Claims (17)
- 태양전지 패널; 및상기 태양전지 패널 상에 배치되는 전기 충격 보호부를 포함하는 태양광 발전장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 태양전지 패널 상에 배치되는 보호 기판; 및상기 태양전지 패널 및 상기 보호 기판 사이에 개재되는 완충층을 포함하고,상기 전기 충격 보호부는 상기 보호 기판 및 상기 완충층 사이에 개재되는 태양광 발전장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 전기 충격 보호부는 상기 보호 기판의 하면에 코팅되는 태양광 발전장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전기 충격 보호부는제 1 방향으로 연장되는 다수 개의 제 1 투명 전극들; 및상기 제 1 투명 전극과 교차하는 다수 개의 제 2 투명 전극들을 포함하는 태양광 발전장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 투명 전극들 사이에 간격은 상기 제 1 투명 전극들의 폭의 1.5배 내지 500배 인 태양광 발전장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전기 충격 보호부는 메쉬 형상을 가지는 태양광 발전장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 태양전지 패널의 주위를 둘러싸는 프레임을 포함하고,상기 전기 충격 보호부는 상기 프레임에 전기적으로 연결되는 태양광 발전장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 태양전지 패널 상에 배치되는 보호 기판; 및상기 태양전지 패널 및 상기 보호 기판 사이에 개재되는 완충층을 포함하고,상기 전기 충격 보호부는 상기 완충층 내에 배치되는 태양광 발전장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 태양전지 패널 상에 배치되는 보호 기판을 포함하고,상기 전기 충격 보호부는 상기 보호 기판 상면에 배치되는 태양광 발전장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전기 충격 보호부는 투명한 도전 물질을 포함하는 태양광 발전장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전기 충격 보호부는 상기 보호 기판의 상면 또는 하면에 코팅되는 도전층을 포함하고,상기 도전층에는 상기 보호 기판의 상면 또는 하면을 노출시키는 다수 개의 오픈 영역들이 형성되는 태양광 발전장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전기 충격 보호부는 투명한 도전성 폴리머를 포함하는 태양광 발전장치.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 태양전지 패널 상에 배치되는 보호 기판; 및상기 태양전지 패널 및 상기 보호 기판 사이에 개재되는 완충층을 포함하고,상기 전기 충격 보호부는 상기 완충층의 상면 및 측면을 덮는 태양광 발전장치.
- 태양전지 패널; 및상기 태양전지 패널 상에 배치되는 전기 충격 보호부를 포함하는 운송 장치.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 태양전지 패널 및 상기 전기 충격 보호부를 지지하는 몸체부를 포함하는 운송 장치.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 전기 충격 보호부는 상기 몸체부에 접지되는 운송 장치.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 태양전지 패널 상에 배치되는 보호기판을 포함하고,상기 전기 충격 보호부는 상기 보호기판의 상면 또는 하면에 배치되는 운송 장치.
