在长期演进(Long Term Evolution,LTE)系统中针对不同类型用户设备(User Equipment,UE)或业务需求配置有多种接入控制(Access Control,AC)机制,以避免系统过负荷,如针对空闲(idle)态UE的接入等级控制(Access Class Barring,ACB)、扩展的接入控制(Extened Access Barring,EAB)和特定应用接入等级控制(Application Specific Access Class,ACDC)等,针对连接态的UE的特定业务接入等级控制(Service Specific Access Class,SSAC)。在不同的接入控制机制下,接入网((Radio)Access Network,(R)AN)设备通过为UE配置接入限制(barring)参数来实现对UE进行接入控制。
目前,UE可以在附着(attach)过程或者位置更新过程等非接入层(Non-access Stratum,NAS)流程中,从核心网(Core Network,CN)获取用于描述连接请求的属性与接入类型的映射关系,接入类型用于标识该接入类型对应的接入限制参数,如下表1所示为一种用于描述连接请求的属性与接入类型的映射关系的示意,其中,连接请求的属性包括但不限于以下的一种或多种:接入等级、切片(slice)标识、应用标识、业务类型以及信令类型等。

此外,接入网设备可以通过系统消息或者专用信令为UE配置用于描述不同接入类型与具体的接入限制参数的映射关系。后续UE在向接入网设备发送连接请求之前,可以根据此次连接请求的属性和获得的用于描述连接请求的属性与接入类型的映射关系,确定此次连接请求对应的接入类型,并根据所确定的接入类型,在用于描述不同接入类型与具体的接入限制参数的映射关系中匹配到对应的接入限制参数,使用匹配到的具体的接入限制参数进行接入。其中,接入限制参数可以包括禁止接入的概率(barring factor)和禁止接入的时长(barring time);或者一个bit指示是否为禁止接入等。
但是,UE在初始attach或跨公共陆地移动网络(Public Land Mobile Network,PLMN)进行小区重选后的注册流程前,由于没有获得核心网发送的连接请求的属性与接入类型的 映射关系,因此在发起连接请求时,无法确定所要发起的连接请求对应的接入类型,进而也就无法确定对应的接入限制参数进行接入控制,这时候UE就会放弃接入。
另外,若UE根据所要发起的连接请求的属性和获得的用于描述连接请求的属性与接入类型的映射关系,确定出多个接入类型时,则UE也无法确定采用哪个接入类型对应的接入限制参数进行接入控制,这时候UE也会放弃接入。例如,若UE所要发起的连接请求的切片标识为7,应用标识为3,UE根据如上表1所示的连接请求的属性与接入类型的映射关系,确定该连接请求对应的接入类型的值分别为3和5,则无法确定采用3对应的接入限制参数进行接入控制,还是采用5对应的接入限制参数进行接入控制。
因此,现有技术中对于UE在发起连接请求时,根据发起的连接请求对应的属性未找到对应的接入类型或者找到多个接入类型时,无法进行接入控制,都会出现接入失败的情况。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供了一种接入控制方法及装置,用以解决现有技术中终端在发起连接请求时,根据发起的连接请求对应的属性未找到对应的接入类型或者找到多个接入类型时,无法进行接入控制的问题。
第一方面,本申请实施例提供了一种接入控制方法,该方法包括:终端需要向接入网设备发送连接请求时,确定匹配不到该连接请求对应的接入类型,或者确定匹配到该连接请求对应的接入类型、但匹配不到该接入类型对应的接入限制参数,其中,该接入类型用于标识对应的接入限制参数;按照接入网设备配置给该终端的缺省接入限制参数进行接入控制,或者按照接入网设备配置给该终端的第一缺省接入类型,匹配到第一缺省接入类型对应的接入限制参数,并按照匹配到的接入限制参数进行接入控制,或者按照该终端中预设的第二缺省接入类型,匹配到第二缺省接入类型对应的接入限制参数,并按照匹配到的接入限制参数进行接入控制。
通过上述方法,终端在需要向接入网设备发送连接请求时,若匹配不到该连接请求对应的接入类型,或者匹配到该连接请求对应的接入类型,但匹配不到该接入类型对应的接入限制参数,则按照缺省接入限制参数进行接入控制,或者按照第一缺省接入类型对应的接入限制参数进行接入控制,或者按照第二缺省接入类型对应的接入限制参数进行接入控制,解决了终端在匹配不到连接请求对应的接入类型,或匹配到连接请求对应的接入类型,但匹配不到该接入类型对应的接入限制参数时无法进行接入控制的问题,避免无线通信系统过载。
一个可能的实施方式中,终端通过以下方式确定匹配不到该连接请求对应的接入类型:终端确定该连接请求为接入层信令请求,或者确定没有用于描述连接请求的属性与接入类型的第一映射关系,或者确定根据该连接请求的属性在所述第一映射关系中匹配不到该连接请求对应的接入类型。终端通过以下方式确定匹配到该连接请求对应的接入类型、但匹配不到该接入类型对应的接入限制参数:终端根据该连接请求的属性,确定在用于描述连接请求的属性与接入类型的第一映射关系中匹配到该连接请求对应的接入类型,但在用于描述不同接入类型与具体接入限制参数的第二映射关系中匹配不到该接入类型对应的接入限制参数。
一个可能的实施方式中,缺省接入限制参数和/或第一缺省接入类型是接入网设备根据 公共陆地移动网络PLMN类型、连接请求的类型和切片类型中的一种或多种确定的,其中,该连接请求的类型为接入层信令请求或非接入层信令请求或业务请求。
核心网设备为终端配置的第一映射关系保存在终端的非接入层中,一个具体的实施方式中,终端通过以下步骤确定匹配不到该连接请求对应的接入类型:终端的非接入层确定没有第一映射关系,或者确定根据所述连接请求的属性在所述第一映射关系中匹配不到该连接请求对应的接入类型,或者确定在第一映射关系中匹配到该连接请求对应的接入类型、但在第二映射关系中匹配不到该接入类型对应的接入限制参数;终端的非接入层向终端的接入层发送第一消息,终端的接入层确定所述第一消息中没有携带所述连接请求对应的接入类型,其中,该第一消息用于携带连接请求以及该连接请求对应的接入类型,或者,终端的非接入层向终端的接入层发送第二消息,其中,该第二消息用于指示终端的非接入层没有匹配到该连接请求对应的接入类型。
第二方面,本申请实施例提供了一种接入控制方法,该方法包括:接入网设备确定缺省接入限制参数和/或第一缺省接入类型,并将第一缺省接入限制参数或该缺省接入类型发送给终端,其中,该接入类型用于标识对应的接入限制参数;接收终端发送的连接请求,该连接请求是终端在需要向接入网设备发送连接请求时,确定匹配不到该连接请求对应的接入类型,或者确定匹配到该连接请求对应的接入类型、但匹配不到该接入类型对应的接入限制参数时,按照该缺省接入限制参数,或者按照第一缺省接入类型匹配到的接入限制参数进行接入控制并发送的。
通过上述方法,接入网设备确定缺省接入限制参数或第一缺省接入类型,并将缺省接入限制参数或该第一缺省接入类型发送给终端,并接收终端在需要向接入网设备发送连接请求时,确定匹配不到该连接请求对应的接入类型,或者确定匹配到该连接请求对应的接入类型、但匹配不到该接入类型对应的接入限制参数时,按照该缺省接入限制参数,或者按照第一缺省接入类型匹配到的接入限制参数进行接入控制并发送的连接请求,解决了终端在匹配不到连接请求对应的接入类型,或匹配到连接请求对应的接入类型,但匹配不到该接入类型对应的接入限制参数时无法进行接入控制的问题,避免无线通信系统过载。
一个可能的实施方式中,该接入网设备根据公共陆地移动网络PLMN类型、该连接请求的类型和切片类型中的一种或多种确定该缺省接入限制参数和/或该第一缺省接入类型,该连接请求的类型为接入层信令请求或非接入层信令请求或业务请求。
第三方面,本申请实施例提供了一种接入控制方法,该方法包括:终端需要向接入网设备发送连接请求时,确定匹配不到该连接请求对应的接入类型,或者确定匹配到该连接请求对应的接入类型、但匹配不到该接入类型对应的接入限制参数,其中,该接入类型用于标识对应的接入限制参数;向接入网设备发送该连接请求。
