咖啡机中具有冲泡单元, 相关的冲泡单元具有冲泡座, 冲泡座内设置 有不可拆卸的冲泡塞, 即冲泡座与冲泡塞形成一个整体, 如此使得冲泡单 元清洗不方便。
另外, 相关的冲泡单元也有具有分体设置的冲泡座和冲泡塞部件, 冲 泡塞部件与冲泡座之间配合不紧密, 咖啡往往会从二者的连接中漏出, 使 用不方便, 且会弄脏环境。
此外,相关的冲泡单元中,其冲泡座和冲泡塞部件二者共用一个马达, 一个马达需要带动冲泡座和冲泡塞运动, 需要更多的传动机构, 如此使得 冲泡单元的体积较大, 结构较复杂, 进而提高制造成本。
因此, 有必要提供一种新型的咖啡机的冲泡单元, 以克服上述缺陷。 发明内容
本发明之目的是, 提供一种咖啡机的冲泡单元, 其冲泡座和冲泡塞部 件分体设置, 且在二者之间具有扣合组件, 从而使得冲泡座和冲泡塞支架 在冲泡咖啡时处于扣紧状态, 咖啡不会漏出, 使用安全。
本发明的上述目的可采用下列技术方案来实现,
一种咖啡机的冲泡单元, 其包括: 冲泡塞部件, 其包括冲泡塞和冲泡 塞支架, 所述冲泡塞可沿着冲泡塞的轴线方向上下移动地设置在所述冲泡 塞支架内; 冲泡座, 其位于所述冲泡塞支架的下方, 所述冲泡座包括冲泡 器, 所述冲泡器可转动设置, 以连接或脱离上述冲泡塞支架; 扣合组件, 其连接在所述冲泡塞支架和冲泡器之间; 在所述冲泡器与冲泡塞支架的连 接状态,可进行冲泡咖啡,且冲泡器通过扣合组件可扣紧在冲泡塞支架上。
在优选的实施方式中, 所述扣合组件包括设置在所述冲泡塞支架下端 的凹部, 以及设置在所述冲泡器上端的凸台; 在所述冲泡器与冲泡塞支架 的连接状态, 所述凸台扣合在凹部处。
在优选的实施方式中, 所述冲泡塞部件还包括冲泡塞马达组件, 所述 冲泡塞马达组件连接在冲泡塞支架上, 所述冲泡塞在冲泡塞马达组件的作 用下能在冲泡塞支架内上下移动。
在优选的实施方式中, 所述冲泡座还包括冲泡座马达组件和冲泡摇摆 控制件, 所述冲泡座马达组件通过冲泡摇摆控制件可带动冲泡器转动。
本发明的特点及优点是:

如图 1至图 15所示, 本发明提出的咖啡机的冲泡单元, 其包括冲泡 塞部件 1、 冲泡座 2和扣合组件 3。 冲泡塞部件 1包括冲泡塞 11和冲泡塞 支架 13,冲泡塞 11可沿着冲泡塞 11的轴线方向上下移动地设置在冲泡塞 支架 13内。 冲泡座 2位于冲泡塞支架 13的下方, 所述冲泡座 2包括冲泡 器 21, 冲泡器 21可转动设置, 以连接或脱离上述冲泡塞支架 13。 扣合组 件 3连接在冲泡塞支架 13和冲泡器 21之间。 在冲泡器 21与冲泡塞支架 13的连接状态, 可进行冲泡咖啡, 且此时, 冲泡器 21通过扣合组件 3可 扣紧在冲泡塞支架 13上。
本发明实施例在使用时, 首先冲泡器 21与冲泡塞支架 13处于脱离状 态, 此时冲泡器 21的开口外露, 可往冲泡器 21中放入从咖啡研磨机中研 磨出来的咖啡粉; 接着冲泡器 21转动一定角度, 以对准冲泡塞支架 13, 使冲泡器 21与冲泡塞支架 13处于连接状态, 接着冲泡塞 11向下移动, 热水通过冲泡塞 11进入冲泡器 21以进行冲泡咖啡, 待咖啡冲泡完毕, 冲 泡塞 11向上移动恢复原状, 冲泡器 21回转一定角度, 使冲泡器 21与冲 泡塞支架 13处于脱离状态, 冲泡器 21可从冲泡座 2中拆卸出来, 方便清 洗。
本发明实施例中, 冲泡塞部件 1与冲泡座 2是两个分开设置的独立部 件, 且在二者之间具有扣合组件, 从而使得冲泡座 2和冲泡塞支架 13在 冲泡咖啡时处于扣紧状态, 咖啡不会漏出, 使用安全。 根据本发明的一个实施例, 配合图 20、 20A和图 21、 21A所示, 所述 扣合组件 3包括设置在冲泡塞支架 13下端的凹部 31, 以及设置在冲泡器 21上端的凸台 32; 在冲泡器 21与冲泡塞支架 13的连接状态, 所述凸台 32嵌入在凹部 31处, 并与凹部 31相互扣合; 且在冲泡咖啡的过程中, 凸 台 32可与凹部 31处于扣紧状态。 进一歩而言, 冲泡塞支架 13上顺着冲 泡器 21转动的方向设有凹部 31, 凸台 32随着冲泡器 21的转动则能嵌入 凹部 31处, 在冲泡咖啡过程中, 由于冲泡器 21与冲泡塞部件 1的相互作 用力, 使凸台 32与凹部 31处于扣紧状态。
