La présente invention concerne une composition cosmétique capillaire permettant d'empêcher la perte de cheveux et d'améliorer le cuir chevelu, et plus spécifiquement une composition qui comprend de 1 à 10 % en poids de germanium, de 15 à 60 % en poids d'un extrait médicamenteux et de 30 à 84 % en poids d'un additif, et qui offre donc une fraction nutritive au cuir chevelu et aux pores et possède un effet empêchant la perte de cheveux de progresser davantage et qui améliore le cuir chevelu et qui peut donc être utilisée de manière avantageuse non seulement par les personnes chauves ou présentant une alopécie circonscrite mais également par les personnes souffrant d'une perte de cheveux progressive.
