控制电路连接;;
所述散热装置设置在支撑内框上。
所述控制电路安装在 LED显示面板装置的 PCB板上,控制电路采用扫描方 式分别驱动 R, G, B三色 LED像素。
电视机的后盖由金属材料制成。 本发明的效果是: LED面板电视机, 由电视机壳体、 显示装置、供电装置、 控制装置和散热装置组成, 电视机壳体由防护装置和后盖组成, 显示装置、 供 电装置、控制装置和散热装置均安装在壳体内部。 解决了现有技术中 LED电视 机不是真正意义上的 "LED电视机" 的问题, 实现了由 LED直接成像的 LED电 视机。
LED ( Li ght Emi t t ing Diode ), 发光二极管, 简称 LED,, 是一种能够将电 能转化为可见光的固态的半导体器件, 它可以直接把电转化为光。 LED的心脏 是一个半导体的晶片, 晶片的一端附在一个支架上, 一端是负极, 另一端连接 电源的正极使整个晶片被环氧树脂封装起来。 半导体晶片由两部分组成, 一部 分是 P型半导体, 在它里面空穴 占主导地位, 另一端是 N型半导体, 在这边 主要是电子。但这两种半导体连接起来的时候,它们之间就形成一个 "P-N结"。 当电流通过导线作用于这个晶片的时候, 电子就会被推向 P区, 在 P区里电子 跟空穴复合, 然后就会以光子的形式发出能量, 这就是 LED发光的原理。 而光 的波长也就是光的颜色, 是由形成 P- N结 的材料决定的。
彩色的 LED显示屏幕用 R/G/B三个 LED管组成一个像素点, 通过控制每一 个像素点的亮度变化, 来实现图像的显示方式, 而目前所谓的 LED电视机只是 使用了 LED照亮屏幕的 LCD液晶电视, 它可以有两个方式达到这一目的: 将显 示屏的整个背面换成 LED (所谓 "直下背光 ',), 或在周边放上 LED (所谓 "侧 光";)。如今的电视市场竟争日益激烈,液晶电视的市场更是达到白热化的阶段, 差异化竟争成为各个企业全新的发展战略。 虽然现在消费者广泛认识的 LED电 视机的屏幕依然是液晶面板, 只是有 LED背光模组替代了传统背光源而已, 仅 仅是背光源的变换, 却由于得益于 LED光源的优秀特性, 能大幅度提升了液晶 电视的色域值, 是液晶电视在较低的功耗下实现更高的亮度和色彩饱和度, 以 及动画表现力。 可想而知, 如果电视机显示面板采用 LED技术, 那将会成为未 来电视发展的新方向。
LED 的内在特征决定了作为电视机显示面板的优势, 首先, 体积小, LED 基本上是一块很小的晶片被封装在环氧树脂里面,所以它非常的小,非常的轻; 其次, 耗电量低 LED耗电非常低,一般来说 LED的工作电压是 2-3. 6V, 工作电 流是 0. 02- 0. 03A, 这就是说: 它消耗的电不超过 0. 1W; 第三, 使用寿命长, 在恰当的电流和电压下, LED的使用寿命可达 10万小时; 第四, 高亮度、低热 量, 比 HID或白炽灯更少的热辐射; 第五, 环保, LED是由无毒的材料作成, 不像荧光灯含水银会造成污染, 同时 LED也可以回收再利用;第六, 坚固耐用, LED是被完全的封装在环氧树脂里面, 灯体内也没有松动的部分, 这些特点使 得 LED可以说是不易损坏的; 最后,可控性强, 自发光材料, 不需用到背光板, 同时视角广、 画质均匀、 反应速度快、 亮度高、 色彩丰富。
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步的说明。 附图说明 图 1是本发明的结构示意图。

图 3是图 2的局部放大图。 具体实施方式 图 1中, LED面板电视机, 由电视机壳体、 显示装置、 供电装置、 控制装 置和散热装置组成, 电视机壳体由防护装置和后盖 10组成, 电视机的后盖由 金属材料制成。 显示装置、 供电装置 7、 控制装置和散热装置 8均安装在壳体 内部, 其中:
防护装置由防护面板 1与外部框架 2组成, 防护面板 1固定于所述外部框 架 2中;
显示装置由 LED显示面板装置 4、 支撑内框 3组成, LED显示面板装置 4 安装在支撑内框 3上, 支撑内框 3安装在外框框架 2上, LED显示面板装置 4 由多个经矩阵排列设置的发光单元组成, 每个发光单元由 M列 X N行像素组成 一组发光二极管矩阵, 像素密度为每平方米 11万点以上, 发光单元与控制电 路板连接;
控制装置为信号处理装置 11,信号处理装置 11安装在后盖 10上,信号处 理装置 11 由音频处理系统、 音响装置、 遥控信号传感器装置及外部遥控器装 置组成, 所述音频处理系统、 音响装置、 遥控信号传感器装置及外部遥控器装 置分别与信号处理装置 (11 ) 的控制电路连接;;
散热装置 8设置在支撑内框 3上。
控制电路安装在 LED显示面板装置 4的 PCB板上,控制电路采用扫描方式 分别驱动 R, G, B三色 LED像素。
图 2中, LED显示面板装置 4上安装有 LED像素点 15 (参见图 3 )。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 LED面板电视机, 其特征是由电视机壳体、 显示装置、 供电装置、 控制 装置和散热装置组成, 电视机壳体由防护装置和后盖(10 )组成, 显示装置、 供电装置(7 )、 控制装置和散热装置 (8 )均安装在壳体内部, 其中:
防护装置由防护面板( 1 ) 与外部框架( 2 )组成, 防护面板( 1 ) 固定于 所述外部框架(2 ) 中;
所述的显示装置由 LED显示面板装置( 4 )、 支撑内框( 3 )组成, LED显示 面板装置( 4 )安装在支撑内框( 3 )上, 支撑内框( 3 )安装在外框框架( 2 ) 上, LED显示面板装置(4 )由多个经矩阵排列设置的发光单元组成, 每个发光 单元由 M歹 X N行像素组成一组发光二极管矩阵,像素密度为每平方米 11万点 以上, 发光单元与控制电路板连接;
所述控制装置为信号处理装置( 11 ),信号处理装置( 11 )安装在后盖( 10 ) 上, 信号处理装置(11 ) 由音频处理系统、 音响装置、 遥控信号传感器装置及 外部遥控器装置组成, 所述音频处理系统、 音响装置、 遥控信号传感器装置及 外部遥控器装置分别与信号处理装置(11 ) 的控制电路连接;
所述散热装置( 8 )设置在支撑内框( 3 )上。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的 LED面板电视机, 其特征是所述控制电路安装 在 LED显示面板装置( 4 )的 PCB板上, 控制电路采用扫描方式分别驱动 R, G , B三色 LED像素。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的 LED面板电视机, 其特征是电视机的后盖 由金属材料制成。
