具体地, 当活动手柄 9朝向固定手柄 8逆时针枢转时, 在连杆组件的传 动作用下, 钉匣推动件 7和与钉匣推动件 7联动的推钉器推动件 10推动钉 匣 3朝向抵钉座 2移动, 以使钳口组件从打开状态移动到半闭合状态或从半 闭合状态移动到闭合状态。 在该过程中, 标记块 4随推钉器推动件 10移动, 因而可以相应通过标记视窗 5看到安装在推钉器推动件 10上的标记块 4从 第一颜色 (例如白色)变为第二颜色 (例如黄色)或从第二颜色变为第三颜 色(例如绿色)。 当钳口组件处于闭合状态时, 推钉器推动件 10通过上述移 动使得推钉器推动件 10的凹部 10b刚好能够与击发连杆 11接合, 如图 5所 示。 活动手柄 9继续枢转将推动击发连杆 11, 从而推动推钉器推动件 10继 续移动, 由于此时钉匣推动件 7不再移动, 因而推钉器推动件 10继续移动 将推动推钉器 12进行击发操作。 标记块 4随推钉器推动件 10继续移动, 使 得通过标记视窗 5看到标记块 4从第三颜色变为第四颜色 (例如红色)。
为了便于使推钉器推动件 10随钉匣推动件 7从打开状态移动到闭合状 态并在进行击发操作时继续移动, 优选地, 如图 3和图 4所示, 所述钉匣推 动件 7上设置有销钉 7a, 所述推钉器推动件 10具有滑槽 10a, 所述销钉 7a 穿过所述滑槽 10a固定在所述钉匣推动件 7上, 在所述打开状态、 所述半闭 合状态和所述闭合状态下位于所述滑槽 10a的前端, 在所述击发状态下位于 所述滑槽 10a的中部。 通过这种布置, 当钳口组件从打开状态移动到闭合状 态时, 如图 3至图 5所示, 钉匣推动件 7通过销钉 7a带动推钉器推动件 10, 使得推钉器推动件 10随钉匣推动件 7移动,在该过程中,销钉 7a和滑槽 10a 的相对位置不变, 销钉 7a始终位于附图中滑槽 10a的左侧; 当进行击发操 作时, 如图 6所示, 击发连杆 11将推动推钉器推动件 10移动, 此时钉匣推 动件 7不再移动, 从而使推钉器推动件 10能够相对于钉匣推动件 7继续移 动。 在该过程中, 固定在钉匣推动件 7上的销钉 7a也不移动, 但由于推钉 器推动件 10的前移而使滑槽 10a的位置略微前移, 因而使所述销钉 7a位于 滑槽 10a的中部。 同时, 推钉器推动件 10的前移使得推钉器推动件 10推动 安装在钉匣 3中的推钉器 12, 从而击发缝钉。
优选地, 为了便于定位, 所述钉匣推动件 7上设置有定位销 7b, 该定位 销 7b在在所述打开状态、 所述半闭合状态和所述闭合状态下位于所述滑槽 10a的中部, 并在所述击发状态下位于所述滑槽 10a的后端, 使得推钉器推 动件 10在击发完成后无法再进一步向前移动。
另外, 为了便于在操作中进行判断, 可以在本发明的直线缝合器中设置 适当的锁止结构, 以将直线缝合器锁止在所需的状态下, 从而允许使用者在 锁止状态下从容进行判断。例如,本发明的直线缝合器还可以包括锁止件 13, 该锁止件 13具有凹槽 (位于图 2中内侧, 未显示), 所述锁止件 13通过偏 压弹簧 (位于图 2中内侧, 未显示)偏压, 所述活动手柄 9具有锁止销 (位 于图 2中内侧, 未显示), 该锁止销在所述活动手柄 9朝向所述固定手柄 8 枢转时能够移动到所述凹槽中并被锁止在所述凹槽中。
可以在本发明的直线缝合器上设置多个锁止件 13,从而分别对应各个状 态进行锁紧。 当然, 也可以在同一个锁止件 13上设置多个凹槽, 并在活动 手柄 9上设置能够对应于该多个凹槽的多个锁止销,从而当活动手柄 9朝向 固定手柄 8枢转(图 2中逆时针方向) 时, 能够在各个状态下分别通过一对 凹槽和锁止销锁止。