通过上述方法,终端在需要向接入网设备发送连接请求时,若匹配不到该连接请求对应的接入类型,或者匹配到该连接请求对应的接入类型,但匹配不到该接入类型对应的接入限制参数,则向接入网设备发送该连接请求,解决了终端在匹配不到连接请求对应的接入类型,或匹配到连接请求对应的接入类型,但匹配不到该接入类型对应的接入限制参数时无法进行接入控制,发生接入失败的问题。
第四方面,本申请实施例提供了一种接入控制方法,该方法包括:终端需要向接入网设备发送连接请求时,根据该连接请求的属性在用于描述连接请求的属性与接入类型的第一映射关系中匹配到至少两个接入类型,其中,该接入类型用于标识对应的接入限制参数; 终端按照匹配到的至少两个接入类型构成的组合接入类型,在接入网设备配置的第三映射关系中匹配到对应的接入限制参数,并按照匹配到的接入限制参数进行接入控制,其中,该第三映射关系中至少包括由多个接入类型构成的组合接入类型与具体接入限制参数的映射关系,或者按照匹配到的至少两个接入类型,在用于描述不同接入类型与具体接入限制参数的第二映射关系中匹配到所述至少两个接入类型分别对应的接入限制参数,根据匹配到的接入限制参数进行接入控制,或者在匹配到的至少两个接入类型中选择一个接入类型,在用于描述不同接入类型与具体接入限制参数的第二映射关系中匹配到选择的接入类型对应的接入限制参数,并按照匹配到的接入限制参数进行接入控制。
通过上述方法,终端在需要向接入网设备发送连接请求时,若匹配至少两个接入类型,则按照匹配到的至少两个接入类型,在第三映射关系中匹配到对应的接入限制参数,并按照匹配到的接入限制参数进行接入控制,或者,按照匹配到的至少两个接入类型,在第二映射关系中匹配到所述至少两个接入类型分别对应的接入限制参数,根据匹配到的接入限制参数进行接入控制,或者在匹配到的至少两个接入类型中选择一个接入类型,在用于描述不同接入类型与具体接入限制参数的第二映射关系中匹配到选择的接入类型对应的接入限制参数,并按照匹配到的接入限制参数进行接入控制,解决了终端需要向接入网设备发送连接请求时,匹配到至少两个接入类型,无法进行接入控制的问题,避免无线通信系统过载。
一个可能的实施方式中,若第三映射关系还包括单个接入类型与具体接入限制参数的映射关系,终端在按照匹配到的至少两个接入类型构成的组合接入类型,在接入网设备配置的第三映射关系中匹配到对应的接入限制参数时,还分别按照匹配到的至少两个接入类型,在第三映射关系中匹配到对应的接入限制参数。
一个可能的实施方式中,若终端在所述第三映射关系中匹配到至少两个接入限制参数,通过以下步骤进行接入控制:终端按照接入网设备设定的使用顺序,依次判断是否满足匹配到的至少两个接入限制参数,若终端满足当前所判断的接入限制参数,则向接入网设备发送所述连接请求,否则,继续判断下一个接入限制参数;若终端不满足匹配到的至少两个接入限制参数中的最后一个接入限制参数,则不发送所述连接请求,使得终端在第三映射关系中匹配到多个接入限制参数时,也能够实现接入控制。
一个可能的实施方式中,终端按照匹配到的至少两个接入类型,在用于描述不同接入类型与具体接入限制参数的第二映射关系中匹配到所述至少两个接入类型分别对应的接入限制参数,根据匹配到的接入限制参数进行接入控制,具体包括:终端分别判断是否满足匹配到的接入限制参数,若终端满足匹配到的接入限制参数中的任意一个,则向接入网设备发送所述连接请求,否则,不发送所述连接请求,不仅解决了终端需要向接入网设备发送连接请求时,匹配到至少两个接入类型,无法进行接入控制的问题,还提高了终端接入网络的概率。
一个可能的实施方式中,终端通过以下方式在匹配到的至少两个接入类型中选择一个接入类型:终端根据所述至少两个接入类型的优先级,在所述至少两个接入类型中选择接入类型优先级最高的接入类型;或者终端分别确定所述至少两个接入类型在所述第一映射关系中匹配到属性数量,选择所述至少两个接入类型中匹配到属性数量最多的接入类型。
第五方面,本申请实施例提供了一种接入控制方法,该方法包括:接入网设备将第三映射关系发送给终端,其中,第三映射关系至少包括由多个接入类型构成的组合接入类型 与具体接入限制参数的映射关系,所述接入类型用于标识对应的接入限制参数;接收终端发送的连接请求,该连接请求是终端在需要向接入网设备发送连接请求时,根据该连接请求的属性在用于描述连接请求的属性与接入类型的第一映射关系中匹配到至少两个接入类型,并按照所述至少两个接入类型构成的组合接入类型在第三映射关系中,匹配到对应的接入限制参数,以及按照匹配到的接入限制参数进行接入控制并发送的。
通过上述方法,接入网设备将第三映射关系发送给终端,并接收终端发送的连接请求,该连接请求是终端在需要向接入网设备发送连接请求时,根据该连接请求的属性在用于描述连接请求的属性与接入类型的第一映射关系中匹配到至少两个接入类型,并按照所述至少两个接入类型构成的组合接入类型在第三映射关系中,匹配到对应的接入限制参数,以及按照匹配到的接入限制参数进行接入控制并发送的,解决了终端需要向接入网设备发送连接请求时,匹配到至少两个接入类型,无法进行接入控制的问题,避免无线通信系统过载。
一个可能的实施方式中,若第三映射关系还包括单个接入类型单个接入类型与具体接入限制参数的映射关系,则该连接请求是终端在需要向接入网设备发送连接请求时,根据所述连接请求的属性在用于描述连接请求的属性与接入类型的第一映射关系中匹配到至少两个接入类型,并按照所述至少两个接入类型以及所述至少两个接入类型构成的组合接入类型在所述第三映射关系中,匹配到对应的接入限制参数,以及按照匹配到的接入限制参数进行接入控制并发送的。
第六方面,本申请实施例还提供了一种终端,该终端具有实现第一方面所述方法实例中终端行为的功能。所述功能可以通过硬件实现,也可以通过硬件执行相应的软件实现。所述硬件或软件包括一个或多个与上述功能相对应的模块。

为了使本申请的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本申请作进一步地详细描述。
本申请实施例提供一种接入控制方法及基于这个方法的装置,用以解决现有技术中终端在发起连接请求时,根据发起的连接请求对应的属性未找到对应的接入类型或者找到多个接入类型时,无法进行接入控制的问题。其中,方法和装置是基于同一发明构思的,由于方法及装置解决问题的原理相似,因此装置与方法的实施可以相互参见,重复之处不再赘述。
以下,对本申请实施例涉及部分用语进行解释说明,以便于本领域技术人员理解。
在本申请实施例中,终端可以经RAN与一个或多个核心网进行通信,例如,终端可以是移动电话(或称为“蜂窝”电话)、具有移动终端的计算机等,例如,终端还可以是便携式、袖珍式、手持式、计算机内置的或者车载的移动装置,它们与无线接入网交换语音和/或数据。本申请实施例中的终端还可以是D2D(Device to Device,设备与设备)终端或者M2M(Machine to Machine,机器与机器)终端。接入设备可以是LTE系统或其演进系统中的演进型基站(Evolutional Node B,eNB)、宏基站、微基站(也称为“小基站”)、微微基站、接入站点(Access Point,简称为AP)或传输站点(Transmission Point,简称为TP)等,也可以是未来网络中的基站,如5G网络中的基站。
本申请实施例中接入类型可以由数字或字母等表示;接入限制参数包括但不限于接入概率和禁止接入时长。
下面将结合附图对本申请实施例作进一步地详细描述。
