背景技术
茶是中国的传统饮品，多数中国都有饮茶的习惯。特别是铁观音以其色泽翠绿、汤色明亮、滋味甘爽、香气清锐而为人们所喜爱。目前，含有茶叶成份在内的保健茶各式各样，品种繁多，配方各异；有的可以补中益气、健胃益肾，有的可以清肝明目、理气化痰。但在这些保健茶的配方中，大多数为追求多重保健效果而加入了许多种配剂，使茶汤滋味口感较杂，气味浓烈而难以下咽。而且由于配制不当，其中的几种配剂在保健效果上还会相互克制，甚至饮用后还会造成人体不适。公开号为CN1158698A的中国发明专利涉及一种保健茶，包括茶叶和枸杞、金银花、茉莉、菊花、红花、甘草及人参等，这些配方中所采用的金银花、茉莉花等气味和茶汤滋味较为浓烈，混杂在一起而较难为人所接受；而且越来越多的研究表明，人参与茶混杂药效大为减弱。
技术问题
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种铁观音保健茶配方，其茶汤 滋味甘爽纯正、香气清新怡人，而且具有 生津止渴、清热降火、宁神除烦、抗衰老、 消脂降糖、 抗癌症、抗动脉硬化、利尿通肠胃等功效 。
技术解决方案
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用如下技术方案：一种铁观音保健茶配方,该保健茶配方所含成份及质量份数为：17份铁观音茶末 ，6份菊花，3份淡竹叶，1份莲子芯。
所述铁观音茶末为清香型铁观音茶末。
所述铁观音茶末为精制的浓香型铁观音茶末，大大提高了保健茶茶汤滋味醇度，并提成香气和增进汤色。
该保健茶配制后装入可直接浸泡的小包装袋。
 有益效果
本发明配方中采用的主要成份铁观音茶， 不仅香高味醇，是天然可口佳饮，而且养生保健功能在茶叶中也属佼佼者。现代医学研究表明，铁观音茶中所含的多酚类化合物能防止过度氧化；嘌呤生物碱，可间接起到清除自由基的作用，从而达到延缓衰老的目的，而铁观音茶多酚是这一作用的主要活性成分。在化学物质致癌的研究中，肯定了铁观音茶多酚的防止癌作用；此外，铁观音中的维生素C和维生素E能阻断致癌物­­­--亚硝胺的合成，对防治癌症有较大的作用。铁观音茶所含茶多酚类化合物不仅可以降低血液中的胆固醇，而且可以明显改善血液中高密度脂蛋白与低密度脂蛋白的比值。茶叶中所含的咖啡碱能舒张血管，加快呼吸，降低血脂，对防治冠心病、高血压、动脉硬化等心脑血管疾病有一定的作用。由于铁观音茶汤中含有茶多酚类、糖类、氨基酸、果胶、维生素等与口腔中的唾液能起化学反应，滋润口腔，因此能起到生津止渴的作用。同时，由于铁观音中的咖啡碱作用，促使大量的能量从人体的皮肤毛孔里散出。据报道，喝一杯热茶，通过人体的皮肤毛孔出汗散发的热量，相当于这杯茶的50倍，故能使人感到凉爽解暑。 菊花：为菊科植物菊的干燥头状花序。体轻、质柔润，气清香，味甘，微苦。含挥发油、腺嘌呤、胆碱、小苏碱、黄酮类等。具有散风清热、平肝明目的功效。
莲子芯：荷的成熟种子，中央绿色的芯称'莲子芯'，含莲芯碱、异莲芯碱等多种生物碱，以及要犀草苷、芸香苷等多种黄酮类成份； 具有清心去热、涩精、止血、止渴等功效。用莲子芯冲水喝，可以治疗便秘，并有显著的强心作用，能扩张外周血管，降低血压。莲芯还有很好的去心火的功效，可以治疗口舌生疮，并有助于睡眠。 淡竹叶：为禾本科植物竹叶的干燥茎叶。体轻、质柔韧，气微，味淡，嚼之有粘性。含芦竹萜，具有 宁神除烦，解热利尿之功效。
本发明与现有技术相比较具有以下优点：
1、由于配方中主要成份为铁观音茶末，并辅之以菊花的清香甘醇，使保健茶 茶汤 滋味甘爽纯一，口感柔和， 茶香 清雅芬芳，为消费者所喜爱。
2、 通过对配方中各种配剂的合理配备，铁观音茶与中草药的有机结合，使各成份的功效相互促进，综合效果更佳。 该保健茶具有 生津止渴、清热降火、宁神除烦、 消脂降糖、 抗衰老、抗癌症、抗动脉硬化、利尿通肠胃等功效 。
本发明的铁观音保健茶配方经多次反复试验，充分证明了其功效显著。本发明铁观音保健茶不仅 丰富了铁观音产品系列，而且大幅提升了铁观音茶的产品附加值和市场竞争力。

 本发明的最佳实施方式
将清香型铁观音茶末17克 、菊花6克、淡竹叶3克、莲子芯1克装入可以直接浸泡的小包装袋。由于本实施例配伍的铁观音茶末为清香型，其发酵程度低，汤色较为青绿，鲜度较高，有明显花香，因此配伍后该保健茶茶汤
汤色翠绿，甘鲜爽口，具有生津止渴、清热降火、宁神除烦等多重保健功能。
 本发明的实施方式
本发明人在配制铁观音保健茶过程中，分别以铁观音茶（铁观音茶17g沸水冲泡）、各中药配剂（6克菊花、3克淡竹叶、1克莲子芯）、铁观音保健茶（本发明配方）反复多次进行动物喂养对比试验，结果表明：
1、铁观音茶、各中药配剂和铁观音保健茶均有消脂降糖和保护心血管等功能，但很大程度上，铁观音保健茶配方效果更为明显。
2、实验中各组大鼠活动、饮食均未见异常，粪便性状也未见明显改变，所以实验认为铁观音保健茶不是通过抑制食欲或导泻等消极作用达到减肥效果。
3、对于长期饮食高脂高糖和饮酒的试验表明，铁观音茶、各中药配剂和铁观音保健茶均无副作用，且在长期饮用的情形下，铁观音保健茶在防治糖尿病、消除体内乙醇等作用上效果更佳。
下面结合具体实施例对本发明铁观音保健茶配方作进一步说明。
实施例1：
将清香型铁观音茶末17克 、菊花6克、淡竹叶3克、莲子芯1克装入可以直接浸泡的小包装袋。由于本实施例配伍的铁观音茶末为清香型，其发酵程度低，汤色较为青绿，鲜度较高，有明显花香，因此配伍后该保健茶茶汤
汤色翠绿，甘鲜爽口，具有生津止渴、清热降火、宁神除烦等多重保健功能。
实施例2：
将17克清香型铁观音茶末、6克菊花、3克淡竹叶、1克莲子芯装入可以直接浸泡的小包装袋。浓香型铁观音则表现为发酵程度较高，有经过一定程度的烘焙，汤色偏金黄，滋味较醇厚，配伍后的铁观音保健茶茶汤滋味浓醇清洁，生津回甘，对于肠胃刺激性更少，具有生津止渴、清热降火、调理肠胃功能等多重保健功效。
实施例3：
将实施例1与实施例2中配制好的铁观音保健茶充分混合后粉碎至20-80目，然后装入可以直接浸泡的小包装袋。
 工业实用性
本发明的铁观音保健茶配方经多次反复试验，充分证明了其功效显著，不仅 丰富了铁观音产品系列，而且大幅提升了铁观音茶的产品附加值和市场竞争力，具有良好的工业实用性。