在本发明的另一个实施例中, 凹部与凸台的位置可以互换, 例如凹部 形成在冲泡器的上端, 凸台形成在冲泡塞支架的下端, 同样具有上述扣紧 作用。 根据本发明的一个实施例, 所述冲泡塞支架 13包括支架固定片 131, 支架固定片 131固定在产品支架 4上, 冲泡塞支架 13通过弹簧 132与支 架固定片 131连接, 冲泡塞支架 13在外力作用下通过弹簧 132而与支架 固定片 131的距离拉长或缩短。

根据本发明的一个实施例, 配合图 4至图 9所示, 冲泡器 21包括冲 泡网 211、 冲泡室 212和传动组件。 冲泡网 211的上方为冲泡室 212, 冲 泡网 211的下方设有传动组件, 传动组件可带动冲泡网 211上下移动。

其中, 冲泡网 211的下方依次连接有咖啡粉推板 215和咖啡粉推板连 杆 216, 咖啡粉推板连杆 216连接在咖啡粉推板座 214的上方。 当咖啡粉 推板座 214上下移动时, 通过咖啡粉推板连杆 216带动咖啡粉推板 215和 冲泡网 211—起上下移动。 当咖啡冲泡完毕, 冲泡室 212内的咖啡渣被压 干成咖啡饼后, 可将咖啡粉推板座 214提升, 使冲泡网 211上升到冲泡器 21的上端, 使咖啡饼容易被清除, 使用方便, 配合图 5所示。
咖啡粉推板 215的下部两侧分别设有放水阀 217和保压阀 218。 放水 阀 217及保压阀 218相互导通, 且保压阀 218连通有咖啡出水嘴 219; 保 压阀 218通过冲泡室 212内的水压的变化而处于开启或关闭状态; 放水阀 217通过咖啡粉推板 215的上下移动而处于开启或关闭状态。 当水由冲泡 塞 11进入冲泡室 212冲泡咖啡, 冲泡室 212内的水压升高到一定值时, 保压阀 218开启, 咖啡则通过保压阀 218和咖啡出水嘴 219流出 (配合图 10的箭头所示)。 当咖啡粉推板 215上升到一定位置, 会顶到放水阀 217 (配合图 11所示), 从而将放水阀 217推开, 以将咖啡渣中的水份从放水 阀 217经咖啡出水嘴 219排出。

参照图 2至图 5所示, 首先, 冲泡座 2与冲泡塞组件 1处于脱离状态 (即冲泡支架 23和冲泡器 21处于接粉的初始位置), 冲泡器 21中的咖啡 粉推板 215处于最低位置, 冲泡塞 11处于初始的零位高度, 此时将咖啡 粉放入冲泡器 21 的冲泡室 212 内; 当装入适量的咖啡粉后, 驱动冲泡座 马达组件 22, 冲泡座马达组件 22通过冲泡摇摆控制件 26上的旋转拉钩 261带动冲泡支架 23和冲泡器 21—起沿着转动限位槽转动一定角度 (例 如 31. 5度), 直至冲泡支架 23触及冲泡座的转角开关 27后, 冲泡座马达 组件 22和冲泡支架 23停止转动 (在此歩骤中, 冲泡座马达组件 22转动, 其传动大齿轮 224虽然会带动冲泡室 212内的齿轮组件 213转动, 但由于 冲泡支架 23转动的角度较小, 冲泡马达组件 22很快就停止转动, 因此齿 轮组件 213转动角度小, 冲泡室 212内的咖啡粉推板 215也几乎是仍处于 最低位置), 此时冲泡摇摆控制件 26上的凸缘 262正好将排水阀组件 24 顶开, 将水流从回水盒切换到咖啡出口, 且冲泡器 21的凸台 32扣合在冲 泡塞支架 13的凹部 31上, 凸台 32的下方与凹部 31具有间隙 G (配合图 22A所示), 这时冲泡器 21处于冲泡位置, 如图 6所示。 配合图 7所示, 在冲泡塞马达组件 12的作用下, 冲泡塞 11向下移动 以进行压粉 (配合图 22B所示), 当冲泡塞 11底部压紧咖啡粉时, 冲泡塞 11受到咖啡粉压力的反作用, 带动冲泡塞支架 13上移一段距离 (例如 2 毫米), 此时, 弹簧 132受到压缩, 缩小弹性浮动位移距离 (配合图 16和 图 17所示, 其分别显示弹性浮动位移距离缩小前和缩小后的状态), 凸台 32下方与凹部 31的间隙消失 (配合图 22C所示), 冲泡器 21与冲泡塞支 架 13拉紧以承受冲泡时的压力, 使得冲泡塞支架 13与冲泡器 21之间相 互扣紧, 冲泡塞支架 13触及咖啡粉压力开关 25后, 冲泡塞 11停止下压。
