Description

幕墙面板的干挂组件 技术领域
本发明属于建筑装饰的技术领域,特别涉及一种幕墙面板的干挂组件。
背景技术
传统的幕墙面板干挂结构如图1所示,是在墙体的立柱10固定直角件20,将横杆30固定在直角件20上,再在横杆30上固定另一直角件40,幕墙则固定在直角件40上。其中,直角件20和40与立柱10和横杆30之间的固定都需要预先钻孔,再借助螺钉安装固定。因此,现有的幕墙面板干挂结构存在以下缺陷:
一、先钻孔再用螺钉安装,安装操作十分不便;
二、直角件20借助螺钉固定在特定的孔上,安装后,若幕墙面板挂置不整齐时,很难再进行调节,直接影响幕墙的美观;
三、安装后,若幕墙面板干挂结构出现问题,维修、更换也不方便。
有鉴于此,本发明人对幕墙面板干挂结构进行改良,本案由此产生。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种幕墙面板干挂组件,使安装、调节及维修皆具方便性。
为了达成上述目的,本发明的解决方案是:
幕墙面板干挂组件,由横担、支架和螺杆组成;支架的前部形成挡板,挡板上具有供螺杆穿插的通道,支架的后部具有供横担旋转后定位的卡槽;螺杆具有杆部和头部,螺杆的杆部穿置在支架的通道中;横担上开有供螺杆的杆部后端螺纹连接的螺孔,横担由螺杆带动旋转使其定位于卡槽上而两端与挡板之间形成夹持空间。
所述支架的中部形成担板,担板上也具有供螺杆穿插的通道;螺杆上还套有一弹簧,弹簧的两端抵于螺杆的头部和担板上。
所述担板一体成型在支架上。所述支架由冲压的片材弯折而成,俯视呈∏型,中间为挡板,挡板上开有供螺杆的杆部穿置在通道,两侧为侧板,侧板为镂空状,侧板具有侧杆,两个侧板上的两个侧杆组成担板,侧板的后部形成供横担旋转后定位的卡槽。
所述担板与支架分体成型,支架在中部形成插槽,担板固定插置在插槽中。所述支架由冲压的片材弯折而成,俯视呈∏型,中间为挡板,挡板上开有供螺杆的杆部穿置在通道,两侧为侧板,侧板上形成供担板固定的插槽,侧板的后部形成供横担旋转后定位的卡槽。
采用上述结构后,本发明是配合槽钢制成的立柱使用,槽钢的槽口具有卡边,安装时,通过螺杆将横担转至与卡槽完全错开,再将本发明整体安装在待固定件和槽钢上,然后,通过螺杆将横担转至与卡槽对齐,并由螺杆带动横担向前移,横担卡入卡槽中定位,横担的两端与挡板之间形成的夹持空间则将待固定件和槽钢的卡边夹在一起,最后,旋拧螺杆,使横担向前锁紧,将待固定件和槽钢牢牢地锁固在一起,达到将待固定件固定在立柱上的功效。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下优点:
一、无需先钻孔,直接借助横担与支架的挡板夹紧来实现安装,安装操作十分方便;
二、安装后,若幕墙面板挂置不整齐时,可以通过旋松螺杆,使待固定件与槽钢失去夹紧,即可将待固定件在槽钢上移动进行调节,调节操作方便,确保幕墙的美观;
三、安装后,若幕墙面板干挂结构出现问题,可以先旋松螺杆,再向后压螺杆,使横担退出卡槽,再通过螺杆将横担旋转至与卡槽错开,即可将待固定件和本发明的幕墙面板干挂组件一起从槽钢上取下,进行维修、更换,操作十分方便。

