Description

DISPOSITIVO DE SUJECIÓN PARA ARTÍCULOS QUE SE CUELGAN AL
HOMBRO
CAMPO DE LA INVENCIÓN
La presente invención está relacionada con las técnicas empleadas en el diseño, y fabricación de dispositivos y aparatos que permiten a un usuario portar y colgar artículos a su hombro y, más particularmente, está relacionada con un dispositivo de sujeción para artículos que tradicionalmente se cuelgan al hombro, tales como maletines, bolsos, equipajes, entre otros, que incluyen correas, asas, cadenas o medios similares para este fin. El dispositivo evita que dichos artículos resbalen y caigan del hombro del usuario.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN
Desde tiempos muy remotos, hombres y mujeres han utilizado artículos tales como bolsos, maletines y equipajes que se cuelgan al hombro. Para ello, los artículos incluyen medios de colgado tales como correas, cadenas, bandas, cintas. Muchos de estos medios de colgado incluyen una pieza, en ocasiones acolchada, que se desliza a lo largo de ellas y que es propiamente la que se coloca sobre el hombro. Esta pieza suele tener a veces cierta forma anatómica pero generalmente es de forma plana y flexible.
Estos medios de colgado alargados, si bien pueden variar su longitud para ajustarse a la altura de cualquier usuario tienen el inconveniente de que al caminar se van deslizando hacia el costado externo del hombro y terminan por caerse. Es muy habitual que constantemente se deba regresar el medio de colgado una y otra vez a su posición original para evitar que el artículo caiga. Si bien la pieza acolchada suele ser o llevar una cubierta antideslizante es inevitable que esto ocurra. Es un movimiento que vemos cotidianamente, muy habitual en las personas que llevan bolsos, pero que resulta incomodo en bolsos, maletas, maletines, maletines para ordenadores portátiles, que llevan cierto peso, por lo que resulta sumamente incomodo cargarlos. Se requiere de una solución práctica y sencilla a este problema.
SUMARIO DE LA INVENCIÓN
El objeto de la presente invención es proveer un dispositivo de sujeción de artículos que se cuelgan al hombro de un usuario tales como, bolsas, maletines, equipajes que tienen medios de colgado como por ejemplo correas, bandas, asas, cadenas, etc.
Para ello, el dispositivo de la presente invención comprende una sección posterior configurada para contactar la espalda de un usuario; montada a esta sección posterior existe un primer sujetador previsto para sujetar dichos medios de colgado del artículo.
El dispositivo de la presente invención también comprende una sección frontal configurada para contactar con el pecho del usuario y un segundo sujetador montado en la sección frontal y previsto para sujetar también dichos medios de colgado.
Finalmente, el dispositivo comprende una sección media dispuesta entre la sección posterior y la sección frontal que está configurada para apoyar sobre el hombro del usuario.
La relación estructural entre los elementos del dispositivo de la presente invención permite que el articulo pueda colgarse de una forma segura sin caer del hombro puesto que el articulo se soporta en ambos sujetadores y su peso se distribuye a lo largo de todo el dispositivo, particularmente los sujetadores permiten ajustar las fuerzas que actúan sobre el dispositivo para así lograr una mayor comodidad cuando se cuelga el artículo.
En una realización de la invención, la sección posterior y/o la sección frontal se unen de manera articulada a la sección media, con lo cual se incrementa el contacto y agarre del dispositivo en el cuerpo y además se evitan momentos o pares generados por el elemento de colgado del artículo.
En otra realización, el dispositivo comprende medios de tensión que conectan entre sí el primer y el segundo sujetador. Los medios de tensión permiten ajustar la fuerza de tracción entre dichos sujetadores y se utilizan cuando alguna o ambas secciones frontal y posterior están montadas de manera articulada a la sección media.
Para una mayor comodidad, en una realización adicional, se prefiere que por lo menos una de las secciones frontal, posterior o media tenga un recubrimiento acolchado y/o un recubrimiento antideslizante.
