本发明涉及一种男士洗发水，属于洗涤用品技术领域。
背景技术
男士洗发水和女士洗发水的区别，由于男性的新陈代谢比较快，头皮更容易出油，男士洗发水的去油性要比一般的女士洗发水更强。男士洗发水的主要功能是控油和去屑，由于大部分女性为长头发，头发越长生长的时间就越长，在发梢处的头发时间越长经过风吹雨淋等时光损伤，发梢处或靠近发梢部位的头发经常有损伤，所以女士洗发水更注重养护。男士洗发水多加入薄荷和增加除油物料，女士柔顺剂会比较多。而常见的洗发水多含有硫酸盐，硫酸盐在洗发水中主要起表面活性剂的作用，即发泡和清洁作用，成本低并且配伍性很好，在洗发水中的使用非常广泛。但是硫酸盐对眼周和口鼻有着强烈的刺激作用，对于皮肤敏感的人群来说很容易造成伤害。此外，长期使用含硫酸盐的洗发水还可能造成头发变脆、褪色、缠结等情况的出现。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足，本发明提出一种男士洗发水，不含有硫酸盐成分，能够起到很好的清洁效果，并且能够养护头发。
为实现上述目的，本发明的一种男士洗发水，包括如下重量份的组分：
进一步地，螯合剂采用EDTA。
进一步地，表面活性剂包括C14-18烯烃磺酸钠、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱和癸基葡糖苷。
进一步地，乳化剂采用六聚甘油。
进一步地，增溶剂采用CO-40氢化蓖麻油。
进一步地，增稠剂采用PEG-150二硬脂酸酯。
进一步地，pH调节剂采用柠檬酸。
进一步地，防腐剂包括卡松、乙内酰脲。
进一步地，养护剂包括银杏提取物、水解小麦蛋白，银杏提取物采用卡波姆作为载体。
本发明还提出一种前述男士洗发水的生产方法，包括如下步骤：
S1：将去离子水升温到90℃，先加EDTA,再加PEG-150二硬脂酸酯,均质1min；
S2：PEG-150二硬脂酸酯完全溶解后加入C14-18烯烃磺酸钠；
S3：降温至70℃，依次加入六聚甘油、癸基葡糖苷、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱，然后保温30min；
S4：继续降温至40℃，依次加入剩下的原料，均质后即得。
本发明的男士洗发水不含有硫酸盐成分，能够起到很好的清洁效果，并且能够养护头发。
具体实施方式
下面将通过对本发明的优选实施方式的描述，更加清楚、完整地阐述本发明的技术方案。
实施例1：男士洗发水的生产：
S1：取去离子水600kg，升温到90℃，加入0.5kg的EDTA,再加1kg的PEG-150二硬脂酸酯,均质1min；
S2：待PEG-150二硬脂酸酯完全溶解后，再加入100kg的C14-18烯烃磺酸钠；
S3：降温至70℃，依次加入1kg六聚甘油、30kg癸基葡糖苷、70kg椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱，然后保温30min；
S4：继续降温至40℃，依次加入1kg银杏提取物、1kg水解小麦蛋白、0.3kg薄荷脑、0.5kg的CO-40氢化蓖麻油、1kg的柠檬酸、0.7kg卡松、4kg香精、2kg乙内酰脲、27kg的氯化钠、0.34kg亮蓝和0.27kg的葡萄紫，均质后即得。
实施例2：
S1：取去离子水700kg，升温到90℃，加入0.5kg的EDTA,再加1.5kg的PEG-150二硬脂酸酯,均质1min；
S2：待PEG-150二硬脂酸酯完全溶解后，再加入120kg的C14-18烯烃磺酸钠；
S3：降温至70℃，依次加入5kg六聚甘油、40kg癸基葡糖苷、90kg椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱，然后保温30min；
S4：继续降温至40℃，依次加入1kg银杏提取物、1kg水解小麦蛋白、0.3kg薄荷脑、1kg的CO-40氢化蓖麻油、1kg的柠檬酸、0.7kg卡松、4kg香精、2kg乙内酰脲、27kg的氯化钠、0.34kg亮蓝和0.27kg的葡萄紫，均质后即得。
实施例3：
S1：取去离子水800kg，升温到90℃，加入0.5kg的EDTA,再加5kg的PEG-150二硬脂酸酯,均质1min；
S2：待PEG-150二硬脂酸酯完全溶解后，再加入150kg的C14-18烯烃磺酸钠；
S3：降温至70℃，依次加入10kg六聚甘油、50kg癸基葡糖苷、100kg椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱，然后保温30min；
S4：继续降温至40℃，依次加入1kg银杏提取物、1kg水解小麦蛋白、0.3kg薄荷脑、5kg的CO-40氢化蓖麻油、1kg的柠檬酸、0.7kg卡松、4kg香精、2kg乙内酰脲、27kg的氯化钠、0.34kg亮蓝和0.27kg的葡萄紫，均质后即得。
本发明的男士洗发水不含有硫酸盐成分，能够起到很好的清洁效果，并且能够养护头发。

5.如权利要求1所述的一种男士洗发水，其特征在于，所述增溶剂采用CO-40氢化蓖麻油。