具体实施方式
如图2和图4所示,是本发明的较佳实施例。
幕墙面板干挂组件,由横担1、支架2和螺杆4组成。
支架2的前部形成挡板22,挡板22上具有供螺杆4穿插的通道,支架2的后部具有供横担1旋转后定位的卡槽26。
螺杆4具有杆部41和头部42,螺杆4的杆部41穿置在支架2的通道中。
横担1上开有供螺杆4的杆部41后端螺纹43连接的螺孔11,横担1由螺杆4带动旋转使其定位于卡槽26上,而横担1的两端与挡板22之间形成夹持空间。
本发明是配合槽钢5制成的立柱使用,槽钢5的槽口51具有卡边52。
安装时,如图3和图5所示,旋转螺杆4,将横担1转至端部12与卡槽26完全错开,再将本发明整体安装在待固定件6和槽钢5上,然后,再旋转螺杆4,将横担1转至端部12与卡槽26对齐,并将螺杆4向前拉,带动横担1向前移,端部12卡入卡槽26中定位,端部12与挡板22之间形成的夹持空间则将待固定件6和槽钢5的卡边52夹在一起,最后,旋拧螺杆4,使横担1向前锁紧,将待固定件6和槽钢5牢牢地锁固在一起,达到将待固定件6固定在立柱上的功效,如图6所示。再如图7所示,在待固定件6上固定直角件7,如图8所示,在直角件7上挂置幕墙面板8,即完成幕墙面板的干挂。本发明因为不必像现有技术那样钻孔,安装操作十分方便。
安装后,若幕墙面板挂置不整齐时,可以先旋松螺杆4,使待固定件6与槽钢5失去夹紧,待固定件6即可在槽钢5上移动进行调节,调节操作方便。若幕墙面板干挂结构出现问题,同样可以先旋松螺杆4,再向后压螺杆4,使横担1的端部11退出卡槽26,再旋转螺杆4,将横担1旋转至端部12与卡槽26错开,使待固定件6与槽钢5失去夹紧,待固定件6即可从槽钢5上取下,进行维修、更换,操作十分方便。
为了防止螺杆4旋松后,待固定件6在重力作用下,在立柱上随意滑动,本实施例在支架2的中部还形成担板21,担板21上也具有供螺杆4穿插的通道;螺杆4上还套有一弹簧3,弹簧3的两端抵于螺杆4的头部42和担板21上。其中,担板21可以如图2所示一体成型在支架2上,具体地说,支架2由冲压的片材弯折而成,俯视呈∏型,中间为挡板22,挡板22上开有供螺杆4的杆部41穿置在通道23,两侧为侧板24,侧板24为镂空状,侧板24具有侧杆25,两个侧板24上的两个侧杆25组成担板21,两个侧板24之间为担板21供螺杆4穿插的通道,侧板24的后部形成卡槽26。担板21也可以如图4所示与支架2分体成型,支架2在中部形成插槽27,担板21固定插置在插槽27中,具体地说,支架2由冲压的片材弯折而成,俯视呈∏型,中间为挡板22,挡板22上开有供螺杆4的杆部41穿置在通道23,两侧为侧板24,侧板24上形成插槽27,担板21上具有供螺杆4穿插的通道28,侧板24的后部形成卡槽26。该弹簧3的作用是:当横担1转至端部12与卡槽26对齐时,螺杆4会在弹簧3作用下自动带动横担1向前移,并使横担1的端部12与挡板22在弹力作用下将待固定件6和槽钢5的卡边52夹紧,防止待固定件6在槽钢5上随意滑动,进而方便安装工人对幕墙面板8做安装调节。
以上所述仅为本发明的两个实施例,并非对本案设计的限制,凡依本案的设计关键所做的等同变化,均落入本案的保护范围。

Claims (4)

1、幕墙面板干挂组件,其特征在于:由横担、支架和螺杆组成;支架的前部形成挡板,挡板上具有供螺杆穿插的通道,支架的后部具有供横担旋转后定位的卡槽;螺杆具有杆部和头部,螺杆的杆部穿置在支架的通道中;横担上开有供螺杆的杆部后端螺纹连接的螺孔,横担由螺杆带动旋转使其定位于卡槽上而两端与挡板之间形成夹持空间。
2、如权利要求1所述的幕墙面板干挂组件,其特征在于:所述支架的中部形成担板,担板上也具有供螺杆穿插的通道;螺杆上还套有一弹簧,弹簧的两端抵于螺杆的头部和担板上。
3、如权利要求2所述的幕墙面板干挂组件,其特征在于:所述担板一体成型在支架上。所述支架由冲压的片材弯折而成,俯视呈∏型,中间为挡板,挡板上开有供螺杆的杆部穿置在通道,两侧为侧板,侧板为镂空状,侧板具有侧杆,两个侧板上的两个侧杆组成担板,侧板的后部形成供横担旋转后定位的卡槽。
4、如权利要求2所述的幕墙面板干挂组件,其特征在于:所述担板与支架分体成型,支架在中部形成插槽,担板固定插置在插槽中。所述支架由冲压的片材弯折而成,俯视呈∏型,中间为挡板,挡板上开有供螺杆的杆部穿置在通道,两侧为侧板,侧板上形成供担板固定的插槽,侧板的后部形成供横担旋转后定位的卡槽。