El empleo del dispositivo de la presente invención es sencillo y práctico para portar los artículos colgantes de una forma segura y sin que caigan del hombro.
BREVE DESCRIPCIÓN DE LAS FIGURAS
Para complementar la descripción que se está realizando y con objeto de ayudar a una mejor comprensión de las características del invento, de acuerdo con ciertos ejemplos preferentes de realización práctica del mismo, se acompaña como parte integrante de esta descripción, un juego de dibujos, en donde con carácter ilustrativo y no limitativo, se ha representado lo siguiente: La figura 1 es una vista en planta superior de un dispositivo de sujeción para artículos que se cuelgan al hombro, el dispositivo estando construido de acuerdo con una primera realización preferida de la presente invención.
La figura 2 es una vista lateral derecha de la primera realización del dispositivo ilustrado en la Figura 1 .
La figura 3 es una vista en perspectiva lateral de un dispositivo de sujeción para artículos que se cuelgan al hombro, el dispositivo estando construido de acuerdo con una segunda realización preferida de la presente invención.
La figura 4 es una vista en perspectiva desde la parte posterior hacia la parte frontal del dispositivo de la figura 3.
La figura 5 es una vista en perspectiva lateral que muestra una variante de la segunda realización del dispositivo de la figura 3. La figura 6 es una vista en perspectiva superior de un dispositivo de sujeción para artículos que se cuelgan al hombro, el dispositivo estando construido de acuerdo con una tercera realización preferida de la presente invención. La figura 7 es una vista ampliada de la sección media de un dispositivo de sujeción para artículos que se cuelgan al hombro, el dispositivo estando construido de acuerdo con una cuarta realización preferida de la presente invención. La figura 8 es una vista lateral de una variante de la realización ilustrada en la figura 7. La figura 9 muestra una fotografía del pecho de un usuario que utiliza una realización preferida de la presente invención.

DESCRIPCIÓN DETALLADA DE LAS REALIZACIONES PREFERENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN
Haciendo referencia a las figuras 1 y 2, en ellas se muestra una primera realización de un dispositivo 10 para de sujeción de artículos que se cuelgan al hombro tales como bolsos, maletines, equipajes y que tienen medios de colgado 2, que se forman por la correa 3 y la hebilla o asa 4. En el contexto de la presente invención, debe entenderse que el uso del dispositivo no está limitado a dichos artículos que han sido mencionados, ni tampoco a dichos medios de colgado incluidos en tales artículos, puesto que existen varias alternativas de los mismos bien conocidas por los técnicos en la materia.
A partir de las figuras 1 y 2 se puede mencionar que los elementos principales del dispositivo, son la sección posterior 20, el primer sujetador 30, la sección media 40, la sección frontal 50 y el segundo sujetador 60 cuya relación estructural y función en el dispositivo 10 se explica a continuación:
Con respecto a la sección posterior 20, ésta contacta la espalda de un usuario; la misma se encuentra formada por un segmento de forma lobular 21 con superficie extendida para hacer contacto suficiente y cómodo con la espalda del usuario; y, un segmento alargado 22 unido al segmento lobular 21 y que corre desde ahí hasta la sección media 40. Cuando es vista lateralmente, la sección posterior 20 tiene una trayectoria de forma cóncava para ajustarse anatómicamente a la espalda del usuario. En la presente descripción, el término "anatómico" significa que se amolda y sigue el contorno del cuerpo humano.
Sobre la sección posterior 20, se encuentra el primer sujetador 30, en donde se sujeta la hebilla o asa 4 de dichos medios de colgado 2, el primer sujetador 30 está conformado por una porción de unión 31 solidaria a la sección posterior 20 y que se proyecta en dirección normal de la misma; y, una porción alargada 32 unida ortogonalmente a la porción de unión 31 y que corre de manera ascendente y separada con respecto a la sección posterior 20. Ambas porciones en conjunto 31 y 32 hacen que el primer sujetador 30 presente forma de "L" cuando es visto lateralmente.