图1示出了一种移动通信系统的架构,所述系统主要包括终端、接入网设备和核心网设备。其中,接入网可以是全球移动通信系统(Global System for Mobile Communication,GSM)、通用移动通信系统(Universal Mobile Telecommunications System,UMTS)以及第五代通信系统(the fifth generation of mobile telecommunications technology,5G)等其他移动通信系统,为终端提供无线接入相关的服务,实现无线物理层功能、资源调度和无线资源管理、无线接入控制以及移动性管理功能。所述接入网中包括至少一个RAN设备,如eNodeB。所述RAN设备与核心网设备(如移动管理实体(Mobility Management Entity,MME)、服务网关(Serving Gateway,S-GW)或服务GPRS支持节点(serving GPRS support node, SGSN)等)相连,从而实现无线接入承载控制等功能。核心网设备负责根据终端通过接入网设备发送的连接请求将所述终端接续到不同的网络上,以及计费、移动性管理等业务,以及为终端配置用于描述连接请求的属性与接入类型的第一映射关系和服务质量(Quality of Service,Qos)规则(rule)。需要说明的是,本申请实施例并不对接入网的类型进行限定。
如图1所示,本申请实施例提供了一种接入控制方法,如下所述。
S201:终端需要向接入网设备发送连接请求时,确定匹配不到该连接请求对应的接入类型,或者确定匹配到该述连接请求对应的接入类型、但匹配不到该接入类型对应的接入限制参数,其中,该接入类型用于标识对应的接入限制参数。
其中,终端确定匹配不到该连接请求对应的接入类型包括以下场景中的一种:场景一、终端确定该连接请求为接入层信令请求;场景二、终端确定没有用于描述连接请求的属性与接入类型的第一映射关系,其中,该第一映射关系是核心网设备发送给终端的;场景三、终端确定根据该连接请求的属性在该第一映射关系中匹配不到该连接请求对应的接入类型,例如,新引入一种连接请求对应的属性,但该第一映射关系中不支持该属性,或者该连接请求的属性在该第一映射关系中匹配不到对应的接入类型等。
终端确定匹配到该连接请求对应的接入类型、但匹配不到该接入类型对应的接入限制参数的场景包括:终端根据所述连接请求的属性,确定在用于描述连接请求的属性与接入类型的第一映射关系中匹配到该连接请求对应的接入类型,但在用于描述不同接入类型与具体接入限制参数的第二映射关系中匹配不到该接入类型对应的接入限制参数,其中,该第二映射关系是接入网设备发送给终端的。
核心网设备配置的第一映射关系保存在终端的非接入层中,当终端需要向接入网设备发送连接请求为非接入层信令或业务请求时,终端的非接入层根据该连接请求的属性在第一映射系中匹配该连接请求对应的接入类型,并向终端的接入层发送用于携带该连接请求以及该连接请求对应的接入类型的第一消息。若终端匹配不到该连接请求对应的接入类型,此时第一消息中不携带该连接请求对应的接入类型,只携带该连接请求,或者,终端的非接入层向终端的接入层发送第二消息,其中,该第二消息用于指示该终端的非接入层没有匹配到该连接请求对应的接入类型,使得终端的接入层能够根据非接入层发送的第一消息或第二消息确定匹配不到所要发起的连接请求对应的接入类型。当终端的接入层确定该连接请求为接入层信令请求,则终端的接入层按照接入网设备配置给该终端的缺省接入限制参数,或接入网设备配置给该终端的第一缺省接入类型对应的接入限制参数,或该终端中预设的第二缺省接入类型对应的接入限制参数进行接入控制。
S202:终端按照接入网设备配置给该终端的缺省接入限制参数进行接入控制,或者按照接入网设备配置给该终端的第一缺省接入类型,匹配到所述第一缺省接入类型对应的接入限制参数,并按照匹配到的接入限制参数进行接入控制,或者按照该终端中预设的第二缺省接入类型,匹配到第二缺省接入类型对应的接入限制参数,并按照匹配到的接入限制参数进行接入控制。
终端确定需要向接入网设备发送连接请求之前,接入网设备确定缺省接入限制参数或第一缺省接入类型,并将确定的缺省接入限制参数或第一缺省接入类型发送给终端。
相应地,终端接收接入网设备发送的缺省接入限制参数或缺省接入类型。
可选地,接入网设备根据公共陆地移动网络(Public Land Mobile Network,PLMN) 类型、终端所要发起的连接请求的类型和切片类型中的一种或多种确定该缺省接入限制参数和/或该第一缺省接入类型,其中,该连接请求的类型为接入层(Access Stratum,AS)信令请求或非接入层信令请求或业务请求,使得终端能够根据特定的PLMN或者特定的连接请求类型或者切片类型进行接入控制。具体的,接入网设备可以通过以下方式中的任意一种根据确定该缺省接入限制参数和/或该第一缺省接入类型:
方式一、接入网设备根据该接入网下的小区所支持的PLMN类型或者slice类型或者连接请求的类型(AS信令请求或NAS信令请求或业务请求),确定缺省接入限制参数和/或该第一缺省接入类型。例如,接入网设备根据不同的PLMN类型,设置不同的缺省接入限制参数和/或该第一缺省接入类型,或者接入网设备根据不同的slice类型,设置不同的缺省接入限制参数和/或该第一缺省接入类型,或者接入网设备根据不同的连接请求类型,设置不同的缺省接入限制参数和/或该第一缺省接入类型。或者,接入网设备也可以为终端设置统一的限制参数和/或第一缺省接入类型。例如,接入网设备可以针对不同的PLMN设置统一的限制参数和/或第一缺省接入类型,或者接入网设备可以针对不同的连接请求类型设置统一的限制参数和/或第一缺省接入类型。
方式二、接入网设备根据PLMN类型、slice类型和连接请求的类型中至少两种,确定缺省接入限制参数和/或该第一缺省接入类型。例如,接入网设备针对不同的PLMN类型,进一步根据连接请求的类型或slice类型,设置不同的缺省接入限制参数和/或该第一缺省接入类型,或者,针对不同的slice类型,进一步根据连接请求的类型或PLMN类型,设置不同的缺省接入限制参数和/或该第一缺省接入类型,或者,针对不同的连接请求的类型,进一步根据slice类型或PLMN类型设置不同的缺省接入限制参数和/或该第一缺省接入类型。又如,接入网设备针对不同PLMN类型下的不同slice类型,进一步根据连接请求的类型,设置不同的缺省接入限制参数和/或该第一缺省接入类型,或者,接入网设备针对不同PLMN类型下不同的连接请求的类型,进一步根据slice类型,设置不同的缺省接入限制参数和/或该第一缺省接入类型,或者,接入网设备针对不同PLMN类型下不同的连接请求的类型,进一步根据slice类型,设置不同的缺省接入限制参数和/或该第一缺省接入类型等。
接入网设备确定缺省限制参数和/或第一缺省接入类型后,可以通过系统消息将所确定的缺省限制参数和/或第一缺省接入类型广播给终端。若终端处于连接态,接入网设备也可以通过专用信令将所确定的缺省限制参数和/或第一缺省接入类型配置给终端。
可选地,第二缺省接入类型是协议规定的,例如终端在出厂时根据协议规定,将第二缺省接入类型预先配置到终端中。
终端获得第一缺省接入类型或第二缺省接入类型后,在接入网设备为该终端配置的第二映射关系中匹配到第一缺省接入类型或第二缺省接入类型对应的接入限制参数,并按照匹配到的接入限制参数进行接入控制。例如,若终端匹配到的接入限制参数为80%(接入概率为80%),200(禁止接入时长为200s),终端生成的随机数的范围为1-10,当终端生成的随机数小于或等于8,则确定该终端满足该接入限制参数,并向接入网设备发送连接请求,否则,确定该终端不满足该接入限制参数,禁止该终端在200s内向接入网设备发送连接请求。由于终端按照缺省接入限制参数进行接入控制与按照匹配到第一缺省接入类型或第二缺省接入类型对应的接入限制参数进行接入控制的原理相似,此处不再赘述。
通过该方法,终端在需要向接入网设备发送连接请求时,若匹配不到该连接请求对应 的接入类型,或者匹配到该连接请求对应的接入类型,但匹配不到该接入类型对应的接入限制参数,则按照缺省接入限制参数进行接入控制,或者按照缺省接入类型对应的接入限制参数进行接入控制,解决了终端在匹配不到连接请求对应的接入类型,或匹配到连接请求对应的接入类型,但匹配不到该接入类型对应的接入限制参数时无法进行接入控制的问题,避免无线通信系统过载。
如图3所示,本申请实施例提供了一种接入控制方法,如下所述。
S201:终端需要向接入网设备发送连接请求时,确定匹配不到该连接请求对应的接入类型,或者确定匹配到该连接请求对应的接入类型、但匹配不到该接入类型对应的接入限制参数。
