Abstract

Dans un aspect, la présente invention concerne un appareil de réacteur pour la pyrolyse d'une matière première d'hydrocarbures, ledit appareil comprenant : un composant de réacteur comprenant un matériau réfractaire sous forme d'oxyde, le matériau réfractaire ayant un point de fusion de pas moins de 2060 °C, et qui reste sous forme d'oxyde lorsqu'il est exposé à un gaz ayant une pression partielle de carbone de 10-22 bar et une pression partielle d'oxygène de 10-10 bar, à une température de 1200 °C; où ledit matériau réfractaire a pas moins de 4 % de porosité formée, mesurée à 20 °C, sur la base du volume en vrac dudit matériau réfractaire. Dans un autre mode de réalisation, le matériau réfractaire a une porosité totale dans la plage de 4 à 60 % en volume.