El primer sujetador 30 tiene una pluralidad de perforaciones de posición 35 provistas sobre la porción alargada 32 y que corren por toda su longitud, la función de estas perforaciones 35 es permitir seleccionar la posición en la cual se sujetarán los medios de colgado 2 para que el usuario decida en qué posición se siente más cómodo con el artículo colgante.
Otro elemento del dispositivo 10, es la sección media 40 que se une a la sección posterior 20 y que se extiende hacia adelante de la misma, la sección media 40 contacta el hombro del usuario, para ello la sección media sigue una trayectoria anatómica, es decir, es cóncava al ser vista lateralmente y curva hacia adentro al ser vista desde arriba, lo cual permite amoldarse al cuerpo del usuario en la sección que va de la espalda hacia el pecho.
Por lo que respecta a la sección frontal 50, ésta se une a la sección media 40 y se extiende hacia adelante de la misma; asimismo la sección media 50 contacta el pecho del usuario. Al ser vista lateralmente, se observa que la sección frontal 50 tiene una forma alargada y ligeramente cóncava para ajustarse anatómicamente al pecho del usuario. Finalmente, con respecto al segundo sujetador 60, éste se encuentra montado sobre la sección frontal 50 y en él también se sujeta otra hebilla 4 de los medios de colgado 2. El segundo sujetador 60, tiene una configuración idéntica al primer sujetador 30, específicamente el segundo sujetador 60 comprende una porción de unión 61 solidaria a la sección frontal 50 y que se proyecta en dirección normal de la misma; y, una porción alargada 62 unida ortogonalmente a la porción de unión y que corre de manera ascendente y separada con respecto la sección frontal 50, el segundo sujetador 60 también tiene forma de "L" cuando es visto lateralmente.
El segundo sujetador 60 también cuenta con una pluralidad de perforaciones de posición 65 provistas sobre la porción alargada y que corren por toda su longitud, la función de estas perforaciones 65 es permitir seleccionar la posición en la cual se sujetarán los medios de colgado para que el usuario decida en qué posición se siente más cómodo con el artículo colgante al ser sujetado en el primer y segundo sujetador 30 y 60.
De manea general, se observa que, a diferencia del arte previo, en la presente invención, el peso del artículo se recibe en dos puntos por debajo del hombro, es decir el primer y el segundo sujetador 30 y 60, y no en el hombro directamente. Asimismo, el peso del articulo se reparte a lo largo de todo el dispositivo 1 0, que como se puede observar, cuando el dispositivo 1 0 es visto desde arriba, sigue una trayectoria curva hacia adentro en su sección media 40, es decir no es recta como sucede con las correas, esto es con el objetivo de que el dispositivo 1 0 se ajuste anatómicamente a la espalda, el hombro y el pecho de usuario y no caiga.
Ahora se hace referencia a las figuras 3 y 4 que muestra una segunda realización preferida del dispositivo de la presente invención y que ahora se identifica con la referencia 1 10, esta realización se caracteriza porque la sección posterior 20 y la sección frontal 50 se unen de manera articulada a la sección media 40. Aunque, en la presente invención es posible que sólo alguna de estas secciones puede montarse de forma articulada.
La unión articulada de la sección posterior 20 con la sección media 40 se realiza mediante un primera articulación 1 1 1 con un eje de articulación 1 12 que atraviesa dichas secciones 20 y 40, mientras que la unión articulada de la sección frontal 50 con la sección media 40 se realiza con una segunda articulación 1 13 con un eje de articulación 1 14 que atraviesa dichas secciones 40 y 50. Cada eje de articulación 1 12 o 1 14 puede tener una dirección distinta con respecto del otro, es decir, no son necesariamente paralelos, de forma tal que permiten girar a la sección posterior 20 o frontal 50 hacia dentro del cuerpo del usuario mejorando el efecto de contacto y de agarre del dispositivo 1 10. Además, las perforaciones de posición de los sujetadores 30 y 60 permiten regular la posición en las que se unen los medios de colgado para poder distribuir el peso del artículo de la forma que desee cada usuario, lo cual se ilustra mediante las flechas de fuerza 1 15.