优选地,为了在击发操作之前能够根据需要对待缝合的组织进行位置调 整, 可以通过复位结构将本发明的直线缝合器复位到初始状态 (即打开状 态)。 例如, 所述直线缝合器还包括复位组件, 该复位组件包括复位按钮 14 和与该复位按钮 14联动的复位连杆 15和复位拉簧 16, 通过按压复位按钮 14使得所述复位连杆 15与所述锁止件 13联动并能够促动所述锁止件 13枢 转, 复位拉簧 16的一端固定 (固定在直线缝合器中相对不动的部件上, 例 如固定在安装于钉匣推动件 7—侧的抵钉座夹板上), 另一端与推钉器推动 件 10连接。通过按压复位连杆 15使位于复位连杆 15下方的锁止件 13枢转, 例如绕图 2中的枢转点 13a (锁止件 13可以铰接于枢转点 13a, 例如铰接在 壳体 1上)枢转, 锁止件 13的凹槽随锁止件 13枢转, 从而使锁止销退出锁 止件 13的凹槽, 同时复位拉簧 16的回复力将带动推钉器推动件 10后退, 使得滑槽 10a相对于销钉 7a滑动并回到初始位置 (即销钉 7a位于滑槽 10a 的前端), 从而能够继续通过销钉 7a带动钉匣推动件 7后退。 另外, 复位连 杆 15的下部设置有凸起。 在所述锁止件 13枢转的同时, 通过按压复位按钮 14, 所述复位连杆 15下部的凸起将向下抵压处于锁止状态的连杆组件, 由 此能够使连杆组件的各连杆枢转并因而使活动手柄 9能够枢转(沿图 2中顺 时针方向) 回到初始位置, 从而将本发明的直线缝合器解除锁止。 这里, 通 过按压复位按钮 14可以使锁止件 13枢转,从而使所有状态的锁止销退出相 应的凹槽; 通过按压复位连杆 15可以解除连杆组件的锁止状态, 从而使本 发明的直线缝合器回到打开状态, 以重新进行闭合操作。
同样, 可以通过上述方式使本发明的直线缝合器回到打开状态, 以退出 本发明的直线缝合器。
更优选地, 为了便于使用者观察, 所述标记视窗 5具有放大透镜, 从而 将标记放大, 以便识别。
需要说明的是, 在上述具体实施方式中所描述的各个具体技术特征, 可 以通过任何合适的方式进行任意组合, 其同样落入本发明所公开的范围之 内。 另外, 本发明的各种不同的实施方式之间也可以进行任意组合, 只要其 不违背本发明的思想, 其同样应当视为本发明所公开的内容。
以上结合附图详细描述了本发明的优选实施方式, 但是, 本发明并不限 于上述实施方式中的具体细节, 在本发明的技术构思范围内, 可以对本发明 的技术方案进行多种简单变型, 这些简单变型均属于本发明的保护范围。 附图标记说明

权利要求书
1、 一种直线缝合器, 该直线缝合器包括钳口组件、 钳口驱动装置、 缝 钉击发装置和壳体 (1 ), 所述钳口组件包括抵钉座 (2) 和钉匣 (3 ), 所述 钳口驱动装置驱动所述钉匣 (3 ) 远离或朝向所述抵钉座 (2) 移动, 以使所 述钳口组件能够处于打开状态、 半闭合状态和闭合状态, 所述缝钉击发装置 能够在所述钳口组件处于所述闭合状态时击发缝钉; 其特征在于:
所述直线缝合器还包括标记块(4)和设置在所述壳体(1 )上的标记视 窗 (5 ), 该标记块 (4) 具有四种不同颜色的标记, 所述标记块 (4) 与所述 钳口驱动装置联动, 在所述钳口组件处于所述闭合状态时, 所述标记块(4) 能够通过所述缝钉击发装置的击发操作继续移动, 从而在所述打开状态、 所 述半闭合状态、所述闭合状态和击发缝钉后的击发状态下能够通过所述标记 视窗 (5 ) 分别看到所述四种不同颜色的标记。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的直线缝合器, 其中, 所述标记块(4)为矩形, 所述四种不同颜色的标记沿所述标记块 (4) 的长度方向排列, 所述标记块