在冲泡塞支架 13 上移过程中, 触发换向阀芯, 接通蒸发器组件与冲 泡塞 11的水路; 此时热水就由高压水泵经蒸发器被泵到换向阀组件 15, 然后经由冲泡塞 11进入冲泡室 212, 当热水浸过经挤压的咖啡粉时, 咖啡 便在高压下产生 (一般 8-12 BAR) , 当冲泡室 212内的水压升高到一定值, 保压阀 218被冲开, 咖啡则进入保压阀 218, 并从咖啡出水嘴 219流出, 经排水阀组件 24流到咖啡出口, 以供使用者饮用; 随着冲泡室 212 内的 咖啡逐渐减少到一定量, 保压阀 218失去足够的水压而关闭, 咖啡则不再 从保压阀 218流出。
当冲泡完毕, 冲泡座马达组件 22转动, 带动冲泡室 212 内的齿轮组 件 213转动, 咖啡粉推板座 214带动咖啡粉推板 215上移 (例如上升 3毫 米), 咖啡粉推板 215推开放水阀 217, 咖啡渣进一歩受到冲泡塞 11的挤 压, 咖啡渣中的剩余水被挤入放水阀 217; 由于冲泡座马达组件 22转动同 时带动冲泡摇摆控制件 26转动, 其凸缘 262正好将排水阀组件 24由顶开 变为放松, 使排水阀组件 24 的出口从咖啡出口切换到回水盒, 因此放水 阀 217流出的剩余水则从咖啡出水嘴 219经排水阀组件 24流出至回水盒。 在此歩骤中, 由于冲泡支架 23仍接触着转角开关 27, 因此冲泡支架 23不 会被冲泡摇摆控制件 26带着转动。
当咖啡渣中的水份被挤压成为咖啡饼 (可由感应马达电流判定其水份 是否被压干), 冲泡塞马达组件 12回转, 冲泡塞 11 向上升直至碰触到零 位开关 17后, 冲泡塞马达组件 12停止运转, 冲泡塞 11停止上升, 此时 冲泡塞 11恢复回零位高度。 由于冲泡塞 11上升, 没有再下压咖啡饼, 因 此冲泡塞支架 13下移回复原位。
配合图 8所示, 冲泡座马达组件 22运转, 通过齿轮组件 213和咖啡 粉推板座 214带动咖啡粉推板 215进一歩上移以顶出冲泡室 212, 如此方 便将冲泡室 212内的咖啡饼清除。
冲泡座马达 221反转, 由冲泡摇摆控制件 26的旋转拉钩 261带动冲 泡支架 23和冲泡器 21—起由冲泡位置转到接粉位置, 咖啡饼便被冲泡塞 支架 13推出以作清除; 同时, 咖啡粉推板 215在齿轮组件 213和咖啡粉 推板座 214的作用下向下移动, 直到回复到接粉状态, 即咖啡粉推板 215 处于最低位置, 放水阀 218失去咖啡粉推板 215的顶抵而关闭, 排水阀组 件 24失去冲泡摇摆控制件 26的凸缘 262的顶抵而关闭。 本发明实施例的打奶泡的过程如下:
冲泡塞马达组件 12反转, 带动冲泡塞 11向上移动, 推开蒸气阀组件 14, 使得蒸气阀处于导通状态, 如图 18和图 18A所示, 蒸气从喷嘴 F喷 出, 以进行打奶泡。
冲泡塞马达组件 12正转, 带动冲泡塞 11向下移动, 蒸气阀组件失去 了冲泡塞 11的推力, 并在弹弓的作用下复位, 使得蒸气阀处于闭合状态, 停止放蒸气, 如图 19和图 19A所示。 以上所述仅为本发明的几个实施例, 本领域的技术人员依据申请文件 公开的可以对本发明实施例进行各种改动、 变型或组合而不脱离本发明的 精神和范围。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种咖啡机的冲泡单元, 其特征在于, 所述冲泡单元包括: 冲泡塞部件, 其包括冲泡塞和冲泡塞支架, 所述冲泡塞可沿着冲泡塞 的轴线方向上下移动地设置在所述冲泡塞支架内;
冲泡座, 其位于所述冲泡塞支架的下方, 所述冲泡座包括冲泡器, 所 述冲泡器可转动设置, 以连接或脱离上述冲泡塞支架;