Una variante de la segunda modalidad se ilustra en la figura 5, en la cual el dispositivo 1 10 incluye una cinta elástica 1 1 6 que conecta los sujetadores 30 y 60, la cinta elástica 1 16 funciona como medios de tensión y sus extremos 1 17 se unen a dichos sujetadores 30 y 60 mediante las argollas 1 18. Los medios de tensión, tal como la cinta elástica 1 1 6, permiten ajustar la fuerza de tracción entre dichos sujetadores 30 y 60.
Los medios de tensión son muy útiles en los artículos colgantes con peso variable tales como bolsos, toda vez que al aumentar el peso de los artículos, la tensión de los medios de tensión aumenta y de esta forma se evita que el hombro se someta a esfuerzos mayores como consecuencia del peso. Otros medios de tensión pueden ser amortiguadores o resortes que conecten dichos sujetadores. Ahora, se hace referencia a la figura 6, que muestra una tercera realización del dispositivo de la presente invención identificada con la referencia 210, en esta realización se puede observar que tanto el primer y el segundo sujetador 30, 60, además de comprender la porción de unión 31 , 61 y la porción alargada 32, 62, cada una de ellos comprende adicionalmente: una prolongación 33, 63 unida a la porción alargada 32, 62 y que se proyecta perpendicularmente desde ahí hacia el exterior de la sección posterior 20 o frontal 50 del dispositivo, es decir estas prolongaciones 33, 63 hacen que los sujetadores 30 y 60 tengan forma de "L" al ser vistos desde arriba. Las prolongaciones 33, 63, también se encuentran provistas con una pluralidad de perforaciones 35 y 65, distribuidas a lo largo de la misma, lo cual permite desplazar el punto de unión de los medios de colgado y de esta forma generar un momento/par sobre el dispositivo 210 que hace que las secciones posterior y frontal giran hacia el interior del cuerpo del usuario (ver las flechas 215 que representan estas fuerzas.
Finalmente, en las figuras 7 y 8 se muestra una cuarta realización del dispositivo identificada con la referencia 310, donde se observa que la sección media 40 del dispositivo 310 incluye integralmente una superficie extendida 41 que se proyecta hacia el exterior de la misma (figura 7) o hacia el interior (figura 8), estas superficies extendidas permiten mejorar aún más las condiciones de agarre del dispositivo sobre el cuerpo del usuario, particularmente sobre el hombro.
En las Figuras 9 y 10 se observa a un usuario 5 utilizando el dispositivo 10 para colgar un maletín 6, tal como se observa cada una de las secciones posterior 20, media 40 y frontal 50 del dispositivo de la incluye un recubrimiento acolchado 70 para brindar confort en el uso del dispositivo. También, es posible que por lo menos una de las secciones posterior 20, media 40 y frontal 50 pueda incluir un recubrimiento antideslizante. Los materiales con los cuales se fabrican las secciones del dispositivo son lo suficientemente rígidos para no deformarse o quebrarse por el peso del artículo a cargar, tales como materiales plásticos o metálicos.
Aún cuando se ha descrito y ejemplificado realizaciones preferidas de la presente invención, debe hacerse hincapié en que son posibles numerosas modificaciones a la mismas, tal como la selección de materiales, la longitud de las secciones, etc. Por lo tanto, la presente invención no deberá considerarse como restringida excepto por lo que exija la técnica anterior y por el alcance de las reivindicaciones anexas.

Claims

REIVINDICACIONES
1 . Dispositivo de sujeción (10) para artículos que se cuelgan al hombro de un usuario y que tienen medios de colgado (2); el dispositivo estando caracterizado porque comprende:
a) una sección posterior (20) configurada para contactar con la espalda de un usuario;
b) un primer sujetador (30) montado en la sección posterior (20) y previsto para sujetar dichos medios de colgado (2);
c) una sección frontal (50) configurada para contactar con el pecho del usuario;
d) un segundo sujetador (60) montado en la sección frontal (50) y previsto para sujetar dichos medios de colgado (2); y,
e) una sección media (40) dispuesta entre la sección posterior (20) y la sección frontal (50), configurada para apoyar sobre el hombro del usuario.