S301:终端向接入网设备发送该连接请求。
通过该方法,终端在需要向接入网设备发送连接请求时,若匹配不到该连接请求对应的接入类型,或者匹配到该连接请求对应的接入类型,但匹配不到该接入类型对应的接入限制参数,则向接入网设备发送该连接请求,解决了终端在匹配不到连接请求对应的接入类型,或匹配到连接请求对应的接入类型,但匹配不到该接入类型对应的接入限制参数时无法进行接入控制,发生接入失败的问题。
如图4所示,本申请实施例还提供了一种接入控制方法,如下所述。
S401:终端需要向接入网设备发送连接请求时,根据该连接请求的属性在用于描述连接请求的属性与接入类型的第一映射关系中匹配到至少两个接入类型,其中,该接入类型用于标识对应的接入限制参数。
具体地,终端的非接入层根据该接入请求的属性,在核心网设备发送的第一映射关系中匹配到至少两个接入类型,并通过第一消息将匹配到的至少两个接入类型通知给终端的接入层。
S402:终端按照匹配到的至少两个接入类型构成的组合接入类型,在接入网设备配置的第三映射关系中匹配到对应的接入限制参数,并按照匹配到的接入限制参数进行接入控制,其中,该第三映射关系中至少包括由多个接入类型构成的组合接入类型与具体接入限制参数的映射关系。
可选地,终端在第一映射关系中匹配到至少两个接入类型后,将匹配到至少两个接入类型进行组合,得到所有可能的组合接入类型。例如,终端在第一映射关系中匹配到接入类型包括2、3和4,则得到的组合接入类型为2和(and)3,2 and 4,2 and 3and 4,2或(or)3 or 4。
可选地,若该第三映射关系还包括单个接入类型与具体接入限制参数的映射关系,终端按照匹配到的至少两个接入类型构成的组合接入类型,在接入网设备配置的第三映射关系中匹配到对应的接入限制参数时,还分别按照匹配到的至少两个接入类型,在该第三映射关系中匹配到对应的接入限制参数。
终端确定需要向接入网设备发送连接请求之前,接入网设备将该第三映射关系发送给终端,其中,该第三映射关系中的接入限制参数的使用顺序由接入网设备设置。接入网设备可以通过但不限于以下两种方式将该第三映射关系发送到终端:方式一、接入网设备可以通过系统消息将该第三映射关系广播给终端;方式二、若终端处于连接态,接入网设备也可以通过专用信令将该第三映射关系发送给终端。接入网设备可以通过显示方式或者隐式方式设置第三映射关系中的接入限制参数的顺序,显示方式为在第三映射关系中为每个 接入限制参数设置使用顺序标识,隐式方式为接入网设备按照设定的顺序将第三映射关系中的接入限制参数发送到终端,发送第三映射关系中的接入限制参数的顺序即为该第三映射关系中的接入限制参数的使用顺序。
若终端根据匹配到的至少两个接入类型构成的组合接入类型,或者匹配到的至少两个接入类型以及根据匹配到的至少两个接入类型构成的组合接入类型,在该第三映射关系中匹配到多个接入限制规则,则按照接入网设备设置的使用顺序,依次判断是否满足匹配到的接入限制参数,若终端满足当前所判断的接入限制参数,则向接入网设备发送连接请求,否则,继续判断下一个接入限制参数;若终端不满足匹配到的接入限制参数中的最后一个接入限制参数,则不发送所述连接请求,使得终端在第三映射关系中匹配到多个接入限制参数时,也能够实现接入控制。
可选地,若终端不满足匹配到的多个接入限制参数中的最后一个接入限制参数,可以按照接入网设备配置给该终端的缺省接入限制参数进行接入控制,或者按照接入网设备配置给该终端的第一缺省接入类型,匹配到所述第一缺省接入类型对应的接入限制参数,并按照匹配到的接入限制参数进行接入控制,或者按照该终端中预设的第二缺省接入类型,匹配到第二缺省接入类型对应的接入限制参数,并按照匹配到的接入限制参数进行接入控制。
进一步地,当该第三映射关系中还包括具体接入限制参数的指示信息时,该指示信息用于指示终端是否继续判断下一个接入限制参数,若终端在该第三映射关系中匹配到多个接入限制参数,则按照接入网设备设置的使用顺序,依次判断是否满足匹配到的接入限制参数,若终端满足当前所判断的接入限制参数,且确定该接入限制参数的指示信息为不继续判断下一个接入限制参数,则向接入网设备发送连接请求,若终端不满足当前所判断的接入限制参数,且确定该接入限制参数的指示信息为不继续判断下一个接入限制参数,则不发送所述连接请求,否则继续判断下一个接入限制参数。例如,该第三映射关系如下所示,其中,CAT值表示接入类型,White/Black表示接入限制参数对应的指示信息,具体含义如表2所示:
检查项1:CAT值是10或11或12,100%,300s,White;
检查项2:CAT值是6,80%,300s,Black;
检查项3:cat 5和cat 6,60%,200s,Black

对于检查项1,所有CAT值是10或11或12的终端均可以直接发起连接,不用继续判断,其他终端继续按照判断检查项2;对于检查项2,CAT值是6的终端有80%可以接入网络,如果不满足该接入限制参数,则被禁止300s发起相关业务连接,满足该接入限制参数的终端,继续判断检查项3;对于检查项3,CAT值是5并且是6的终端有60%可以接入网络,通过的UE和其他UE可以发起连接,如果不满足该接入限制参数,则被禁止 200s发起相关业务连接,如果满足该接入限制参数的终端,发起连接。
一个可能的实施方式中,终端匹配到至少两个接入类型后,根据匹配到的至少两个接入类型以及至少两个接入类型构成的组合接入类型,按照接入网设备设置的使用顺序依次匹配第三映射关系中的每个接入类型以及每个组合接入类型,若匹配成功,则判断是否满足匹配成功的接入类型或组合接入类型对应的接入限制参数,否则,继续匹配第三映射关系中下一个接入类型或组合接入类型。
若终端按照匹配到的至少两个接入类型,在该第三映射关系中匹配不到对应的接入限制参数,则向接入网设备发送连接请求,或者可以按照接入网设备配置给该终端的缺省接入限制参数进行接入控制,或者按照接入网设备配置给该终端的第一缺省接入类型,匹配到所述第一缺省接入类型对应的接入限制参数,并按照匹配到的接入限制参数进行接入控制,或者按照该终端中预设的第二缺省接入类型,匹配到第二缺省接入类型对应的接入限制参数,并按照匹配到的接入限制参数进行接入控制。
终端按照匹配到的接入限制参数进行接入控制时,若确定满足匹配到的接入限制参数则向接入网设备发送该连接请求,否则不发送该连接请求。其中,终端判断是否满足匹配到的接入限制参数的方法参见S202中的相关描述,此处不再赘述。
通过上述方法,终端在需要向接入网设备发送连接请求时,若匹配至少两个接入类型,则按照匹配到的至少两个接入类型,在第三映射关系中匹配到对应的接入限制参数,并按照匹配到的接入限制参数进行接入控制,解决了终端需要向接入网设备发送连接请求时,匹配到至少两个接入类型,无法进行接入控制的问题,避免无线通信系统过载。
如图5所示,本申请实施例还提供了一种接入控制方法,如下所述。
S401:终端需要向接入网设备发送连接请求时,根据该连接请求的属性在用于描述连接请求的属性与接入类型的第一映射关系中匹配到至少两个接入类型,其中,该接入类型用于标识对应的接入限制参数。
S501:终端按照所述至少两个接入类型,在用于描述不同接入类型与具体接入限制参数的第二映射关系中匹配到该至少两个接入类型分别对应的接入限制参数,根据匹配到的接入限制参数进行接入控制。
可选地,终端根据匹配到的接入限制参数进行接入控制具体包括:终端分别判断是否满足匹配到的接入限制参数,若所述终端满足匹配到的接入限制参数中的任意一个,则向接入网设备发送连接请求,否则,不发送连接请求,相比于现有技术,不仅解决了终端需要向接入网设备发送连接请求时,匹配到至少两个接入类型,无法进行接入控制的问题,还提高了终端接入网络的概率。需要说明的是,本申请实施例并不对终端判断是否满足匹配到的接入限制参数的顺序进行限定,终端可以随机选择匹配到的接入限制参数进行判断,或者,按照设定的规则选择匹配到的接入限制参数进行判断,如终端按照匹配到的接入限制参数对应的接入类型的优先级从高到低的顺序进行判断。
