Abstract

본 발명의 일 실시예는, 내부 공간을 최소화 하면서 내부 공간의 세척을 용이하게 하는 큐벳에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 큐벳은, 주입구를 가지며 제1 내부 공간을 형성하는 상단부, 상기 제1 내부 공간에 이어지고 상기 제1 내부 공간보다 작은 제2 내부 공간을 형성하는 중간부, 및 상기 제2 내부 공간에 이어지고 상기 제2 내부 공간의 단면보다 좁은 내경의 관통 구멍을 형성하는 하단부를 포함한다. 따라서 내부 공간에 용액을 분주하여 검사시 관통 구멍은 밸브 작용하여 용액을 멈추게 하고, 검사 후, 주입구를 가압하여 세척시 관통 구멍은 노즐 작용하여 용액을 배출할 수 있다.