2. Dispositivo de sujeción al hombro para artículos colgantes, según la reivindicación 1 , caracterizado porque la sección posterior (20) y/o la sección frontal (50) se unen de manera articulada a la sección media (40).
3. Dispositivo de sujeción al hombro para artículos colgantes, según la reivindicación 2, caracterizado porque comprende medios de tensión que conectan el primer y el segundo sujetador.
4. Dispositivo de sujeción al hombro para artículos colgantes, según la reivindicación 3, caracterizado porque dichos medios de tensión son una cinta elástica o un amortiguador.
5. Dispositivo de sujeción al hombro para artículos colgantes, según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 4, caracterizado porque el primer sujetador (30) comprende: una porción de unión (31 ) solidaria a la sección posterior (20) y que se proyecta en dirección normal de la misma; y,
una porción alargada (32) unida ortogonalmente a la porción de unión (31 ) y que corre de manera ascendente y separada con respecto a la sección posterior (20).
6. Dispositivo de sujeción al hombro para artículos colgantes, según cualquiera las reivindicaciones 1 a 5, caracterizado porque el segundo sujetador (60) comprende:
una porción de unión (61 ) solidaria a la sección frontal (50) y que se proyecta en dirección normal de la misma; y,
una porción alargada (62) unida ortogonalmente a la porción de unión (61 ) y que corre de manera ascendente y separada con respecto la sección frontal (50).
7. Dispositivo de sujeción al hombro para artículos colgantes, según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 5 a 6, caracterizado porque el primer o el segundo sujetador (30, 60) comprende adicionalmente:
una prolongación (33, 63) unida a la porción alargada (32, 62) y que se proyecta perpendicularmente desde ahí hacia afuera de la sección posterior (20) o frontal (50) del dispositivo.
8. Dispositivo de sujeción al hombro para artículos colgantes, según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 5 a 7, caracterizado porque el primer o el segundo sujetador (30, 60) incluyen en la porción alargada (32, 62) y/o en la prolongación (33, 63) una pluralidad de perforaciones de posición (35, 65) que permiten seleccionar la posición en la cual quedaran sujetos los medios de colgado en el primer o segundo sujetador (30, 60).
9. Dispositivo de sujeción al hombro para artículos colgantes, según la cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 8, caracterizado porque la sección frontal (50) tiene una forma alargada y ligeramente curva para ajustarse al pecho del usuario.
10. Dispositivo de sujeción al hombro para artículos colgantes, según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 9, caracterizado porque la sección posterior (20) comprende:
un segmento de forma lobular (21 ) con superficie extendida para hacer contacto con la espalda del usuario; y,
un segmento alargado (22) unido al segmento lobular (21 ) y que corre desde ahí hasta la sección media (40).

Dispositivo de sujeción al hombro para artículos colgantes, según la cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 10, caracterizado porque la sección media (40) del dispositivo , cuando es vista desde arriba, tiene una trayectoria alargada y curva hacia adentro para amoldarse al cuerpo del usuario en la sección que va de la espalda hacia el pecho.
12. Dispositivo de sujeción al hombro para artículos colgantes, según la cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 1 1 , caracterizado porque la sección media (40) del dispositivo incluye integralmente una superficie extendida (41 ) que se proyecta hacia el interior o hacia el exterior de la misma.
13. Dispositivo de sujeción al hombro para artículos colgantes, según la cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 12, caracterizado porque por lo menos una de las secciones frontal, posterior o media tiene un recubrimiento acolchado (70).
14. Dispositivo de sujeción al hombro para artículos colgantes, según la cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 13, caracterizado porque por lo menos una de las de las secciones frontal, posterior o media tiene un recubrimiento antideslizante.
