为了克服机械固定装置锚固现有的聚苯板保温层稳定性较差的缺陷, 本发明 提供一种加筋聚苯板, 该加筋聚苯板能提高板的抗拉强度和抗折强度, 从而增强 聚苯板外保温系统的力学性能和整体稳定性。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是: 在保温聚苯板的板面表层内, 设置一层双向网格加强筋, 网格加强筋是采用玻璃纤维网、 金属网或化学纤维网 组成, 其特征是: 网格加强筋的外表面附有一层聚苯板保护层, 使网格加强筋与 板面外的环境薄抹灰层砂浆等隔离, 提高抗腐蚀和耐久性。 根据需要, 玻璃纤维 网加强筋可以在板的双面设置, 也可以在板的单面设置。
上述玻璃纤维网加强筋是由玻璃纤维经线和纬线十字交叉编结而成, 加强筋 的网格孔径间距为 5~25 X 5~25mm, 最佳间距为 7~15 X 7~15mm; 加强筋的聚苯板 保护层厚度即离板面外边缘的距离为 5〜15 mm, 最佳厚度为 8〜12mm。
上述金属网加强筋是由纵向钢丝和横向钢丝十字交叉电悍连接而成, 加强筋 的网格孔径间距为 5~60 X 5~60mm, 最佳间距为 10 30 X 10~30mm; 加强筋是热镀 锌钢丝、 冷拔低碳钢丝、 不锈钢丝或合金钢丝; 钢丝直径为 0.5〜4.0mm, 最佳直径 为 0.9〜2.5mm; 加强筋的聚苯板保护层厚度为 5〜50mm, 最佳厚度为 8〜30mm。
上述化学纤维网加强筋是由化学纤维经线和纬线十字交叉编结而成; 加强筋 的网格孔径间距为 5 X 5 20 X 20mm, 最佳间距为 10 X 10~15 X 15mm; 加强筋的聚 苯板保护层厚度为 5〜15mm, 最佳厚度为 8〜12mm。
本发明可以用网格加强筋与聚苯板在模压成型过程中一次完成的方法, 将网 格加强筋夹附在聚苯板的表层内, 保证网格加强筋内、 外侧聚苯板体的整体性和 密闭性。
本发明的有益效果是: 与现有的聚苯板相比, 加筋聚苯板具有抗拉强度和抗 折强度明显提高的优点。 适用于机械固定装置锚固聚苯板的外保温墙体, 可以解 决聚苯板固有的脆性、 易断裂的缺点。 附图概述
