Claims (18)
- 지지기판;상기 지지기판의 상면에 배치되는 태양전지 셀;상기 태양전지 셀과 연결되며, 상기 지지기판의 상면 및 상기 지지기판의 측면에 배치되는 회로기판을 포함하는 태양광 발전장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 태양전지 셀의 상면과 직접 접촉하고, 상기 회로기판에 연결되는 버스 바를 포함하는 태양광 발전장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 회로기판은상기 버스 바와 접속되는 연결 배선;상기 지지기판에 접착되는 접착층; 및상기 연결 배선 및 상기 접착층을 덮는 보호층을 포함하는 태양광 발전장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 연결 배선의 두께는 30㎛ 내지 50㎛이고, 상기 연결 배선의 폭은 2㎜ 내지 5㎜인 태양광 발전장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 버스 바 및 상기 연결 배선과 직접 접촉하는 솔더 페이스트를 포함하는 태양광 발전장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 회로기판은 플렉서블한 태양광 발전장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 지지기판의 하면에 배치되는 정션박스를 포함하고,상기 회로기판은 상기 정션박스 내로 연장되는 태양광 발전장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 회로기판은 상기 태양전지 셀에 직접 연결되는 태양광 발전장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 회로기판은상기 태양전지 셀에 직접 연결되는 접속배선;상기 접속배선을 덮는 절연층; 및상기 지지기판에 접착되는 접착층을 포함하는 태양광 발전장치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 회로기판은 상기 접속배선과 함께, 상기 절연층을 샌드위치하고, 상기 절연층에 형성된 비아 홀을 통하여, 상기 접속배선과 연결되는 연결배선을 포함하는 태양광 발전장치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 접속배선의 두께는 30㎛ 내지 50㎛ 이고, 상기 접속배선의 폭은 2㎜ 내지 5㎜인 태양광 발전장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 연성인쇄회로기판에 설치되는 다이오드를 포함하는 태양광 발전장치.
- 지지기판;상기 지지기판 상에 배치되는 제 1 태양전지 셀;상기 제 1 태양전지 셀과 이격되어 배치되는 제 2 태양전지 셀;상기 제 1 태양전지 셀 및 상기 제 2 태양전지 셀 사이에 배치되는 다수 개의 제 3 태양전지 셀들;상기 제 1 태양전지 셀에 접속되고, 상기 지지기판의 제 1 측면에 연장되는 제 1 회로기판; 및상기 제 2 태양전지 셀에 접속되고, 상기 지지기판의 제 2 측면에 연장되는 제 2 회로기판을 포함하는 태양광 발전장치.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 측면 및 상기 제 2 측면은 서로 마주보는 태양광 발전장치.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 회로기판은 상기 제 1 태양전지 셀과 같은 방향으로 연장되는 접속 배선을 포함하고,상기 접속 배선은 상기 제 1 태양전지 셀에 직접 접촉하는 태양광 발전장치.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 회로기판은상기 접속 배선과 연결되는 연결배선; 및상기 접속 배선 및 상기 연결 배선 사이에 개재되는 절연층을 포함하고,상기 연결배선은 상기 제 1 측면을 거쳐서 상기 지지기판의 하면까지 연장되는 태양광 발전장치.
- 지지기판;상기 지지기판 상에 배치되는 제 1 태양전지 셀;상기 지지기판 상에 배치되는 제 2 태양전지 셀; 및상기 제 1 태양전지 셀 및 상기 제 2 태양전지 셀에 접속되는 회로기판을 포함하고,상기 회로기판은상기 제 1 태양전지 셀의 상면에 접속되는 제 1 접속부;상기 제 2 태양전지 셀의 상면에 접속되는 제 2 접속부; 및상기 제 1 접속부 및 상기 제 2 접속부와 일체로 형성되며, 상기 지지기판의 측면으로 연장되는 연장부를 포함하는 태양광 발전장치.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 접속부는 상기 제 1 태양전지 셀에 접촉하는 제 1 접속배선을 포함하고,상기 제 2 접속부는 상기 제 2 태양전지 셀에 접촉하는 제 2 접속배선을 포함하고,상기 연결부는 상기 제 1 접속배선에 연결되는 제 1 연결배선 및 상기 제 2 접속배선에 연결되는 제 2 연결배선을 포함하는 태양광 발전장치.