具体的,终端的接入层将上述判断结果通知终端的非接入层,由终端的非接入层限制不满足匹配到的接入类型对应的接入限制参数的连接请求的发送。
一个可能的实施方式中,终端需要同时发起至少两个连接请求时,分别根据该至少两个连接请求的属性在第一映射关系中匹配到对应的至少两个接入类型,分别判断是否满足匹配到的至少两个接入类型对应的接入限制参数,若所述终端满足匹配到的接入限制参数中的任意一个,则向接入网设备发送连接请求,否则,不发送连接请求,相比于现有技术, 不仅解决了终端需要同时向接入网设备发送多个连接请求时,无法进行接入控制的问题,还提高了终端接入网络的概率。
通过上述方法,终端在需要向接入网设备发送连接请求时,若匹配至少两个接入类型,则按照匹配到的至少两个接入类型,按照第二映射关系中匹配到的该至少两个接入类型分别对应的接入限制参数,根据匹配到的接入限制参数进行接入控制,解决了终端需要向接入网设备发送连接请求时,匹配到至少两个接入类型,无法进行接入控制的问题,避免无线通信系统过载。
如图6所示,本申请实施例还提供了一种接入控制方法,如下所述。
S401:终端需要向接入网设备发送连接请求时,根据该连接请求的属性在用于描述连接请求的属性与接入类型的第一映射关系中匹配到至少两个接入类型,其中,该接入类型用于标识对应的接入限制参数。
S601:终端在匹配到的至少两个接入类型中选择一个接入类型,在用于描述不同接入类型与具体接入限制参数的第二映射关系中匹配到选择的接入类型对应的接入限制参数,并按照匹配到的接入限制参数进行接入控制。
可选地,终端通过但不限于以下两种方式中的一种在匹配到的至少两个接入类型中选择一个接入类型,进行接入控制:方式A、终端根据匹配到的至少两个接入类型的优先级,在匹配到的至少两个接入类型中选择接入类型优先级最高的接入类型。例如,接入类型用数字标识,且数字越小表示接入类型的优先级越高,则终端选择匹配到的至少两个接入类型中值最小的接入类型。方式B、终端分别确定匹配到的至少两个接入类型在第一映射关系中匹配到属性数量,选择匹配到的至少两个接入类型中匹配到属性数量最多的接入类型。例如,终端匹配到的接入类型1匹配到的属性包括接入等级和应用标识,匹配到的接入类型2匹配到的属性包括接入等级和业务类型,匹配到的接入类型3匹配到的属性包括接入等级、应用标识和业务类型,则选择接入类型3。具体的,终端的非接入层在匹配到的至少两个接入类型中选择一个接入类型,进行匹配,并选择的接入类型通知给终端的接入层,由终端的接入层进行接入控制。
一个可能的实施方式中,终端需要同时发起至少两个连接请求,分别根据该至少两个连接请求的属性在第一映射关系中匹配到对应的至少两个接入类型,在匹配到的至少两个接入类型中选择一个接入类型,在第二映射关系中匹配到选择的接入类型对应的接入限制参数,并按照匹配到的接入限制参数进行接入控制。其中,终端采用上述方式A或方式B在匹配到的至少两个接入类型中选择一个接入类型,进行接入控制。
通过上述方法,终端在需要向接入网设备发送连接请求时,若匹配至少两个接入类型,则按照匹配到的至少两个接入类型,在匹配到的至少两个接入类型中选择一个接入类型,按照第二映射关系中匹配到的选择的接入类型对应的接入限制参数,根据匹配到的接入限制参数进行接入控制,解决了终端需要向接入网设备发送连接请求时,匹配到至少两个接入类型,无法进行接入控制的问题。
对于连接态的终端,终端的NAS无法区分新业务对应的连接请求数据包是哪个应用触发,NAS进行过滤(filter)后直接将数据包发送到Qos流标识(Identification,ID)(Qos flow ID,QFI)对应的数据无线承载(Data Radio Bearer,DRB),在该DRB的分组数据汇聚协议(Packet Data Convergence Protocol,PDCP)中发送,无法进行接入控制,为了解决该问题,本申请实施例还提供了如图7所示的一种接入控制方法,如下所述。
S701:终端需要向接入网设备发送连接请求时,接入网设备通过专用信令将用于描述DRB ID与具体接入限制参数的第四映射关系发送到终端。
例如RAN设备确定终端当前建立了3个RB用于用户数据传输,或者CN预配RAN该终端有3个Qos flow,则RAN根据相关负载或优先级信息配置对应的接入限制参数:
1)DRB ID 1,接入限制参数1(factor 1,barringTime 1)
2)DRB ID 2,接入限制参数2(factor 2,barringTime 2)
3)DRB ID 3,接入限制参数3(factor 3,barringTime 3)
4)default DRB,接入限制参数4(factor 4,barringTime 4)
S702:终端确定该连接请求对应业务类型为新业务类型,并确定该连接请求对应的DRB ID。
一个可能的实施方式中,终端在过滤过程中根据核心网为该终端配置的Qos rule中数据包过滤准则(Qos flow template),确定该连接请求对应的新业务类型的QFI,再根据接入网设备配置的用于描述DRB ID与QFI的第五映射关系将该连接请求对应的DRB ID,其中,数据包过滤准则包括但不限于互联网协议(Internet Protocol,IP)五元组或优先级等,Qos rule还包括rule ID。具体地,如图8所示,终端在NAS根据预先获得的进行过滤,确定连接请求对应的QFI,之后根据该第五映射关系将该连接请求映到对应的DRB上发送。新业务对应的连接请求如果预先在协议数据单元(Protocol Data Unit,PDU)会话(session)建立或Qos flow建立流程中预先获得了Qos rule,可以根据相关信息映射出Qos flow ID,如果根据映射出的Qos flow ID在该第五映射关系中匹配到对应的DRB ID,该连接请求可以在对应的DRB资源上发送,如果在该第五映射关系中匹配不到对应的DRB ID,则将预设(default)DRB对应的DRB ID确定为该连接请求对应的DRB ID,在default DRB发送该连接请求;如果预先获得的Qos rule没有映射出该连接请求对应Qos flowID,则也将预设(default)DRB对应的DRB ID确定为该连接请求对应的DRB ID,在default DRB发送该连接请求。具体的,终端的NAS将匹配到的DRB ID或者default DRB ID发送给终端的AS进行接入控制。
具体地,终端根据IP五元组中目标地址确定终端,确定终端之前是否向该目的地址发送过数据包,若是,则确定该连接请求对应业务类型不是新业务类型,否则,确定该连接请求对应业务类型是新业务类型,此时,终端(NAS)需要记录数据包的目的地址是不是之前收到过向该目的地址发送的数据包。
S703:终端在该第四映射表中匹配到确定的DRB ID对应的接入限制参数,按照匹配到的接入限制参数进行接入控制。
若终端满足匹配到的接入限制参数,则继续数据传输流程,否则,通知停止发送并等待一段时间后再进行接入控制。具体的,终端的AS根据确定的DRB ID对应的接入限制参数进行接入控制,如果满足该接入限制参数,则通知终端的NAS继续数据传输流程,否则,通知终端的NAS停止发送并等待一段时间后再进行接入控制。
通过上述方法,处于连接态的终端在需要向接入网设备发送连接请求时,接入网设备通过专用信令将用于描述DRB ID与具体接入限制参数的第四映射关系发送到终端,终端确定该连接请求对应业务类型为新业务类型,并确定该连接类型对应的DRB ID,在该第四映射表中匹配到确定的DRB ID对应的接入限制参数,按照匹配到的接入限制参数进行接入控制,解决了连接态终端无法对新业务类型对应的连接请求进行接入控制的问题。
针对上述连接态的终端无法进行接入控制的问题,本申请实施例还提供了如图9所示的一种接入控制方法,如下所述。
S901:终端需要向接入网设备发送连接请求时,接入网设备通过专用信令将用于描述QFI与具体接入限制参数的第六映射关系发送到终端。
例如RAN设备确定终端当前建立了3个RB用于用户数据传输,或者CN预配RAN该终端有3个Qos flow,则RAN根据相关负载或优先级信息配置对应的接入限制参数:
