Abstract
본 발명은 음향 트랜스듀서용 수동소자 제조방법 및 이의 제조장치에 관한 것으로, 에폭시 레진에 메탈 옥사이드 필러가 혼합된 상태에서 초음파를 발생시킨 이후에 경화제를 첨가하여 주조함으로써, 음향 트랜스듀서용 수동소자를 제조하게 된다. 초음파를 이용하여 재료를 혼합하기 때문에 수동소자는 종래에 비하여 메탈 옥사이드 필러의 분산이 잘 이루어져서 표면이 균일해지는 효과가 있으며, 이렇게 제조된 수동소자가 이용된 음향 트랜스듀서는 음속과 감쇠의 특성이 향상되는 효과가 있다.