(4) 沿所述标记块 (4) 的长度方向移动。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的直线缝合器, 其中:
所述钳口驱动装置包括手柄组件、 连杆组件和钉匣推动件(7), 所述手 柄组件包括固定手柄 (8) 和活动手柄 (9), 所述活动手柄 (9) 能够朝向或 远离所述固定手柄 (8 )枢转, 所述活动手柄 (9) 与所述连杆组件的一个连 杆 (6a) 联动, 所述连杆组件的另一个连杆 (6b) 与所述钉匣推动件 (7) 联动, 所述钉匣 (3 ) 安装在所述钉匣推动件 (7) 的前端, 从而通过所述活 动手柄(9)的枢转使所述钉匣推动件(7)发生直线移动并推动所述钉匣(3 ) 朝向所述抵钉座 (2) 移动; 所述缝钉击发装置包括推钉器推动件 (10) 和击发连杆 (11), 所述推 钉器推动件 (10) 能够随所述钉匣推动件 (7) 移动并能够在所述闭合状态 下相对于所述钉匣推动件 (7) 继续移动, 所述推钉器推动件 (10) 具有凹 部 (10b), 所述击发连杆 (11) 的一端与所述活动手柄 (9) 连接, 另一端 能够在所述闭合状态下与所述凹部 (10b) 接合以推动所述推钉器推动件 (10), 所述标记块 (4) 安装在所述推钉器推动件 (10) 上。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的直线缝合器, 其中, 所述钉匣推动件 (7) 上 设置有销钉(7a), 所述推钉器推动件(10)具有滑槽(10 a),所述销钉(7a) 穿过所述滑槽 (10 a) 固定在所述钉匣推动件 (7) 上, 并在所述打开状态、 所述半闭合状态和所述闭合状态下位于所述滑槽 (10a) 的前端, 在所述击 发状态下位于所述滑槽 (10a) 的中部。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的直线缝合器, 其中, 所述钉匣推动件 (7) 上 设置有定位销 (7b), 该定位销 (7b) 穿过所述滑槽 (10 a) 固定在所述钉匣 推动件 (7) 上, 并在所述打开状态、 所述半闭合状态和所述闭合状态下位 于所述滑槽(10a)的中部, 在所述击发状态下位于所述滑槽(10a)的后端。
6、 根据权利要求 3所述的直线缝合器, 其中, 所述直线缝合器还包括 锁止件 (13), 该锁止件 (13) 具有凹槽, 所述锁止件 (13) 通过偏压弹簧 偏压, 所述活动手柄 (9) 具有锁止销, 该锁止销在所述活动手柄 (9) 朝向 所述固定手柄 (8) 枢转时能够移动到所述凹槽中并被锁止在所述凹槽中。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的直线缝合器, 其中, 所述直线缝合器还包括 复位组件, 该复位组件包括复位按钮 (14) 和与该复位按钮 (14) 联动的复 位连杆 (15) 和复位拉簧 (16), 通过按压所述复位按钮 (14) 使得所述复 位连杆 (15) 与所述锁止件 (13) 联动并能够促动所述锁止件 (13) 枢转, 所述复位拉簧 (16) 的一端固定, 另一端与所述推钉器推动件 (10) 连接。
8、 根据权利要求 1-7 中任意一项所述的直线缝合器, 其中, 所述标记 视窗 (5) 具有放大透镜。