1)QFI 1,接入限制参数1(factor 1,barringTime 1)
2)QFI 2,接入限制参数2(factor 2,barringTime 2)
3)QFI 3,接入限制参数3(factor 3,barringTime 3)
4)default QFI,接入限制参数4(factor 4,barringTime 4)
S902:终端确定该连接请求对应业务类型为新业务类型,并确定该连接请求对应的QFI。
终端确定该连接请求对应业务类型为新业务类型,并确定该连接请求对应的QFI的方法参见S702中的相关描述,此处不再赘述。如果预先获得的Qos rule没有映射出该连接请求对应Qos flowID,则也将预设(default)QFI确定为该连接请求对应的QFI。具体的,终端的NAS将确定的QFI发送给终端的AS进行接入控制。
S903:终端在该第六映射表中匹配到确定的QFI对应的接入限制参数,按照匹配到的接入限制参数进行接入控制。
若终端满足匹配到的接入限制参数,则继续数据传输流程,否则,停止发送并等待一段时间后再进行接入控制。具体的,终端的AS根据确定的QFI对应的接入限制参数进行接入控制,如果满足该接入限制参数,则通知终端的NAS继续数据传输流程,否则,通知终端的NAS停止发送并等待一段时间后再进行接入控制。
通过上述方法,处于连接态的终端在需要向接入网设备发送连接请求时,接入网设备通过专用信令将用于描述DRB ID与具体接入限制参数的第六映射关系发送到终端,终端确定该连接请求对应业务类型为新业务类型,并确定该连接类型对应的QFI,在该第六映射表中匹配到确定的QFI对应的接入限制参数,按照匹配到的接入限制参数进行接入控制,解决了连接态终端无法对新业务类型对应的连接请求进行接入控制的问题。
基于以上实施例,本申请实施例还提供了一种接入控制装置,该接入控制装置用于实现如图2所示的接入控制方法,参阅图10所示,该接入控制装置1000中包括:确定单元1001和控制单元1002。其中,
确定单元1001,用于在所述装置1000需要向接入网设备发送连接请求时,确定匹配不到所述连接请求对应的接入类型,或者确定匹配到所述连接请求对应的接入类型、但匹配不到所述接入类型对应的接入限制参数,所述接入类型用于标识对应的接入限制参数;
控制单元1002,用于按照所述接入网设备配置给所述装置1000的缺省接入限制参数进行接入控制,或者按照所述接入网设备配置给所述装置的第一缺省接入类型,匹配到所述第一缺省接入类型对应的接入限制参数,并按照匹配到的接入限制参数进行接入控制,或者按照所述装置中预设的第二缺省接入类型,匹配到所述第二缺省接入类型对应的接入限制参数,并按照匹配到的接入限制参数进行接入控制。
可选的,所述确定单元1001具体用于:确定所述连接请求为接入层信令请求,或者确定没有用于描述连接请求的属性与接入类型的第一映射关系,或者确定根据所述连接请 求的属性在所述第一映射关系中匹配不到所述连接请求对应的接入类型;或者,根据所述连接请求的属性,确定在用于描述连接请求的属性与接入类型的第一映射关系中匹配到所述连接请求对应的接入类型,但在用于描述不同接入类型与具体接入限制参数的第二映射关系中匹配不到所述接入类型对应的接入限制参数。
可选的,所述缺省接入限制参数和/或所述第一缺省接入类型是所述接入网设备根据公共陆地移动网络PLMN类型、所述连接请求的类型和切片类型中的一种或多种确定的,所述连接请求的类型为接入层信令请求或非接入层信令请求或业务请求。

本发明实施例提供了一种接入控制装置,在该装置需要向接入网设备发送连接请求时,若匹配不到该连接请求对应的接入类型,或者匹配到该连接请求对应的接入类型,但匹配不到该接入类型对应的接入限制参数,则按照缺省接入限制参数进行接入控制,或者按照第一缺省接入类型对应的接入限制参数进行接入控制,或者按照第二缺省接入类型对应的接入限制参数进行接入控制,解决了终端在匹配不到连接请求对应的接入类型,或匹配到连接请求对应的接入类型,但匹配不到该接入类型对应的接入限制参数时无法进行接入控制的问题,避免无线通信系统过载。
基于以上实施例,本申请实施例还提供了一种终端,该终端用于实现如图2所示的接入控制方法,具有如图10所示的接入控制装置1000的功能。参阅图11所示,所述终端1100包括:收发器1101、处理器1102以及存储器1104,其中,收发器1101、处理器1102以及存储器1104之间相互连接。

可选的,若所述装置在所述第三映射关系中匹配到至少两个接入限制参数,所述控制单元1602具体用于:按照所述接入网设备设定的使用顺序,依次判断是否满足匹配到的至少两个接入限制参数,若所述装置满足当前所判断的接入限制参数,则向所述接入网设备发送所述连接请求,否则,继续判断下一个接入限制参数;若所述装置不满足匹配到的至少两个接入限制参数中的最后一个接入限制参数,则不发送所述连接请求。
可选的,所述控制单元1602具体用于:分别判断是否满足匹配到的接入限制参数,若所述装置满足匹配到的接入限制参数中的任意一个,则向所述接入网设备发送所述连接请求,否则,不发送所述连接请求。
可选的,所述控制单元1602具体用于:根据所述至少两个接入类型的优先级,在所述至少两个接入类型中选择接入类型优先级最高的接入类型;或者分别确定所述至少两个接入类型在所述第一映射关系中匹配到属性数量,选择所述至少两个接入类型中匹配到属性数量最多的接入类型。

- 一种接入控制方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:终端需要向接入网设备发送连接请求时,确定匹配不到所述连接请求对应的接入类型,或者确定匹配到所述连接请求对应的接入类型、但匹配不到所述接入类型对应的接入限制参数,所述接入类型用于标识对应的接入限制参数;所述终端按照所述接入网设备配置给所述终端的缺省接入限制参数进行接入控制,或者按照所述接入网设备配置给所述终端的第一缺省接入类型,匹配到所述第一缺省接入类型对应的接入限制参数,并按照匹配到的接入限制参数进行接入控制,或者按照所述终端中预设的第二缺省接入类型,匹配到所述第二缺省接入类型对应的接入限制参数,并按照匹配到的接入限制参数进行接入控制。
- 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端确定匹配不到所述连接请求对应的接入类型,包括:所述终端确定所述连接请求为接入层信令请求,或者确定没有用于描述连接请求的属性与接入类型的第一映射关系,或者确定根据所述连接请求的属性在所述第一映射关系中匹配不到所述连接请求对应的接入类型;所述终端确定匹配到所述连接请求对应的接入类型、但匹配不到所述接入类型对应的接入限制参数,包括:所述终端根据所述连接请求的属性,确定在用于描述连接请求的属性与接入类型的第一映射关系中匹配到所述连接请求对应的接入类型,但在用于描述不同接入类型与具体接入限制参数的第二映射关系中匹配不到所述接入类型对应的接入限制参数。

- 一种接入控制方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:接入网设备确定缺省接入限制参数和/或第一缺省接入类型,并将所述缺省接入限制参数或所述第一缺省接入类型发送给终端,所述接入类型用于标识对应的接入限制参数;所述接入网设备接收终端发送的连接请求,所述连接请求是所述终端在需要向接入网 设备发送连接请求时,确定匹配不到所述连接请求对应的接入类型,或者确定匹配到所述连接请求对应的接入类型、但匹配不到所述接入类型对应的接入限制参数时,按照所述缺省接入限制参数,或者按照所述第一缺省接入类型匹配到的接入限制参数进行接入控制并发送的。
- 如权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,接入网设备确定缺省接入限制参数和/或第一缺省接入类型,包括:所述接入网设备根据公共陆地移动网络PLMN类型、所述连接请求的类型和切片类型中的一种或多种确定所述缺省接入限制参数和/或所述第一缺省接入类型,所述连接请求的类型为接入层信令请求或非接入层信令请求或业务请求。
