Abstract

The invention relates to a tool (O) for attaching a rear-view mirror (RI) to a mounting secured to a windshield (PB) of an automobile (V). Said tool (O) includes: i) a first arm (B1) including a first end (E11) suitable for being gripped and a second end (E12) opposite the former (E11) and suitable for driving a first part (P1) arranged such as to enable provisional attachment of a base (ER) of the rear-view mirror (RI) and to be placed against and locked by one end (ES1) of the mounting (SR), and ii) a second arm (B2) including an intermediate portion (PU) rotatably mounted on an intermediate portion (PI2) of the first arm (B1), a first end (E21) suitable for being gripped and a second end (E22), opposite the former (E21) and provided with a second part (P2) arranged, when the first ends (E11, E21) of the first (B1) and second (B2) arms are moved together, to exert pressure on the base (ER) in order to slide said base relative to the mounting (SR) until a stop.

The technician then only has to remove the first ends (gripping) E1 1 and E21 of the first B1 and second B2 arm to release the tool O ER base (now secured to its support SR).

Outil (O) pour la fixation d'un rétroviseur intérieur (RI) sur un support (SR) solidarisé à un pare-brise (PB) d'un véhicule automobile (V), caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend i) un premier bras (B1 ) comprenant une première extrémité (E1 1 ) adaptée à la préhension et une seconde extrémité (E12) opposée à la première (E1 1 ) et propre à entraîner une première pièce (P1 ) agencée de manière à permettre la fixation temporaire d'une embase (ER) dudit rétroviseur intérieur (RI) et à être placée contre et bloquée par une extrémité (ES1 ) dudit support (SR), et ii) un second bras (B2) comprenant une partie intermédiaire (PI2) montée à rotation sur une partie intermédiaire (PU ) dudit premier bras (B1 ), une première extrémité (E21 ) adaptée à la préhension et une seconde extrémité (E22), opposée à la première (E21 ) et munie d'une seconde pièce (P2) agencée, en cas de rapprochement desdites premières extrémités (E1 1 , E21 ) des premier (B1 ) et second (B2) bras, pour exercer une pression sur ladite embase (ER) afin de la faire coulisser par rapport audit support (SR) jusqu'à une butée. 1.
