Abstract

본 발명은 호일을 이용한 염료감응태양전지모듈의 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조되는 염료감응태양전지에 관한 것으로, 대향하여 배치된 작용극 기판과 촉매극 기판 및, 이들 기판 사이에 충진되는 전해질을 포함하는 염료감응 태양전지를 집적하여 형성되는 염료감응태양전지모듈의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 작용극 기판과 촉매극 기판의 전극사이의 전기적 연결이, 상기 두 기판 전극의 대향 부분의 사이에 금속 호일을 삽입하고, 상기 두 기판이 서로 접촉하도록 압착한 후, 상기 금속 호일을 전기를 통전시켜 용융하여 상기 두 기판 전극 사이의 결합이 이루어지도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 호일을 이용한 염료감응태양전지모듈의 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조되는 염료감응태양전지에 관한 것이다. 이를 통하여 염료감응태양전지의 집적 시에 전극사이의 전기적 접촉을 균일하고, 우수하게 이룰 수 있으므로, 염료감응태양전지의 집적 시에 나타나는 전극 사이의 접촉저항 증가를 막아 태양전지의 효율을 개선하는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