- 一种接入控制方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:终端需要向接入网设备发送连接请求时,确定匹配不到所述连接请求对应的接入类型,或者确定匹配到所述连接请求对应的接入类型、但匹配不到所述接入类型对应的接入限制参数,所述接入类型用于标识对应的接入限制参数;所述终端向所述接入网设备发送所述连接请求。
- 一种接入控制方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:终端需要向接入网设备发送连接请求时,根据所述连接请求的属性在用于描述连接请求的属性与接入类型的第一映射关系中匹配到至少两个接入类型,所述接入类型用于标识对应的接入限制参数;所述终端按照所述至少两个接入类型构成的组合接入类型,在所述接入网设备配置的第三映射关系中匹配到对应的接入限制参数,并按照匹配到的接入限制参数进行接入控制,所述第三映射关系中至少包括由多个接入类型构成的组合接入类型与具体接入限制参数的映射关系;或者按照所述至少两个接入类型,在用于描述不同接入类型与具体接入限制参数的第二映射关系中匹配到所述至少两个接入类型分别对应的接入限制参数,根据匹配到的接入限制参数进行接入控制;或者在所述至少两个接入类型中选择一个接入类型,在用于描述不同接入类型与具体接入限制参数的第二映射关系中匹配到选择的接入类型对应的接入限制参数,并按照匹配到的接入限制参数进行接入控制。
- 如权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,若所述第三映射关系还包括单个接入类型与具体接入限制参数的映射关系,所述方法还包括:所述终端按照所述至少两个接入类型,在所述第三映射关系中匹配到对应的接入限制参数。
- 如权利要求8或9所述的方法,其特征在于,若所述终端在所述第三映射关系中匹配到至少两个接入限制参数,按照匹配到的接入限制参数进行接入控制,包括:所述终端按照所述接入网设备设定的使用顺序,依次判断是否满足匹配到的至少两个接入限制参数,若所述终端满足当前所判断的接入限制参数,则向所述接入网设备发送所述连接请求,否则,继续判断下一个接入限制参数;若所述终端不满足匹配到的至少两个接入限制参数中的最后一个接入限制参数,则不发送所述连接请求。
- 如权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端按照所述至少两个接入类型,在用于描述不同接入类型与具体接入限制参数的第二映射关系中匹配到所述至少两个接入类型分别对应的接入限制参数,根据匹配到的接入限制参数进行接入控制,包括:所述终端分别判断是否满足匹配到的接入限制参数,若所述终端满足匹配到的接入限制参数中的任意一个,则向所述接入网设备发送所述连接请求,否则,不发送所述连接请求。
- 如权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端在所述至少两个接入类型中选择一个接入类型,包括:所述终端根据所述至少两个接入类型的优先级,在所述至少两个接入类型中选择接入类型优先级最高的接入类型;或者所述终端分别确定所述至少两个接入类型在所述第一映射关系中匹配到属性数量,选择所述至少两个接入类型中匹配到属性数量最多的接入类型。
- 一种接入控制方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:接入网设备将第三映射关系发送给终端,所述第三映射关系至少包括由多个接入类型构成的组合接入类型与具体接入限制参数的映射关系,所述接入类型用于标识对应的接入限制参数;所述接入网设备接收所述终端发送的连接请求,所述连接请求是所述终端在需要向接入网设备发送连接请求时,根据所述连接请求的属性在用于描述连接请求的属性与接入类型的第一映射关系中匹配到至少两个接入类型,并按照所述至少两个接入类型构成的组合接入类型在所述第三映射关系中,匹配到对应的接入限制参数,以及按照匹配到的接入限制参数进行接入控制并发送的。
- 如权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,若所述第三映射关系还包括单个接入类型单个接入类型与具体接入限制参数的映射关系,则所述连接请求是所述终端在需要向接入网设备发送连接请求时,根据所述连接请求的属性在用于描述连接请求的属性与接入类型的第一映射关系中匹配到至少两个接入类型,并按照所述至少两个接入类型以及所述至少两个接入类型构成的组合接入类型在所述第三映射关系中,匹配到对应的接入限制参数,以及按照匹配到的接入限制参数进行接入控制并发送的。
- 一种接入控制装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:确定单元,用于在所述装置需要向接入网设备发送连接请求时,确定匹配不到所述连接请求对应的接入类型,或者确定匹配到所述连接请求对应的接入类型、但匹配不到所述接入类型对应的接入限制参数,所述接入类型用于标识对应的接入限制参数;控制单元,用于按照所述接入网设备配置给所述装置的缺省接入限制参数进行接入控制,或者按照所述接入网设备配置给所述装置的第一缺省接入类型,匹配到所述第一缺省接入类型对应的接入限制参数,并按照匹配到的接入限制参数进行接入控制,或者按照所述装置中预设的第二缺省接入类型,匹配到所述第二缺省接入类型对应的接入限制参数,并按照匹配到的接入限制参数进行接入控制。
- 如权利要求15所述的装置,其特征在于,所述确定单元具体用于:确定所述连接请求为接入层信令请求,或者确定没有用于描述连接请求的属性与接入类型的第一映射关系,或者确定根据所述连接请求的属性在所述第一映射关系中匹配不到所述连接请求对应的接入类型;或者,根据所述连接请求的属性,确定在用于描述连接请求的属性与接入类型的第一映射关系中匹配到所述连接请求对应的接入类型,但在用于描述不同接入类型与具体接入限制参数的第二映射关系中匹配不到所述接入类型对应的接入限制参数。
- 如权利要求15或16所述的装置,其特征在于,所述缺省接入限制参数和/或所述第一缺省接入类型是所述接入网设备根据公共陆地移动网络PLMN类型、所述连接请求的类型和切片类型中的一种或多种确定的,所述连接请求的类型为接入层信令请求或非接入层信令请求或业务请求。
- 如权利要求16所述的装置,其特征在于,所述确定单元具体用于:通过所述装置的非接入层确定没有所述第一映射关系,或者通过所述装置的非接入层确定根据所述连接请求的属性在所述第一映射关系中匹配不到所述连接请求对应的接入类型,或者通过所述装置的非接入层确定在所述第一映射关系中匹配到所述连接请求对应的接入类型、但在所述第二映射关系中匹配不到所述接入类型对应的接入限制参数;通过所述装置的非接入层向所述装置的接入层发送第一消息,以及通过所述装置的接入层确定所述第一消息中没有携带所述连接请求对应的接入类型,所述第一消息用于携带所述连接请求以及所述连接请求对应的接入类型,或者,通过所述装置的非接入层向所述装置的接入层发送第二消息,所述第二消息用于指示所述装置的非接入层没有匹配到所述连接请求对应的接入类型。
- 一种接入控制装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:处理单元,用于确定缺省接入限制参数和/或第一缺省接入类型,并将所述缺省接入限制参数或所述第一缺省接入类型发送给终端,所述接入类型用于标识对应的接入限制参数;接收单元,用于接收终端发送的连接请求,所述连接请求是所述终端在需要向接入网设备发送连接请求时,确定匹配不到所述连接请求对应的接入类型,或者确定匹配到所述连接请求对应的接入类型、但匹配不到所述接入类型对应的接入限制参数时,按照所述缺省接入限制参数,或者按照所述第一缺省接入类型匹配到的接入限制参数进行接入控制并发送的。
- 如权利要求19所述的装置,其特征在于,所述处理单元具体用于:根据公共陆地移动网络PLMN类型、所述连接请求的类型和切片类型中的一种或多种确定所述缺省接入限制参数和/或所述第一缺省接入类型,所述连接请求的类型为接入层信令请求或非接入层信令请求或业务请求。

