Abstract
L'invention porte sur un procédé de traitement d'informations de pourriel. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : les requêtes de traitement d'informations de pourriel des utilisateurs finaux transférées par un serveur de pourriel sont reçues (101) ; les requêtes de traitement sont envoyées à une boîte aux lettres de pourriel de réseau en vue d'un traitement, et les informations de résultat de traitement renvoyées par la boîte aux lettres de pourriel de réseau conformément aux requêtes de traitement sont reçues (102), et les informations de résultat de traitement sont envoyées au serveur de pourriel, pour que le serveur de pourriel transfère les informations de résultat de traitement aux utilisateurs finaux (103). L'invention porte également sur un appareil et sur un système de traitement d'informations de pourriel. Les requêtes de traitement d'informations de pourriel envoyées par les utilisateurs finaux sont envoyées aux boîtes aux lettres correspondantes par une passerelle de traitement d'informations de pourriel (passerelle de boîte aux lettres), ce qui amène les boîtes aux lettres correspondantes à traiter les informations de pourriel conformément aux requêtes de traitement. Cela permet aux utilisateurs finaux de retraiter les informations de pourriel.
