Description
図1乃至図4を参照して、本発明の第1の実施形態に係る移動通信システムの構成について説明する。
図5乃至図7を参照して、本発明の第1の実施形態に係る移動通信システムの動作について、具体的には、本発明の第1の実施形態に係る移動局UE内部の動作について説明する。
本発明の第1の実施形態に係る移動通信システムによれば、MMTEL/IMSレイヤ機能30が、ASレイヤ機能10によって「Special AC」に対する規制を考慮して生成された第2規制情報に基づいて、SSAC規制を行うように構成されているため、移動局UEのACをMMTEL/IMSレイヤ機能30から隠蔽しつつ、MMTEL/IMSレイヤ機能においてSSAC規制を行うことができる。
以下、図8を参照して、本発明の変更例1に係る移動通信システム、具体的には、本発明の変更例1に係る移動局UEについて、本発明の第1の実施形態に係る移動通信システム、具体的には、本発明の第1の実施形態に係る移動局UEとの相違点に着目して説明する。
Claims (12)
- 移動局であって、
無線アクセスネットワークとの間で通信を行う第1レイヤ機能と、
サービス制御ネットワークとの間で終端する第2レイヤ機能とを具備しており、
前記第1レイヤ機能は、
報知情報を受信するように構成されている報知情報受信部と、
前記移動局のアクセスクラス及び前記報知情報に含まれている第1規制情報に基づいて、第2規制情報を生成するように構成されている調整部と、
前記第2規制情報を、前記第2レイヤ機能に通知するように構成されている通知部とを具備しており、
前記第2レイヤ機能は、
前記第2規制情報に基づいて、発信処理を行うことができるか否かについて判定するように構成されている判定部を具備することを特徴とする移動局。 - 前記第1レイヤ機能は、
前記第2レイヤ機能からの発信処理要求に応じて、発信処理の禁止期間内であるか否かに基づいて、発信を行うことができるか否かについて判定するように構成されている判定部を更に具備することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の移動局。 - 前記第1レイヤ機能の判定部は、接続要求の応答として無線基地局からReject信号を受信した場合に、該Reject信号に含まれる値に基づいて、前記発信処理の禁止期間を管理するタイマを起動するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の移動局。
- 前記第2レイヤ機能の判定部は、前記第2規制情報に含まれる閾値と乱数とを比較することによって、前記判定を行うように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の移動局。
- 前記第2レイヤ機能の判定部は、前記第2規制情報に含まれる時間情報に基づいて決定された発信処理の禁止期間内であるか否かについて判定することによって、前記判定を行うように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の移動局。
- 前記第2レイヤ機能の判定部は、発信処理を行うことができないと判定した場合に、前記第2規制情報に含まれる時間情報に基づいて、前記発信処理の禁止期間を管理するタイマを起動するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の移動局。
- 前記調整部は、発信呼の種別ごとの前記第2規制情報を生成するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の移動局。
- 前記報知情報受信部によって報知情報が受信されたタイミングで、前記調整部は、前記第2規制情報を生成し、前記通知部は、前記第2規制情報を、前記第2レイヤ機能に通知するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の移動局。
- 前記調整部によって生成された第2規制情報を記憶し、生成された第2規制情報が前回記憶した値から変更になった場合にのみ、前記通知部は、該第2規制情報を、前記第2レイヤ機能に通知するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の移動局。
- 前記第1レイヤ機能は、ASレイヤ機能であり、
前記第2レイヤ機能は、MMTELレイヤ機能或いはIMSレイヤ機能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の移動局。 - 前記第1レイヤ機能は、発信処理を行うことができるか否かについて判定するように構成されている判定部を具備し、
前記第2レイヤ機能の判定部は、規制率「a」に基づいて、発信処理を行うことができるか否かについて判定するように構成されており、
前記第1レイヤ機能の判定部は、規制率「b」に基づいて、発信処理を行うことができるか否かについて判定するように構成されており、
前記第1レイヤ機能の報知情報受信部は、受信した前記報知情報から規制率「c」を取得するように構成されており、
前記第1レイヤ機能の通知部は、前記第2レイヤ機能に対して、「1-(1-c)/(1-b)」によって算出される前記規制率「a」を含む前記第2規制情報を通知するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の移動局。 - 前記第1レイヤ機能は、発信処理を行うことができるか否かについて判定するように構成されている判定部を具備し、
前記第2レイヤ機能の判定部は、閾値「A」に基づいて、発信処理を行うことができるか否かについて判定するように構成されており、
前記第1レイヤ機能の判定部は、閾値「B」に基づいて、発信処理を行うことができるか否かについて判定するように構成されており、
前記第1レイヤ機能の報知情報受信部は、前記報知情報に含まれる前記閾値「B」及び閾値「C」を取得するように構成されており、
前記第1レイヤ機能の通知部は、前記第2レイヤ機能に対して、「C/B」によって算出される前記閾値「A」を含む前記第2規制情報を通知するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の移動局。