- 一种接入控制装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:确定单元,用于在所述装置需要向接入网设备发送连接请求时,根据所述连接请求的属性在用于描述连接请求的属性与接入类型的第一映射关系中匹配到至少两个接入类型,所述接入类型用于标识对应的接入限制参数;控制单元,用于按照所述至少两个接入类型构成的组合接入类型,在所述接入网设备配置的第三映射关系中匹配到对应的接入限制参数,并按照匹配到的接入限制参数进行接入控制,所述第三映射关系中至少包括由多个接入类型构成的组合接入类型与具体接入限制参数的映射关系;或者按照所述至少两个接入类型,在用于描述不同接入类型与具体接入限制参数的第二映射关系中匹配到所述至少两个接入类型分别对应的接入限制参数,根 据匹配到的接入限制参数进行接入控制;或者在所述至少两个接入类型中选择一个接入类型,在用于描述不同接入类型与具体接入限制参数的第二映射关系中匹配到选择的接入类型对应的接入限制参数,并按照匹配到的接入限制参数进行接入控制。
- 如权利要求22所述的装置,其特征在于,若所述第三映射关系还包括单个接入类型与具体接入限制参数的映射关系,所述控制单元还用于:按照所述至少两个接入类型,在所述第三映射关系中匹配到对应的接入限制参数。
- 如权利要求22或23所述的装置,其特征在于,若所述装置在所述第三映射关系中匹配到至少两个接入限制参数,所述控制单元具体用于:按照所述接入网设备设定的使用顺序,依次判断是否满足匹配到的至少两个接入限制参数,若所述装置满足当前所判断的接入限制参数,则向所述接入网设备发送所述连接请求,否则,继续判断下一个接入限制参数;若所述装置不满足匹配到的至少两个接入限制参数中的最后一个接入限制参数,则不发送所述连接请求。
- 如权利要求22所述的装置,其特征在于,所述控制单元具体用于:分别判断是否满足匹配到的接入限制参数,若所述装置满足匹配到的接入限制参数中的任意一个,则向所述接入网设备发送所述连接请求,否则,不发送所述连接请求。
- 如权利要求22所述的装置,其特征在于,所述控制单元具体用于:根据所述至少两个接入类型的优先级,在所述至少两个接入类型中选择接入类型优先级最高的接入类型;或者分别确定所述至少两个接入类型在所述第一映射关系中匹配到属性数量,选择所述至少两个接入类型中匹配到属性数量最多的接入类型。
- 一种接入控制装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:发送单元,用于将第三映射关系发送给终端,所述第三映射关系至少包括由多个接入类型构成的组合接入类型与具体接入限制参数的映射关系,所述接入类型用于标识对应的接入限制参数;接收单元,用于接收所述终端发送的连接请求,所述连接请求是所述终端在需要向所述装置发送连接请求时,根据所述连接请求的属性在用于描述连接请求的属性与接入类型的第一映射关系中匹配到至少两个接入类型,并按照所述至少两个接入类型构成的组合接入类型在所述第三映射关系中,匹配到对应的接入限制参数,以及按照匹配到的接入限制参数进行接入控制并发送的。
- 如权利要求27所述的装置,其特征在于,若所述第三映射关系还包括单个接入类型单个接入类型与具体接入限制参数的映射关系,则所述连接请求是所述终端在需要向所述装置发送连接请求时,根据所述连接请求的属性在用于描述连接请求的属性与接入类型的第一映射关系中匹配到至少两个接入类型,并按照所述至少两个接入类型以及所述至少两个接入类型构成的组合接入类型在所述第三映射关系中,匹配到对应的接入限制参数,以及按照匹配到的接入限制参数进行接入控制并发送的。
- 一种终端,其特征在于,所述终端包括存:存储器,用于存储程序指令;收发器,用于接收和发送数据;处理器,用于调用所述存储器中存储的程序指令,执行:在所述终端需要向接入网设 备发送连接请求时,确定匹配不到所述连接请求对应的接入类型,或者确定匹配到所述连接请求对应的接入类型、但匹配不到所述接入类型对应的接入限制参数,所述接入类型用于标识对应的接入限制参数,以及按照所述接入网设备配置给所述终端的缺省接入限制参数进行接入控制,或者按照所述接入网设备配置给所述终端的第一缺省接入类型,匹配到所述第一缺省接入类型对应的接入限制参数,并按照匹配到的接入限制参数进行接入控制,或者按照所述终端中预设的第二缺省接入类型,匹配到所述第二缺省接入类型对应的接入限制参数,并按照匹配到的接入限制参数进行接入控制。
- 如权利要求29所述的终端,其特征在于,所述处理器具体用于:确定所述连接请求为接入层信令请求,或者确定没有用于描述连接请求的属性与接入类型的第一映射关系,或者确定根据所述连接请求的属性在所述第一映射关系中匹配不到所述连接请求对应的接入类型;或者,根据所述连接请求的属性,确定在用于描述连接请求的属性与接入类型的第一映射关系中匹配到所述连接请求对应的接入类型,但在用于描述不同接入类型与具体接入限制参数的第二映射关系中匹配不到所述接入类型对应的接入限制参数。
- 如权利要求29或30所述的终端,其特征在于,所述缺省接入限制参数和/或所述第一缺省接入类型是所述接入网设备根据公共陆地移动网络PLMN类型、所述连接请求的类型和切片类型中的一种或多种确定的,所述连接请求的类型为接入层信令请求或非接入层信令请求或业务请求。
- 如权利要求30所述的终端,其特征在于,所述处理器具体用于:通过所述终端的非接入层确定没有所述第一映射关系,或者通过所述终端的非接入层确定根据所述连接请求的属性在所述第一映射关系中匹配不到所述连接请求对应的接入类型,或者通过所述终端的非接入层确定在所述第一映射关系中匹配到所述连接请求对应的接入类型、但在所述第二映射关系中匹配不到所述接入类型对应的接入限制参数;通过所述终端的非接入层向所述终端的接入层发送第一消息,以及通过所述终端的接入层确定所述第一消息中没有携带所述连接请求对应的接入类型,所述第一消息用于携带所述连接请求以及所述连接请求对应的接入类型,或者,通过所述终端的非接入层向所述终端的接入层发送第二消息,所述第二消息用于指示所述终端的非接入层没有匹配到所述连接请求对应的接入类型。

- 如权利要求36所述的终端,其特征在于,若所述第三映射关系还包括单个接入类型与具体接入限制参数的映射关系,所述处理器还用于:按照所述至少两个接入类型,在所述第三映射关系中匹配到对应的接入限制参数。
- 如权利要求36或37所述的终端,其特征在于,若所述终端在所述第三映射关系中匹配到至少两个接入限制参数,所述处理器具体用于:按照所述接入网设备设定的使用顺序,依次判断是否满足匹配到的至少两个接入限制参数,若所述终端满足当前所判断的接入限制参数,则指示所述收发器向所述接入网设备发送所述连接请求,否则,继续判断下一个接入限制参数;若所述终端不满足匹配到的至少两个接入限制参数中的最后一个接入限制参数,则指示所述收发器不发送所述连接请求。
- 如权利要求36所述的终端,其特征在于,所述处理器具体用于:分别判断是否满足匹配到的接入限制参数,若所述终端满足匹配到的接入限制参数中的任意一个,则指示所述收发器向所述接入网设备发送所述连接请求,否则,指示所述收发器不发送所述连接请求。
- 如权利要求36所述的终端,其特征在于,所述处理器具体用于:根据所述至少两个接入类型的优先级,在所述至少两个接入类型中选择接入类型优先级最高的接入类型;或者分别确定所述至少两个接入类型在所述第一映射关系中匹配到属性数量,选择所述至少两个接入类型中匹配到属性数量最多的接入类型。

- 如权利要求41所述的接入设备,其特征在于,若所述第三映射关系还包括单个接入类型单个接入类型与具体接入限制参数的映射关系,则所述连接请求是所述终端在需要向所述接入网设备发送连接请求时,根据所述连接请求的属性在用于描述连接请求的属性与接入类型的第一映射关系中匹配到至少两个接入类型,并按照所述至少两个接入类型以及所述至少两个接入类型构成的组合接入类型在所述第三映射关系中,匹配到对应的接入限制参数,以及按照匹配到的接入限制参数进行接入控制并发送的。