扣合组件, 其连接在所述冲泡塞支架和冲泡器之间;
在所述冲泡器与冲泡塞支架的连接状态, 可进行冲泡咖啡, 且冲泡器 通过扣合组件可扣紧在冲泡塞支架上。
2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的咖啡机的冲泡单元, 其特征在于, 所述扣 合组件包括设置在所述冲泡塞支架下端的凹部, 以及设置在所述冲泡器上 端的凸台; 在所述冲泡器与冲泡塞支架的连接状态, 所述凸台扣合在凹部 处。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的咖啡机的冲泡单元, 其特征在于, 所 述冲泡塞部件还包括冲泡塞马达组件, 所述冲泡塞马达组件连接在冲泡塞 支架上, 所述冲泡塞在冲泡塞马达组件的作用下能在冲泡塞支架内上下移 动。
4、 根据权利要求 3 所述的咖啡机的冲泡单元, 其特征在于, 所述冲 泡塞马达组件包括冲泡塞马达、 传动件和传动螺帽, 所述传动螺帽设置在 所述冲泡塞支架内, 所述冲泡塞连接在传动螺帽内, 所述冲泡塞马达通过 传动件带动传动螺帽转动, 从而带动所述冲泡塞上下移动。
5、 根据权利要求 3 所述的咖啡机的冲泡单元, 其特征在于, 所述传 动件包括相互啮合的冲泡塞蜗杆和冲泡塞蜗轮, 所述冲泡塞蜗杆与所述冲 泡塞马达固定连接, 所述冲泡塞蜗轮与所述传动螺帽啮合, 所述冲泡塞马 达通过冲泡塞蜗杆和冲泡塞蜗轮带动传动螺帽转动。
6、 根据权利要求 3 所述的咖啡机的冲泡单元, 其特征在于, 所述冲 泡塞组件还包括换向阀组件, 所述换向阀组件设置在产品支架上, 并与所 述冲泡塞支架相接触, 所述换向阀组件通过冲泡塞支架的上下位移而处于 导通或闭合状态。
7、 根据权利要求 3 所述的咖啡机的冲泡单元, 其特征在于, 所述冲 泡塞组件还包括蒸气阀组件, 所述蒸气阀组件设置在产品支架上, 并与所 述冲泡塞的上部相对应, 所述蒸气阀组件通过冲泡塞的上下位移而处于导 通或闭合状态。
8、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的咖啡机的冲泡单元, 其特征在于, 所 述冲泡座还包括冲泡座马达组件和冲泡摇摆控制件, 所述冲泡座马达组件 通过冲泡摇摆控制件可带动冲泡器转动。
9、 根据权利要求 8 所述的咖啡机的冲泡单元, 其特征在于, 所述冲 泡器包括冲泡网、 冲泡室和传动组件, 所述冲泡网的上方为冲泡室, 所述 冲泡网的下方设置传动组件, 所述传动组件带动冲泡网上下移动。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的咖啡机的冲泡单元, 其特征在于, 所述传 动组件包括齿轮组件和咖啡粉推板座, 所述咖啡粉推板座连接在齿轮组件 的两侧, 所述咖啡粉推板座的内侧设有与齿轮组件啮合的齿, 所述冲泡网 连接在咖啡粉推板座的上端; 上述冲泡座马达组件带动齿轮组件转动, 进 而带动咖啡粉推板座和冲泡网上下移动。
11、 根据权利要求 10 所述的咖啡机的冲泡单元, 其特征在于, 所述 冲泡网的下方依次连接有咖啡粉推板和咖啡粉推板连杆, 所述咖啡粉推板 连杆连接在所述咖啡粉推板座的上方, 当咖啡粉推板座上下移动时, 通过 咖啡粉推板连杆带动所述咖啡粉推板和冲泡网上下移动。
12、 根据权利要求 11 所述的咖啡机的冲泡单元, 其特征在于, 所述 咖啡粉推板的下部两侧分别设有放水阀和保压阀, 所述保压阀连通有咖啡 出水嘴; 所述保压阀通过所述冲泡室内的水压的变化而处于开启或关闭状 态; 所述放水阀通过所述咖啡粉推板的上下移动而处于开启或关闭状态。
13、 根据权利要求 8所述的咖啡机的冲泡单元, 其特征在于, 所述冲 泡座还包括冲泡支架, 所述冲泡器可拆卸地设置在冲泡支架内, 所述冲泡 座马达组件设置在冲泡支架的一侧, 冲泡座马达组件通过所述冲泡摇摆控 制件带动冲泡支架和冲泡器一起转动。
14、 根据权利要求 13 所述的咖啡机的冲泡单元, 其特征在于, 所述 冲泡摇摆控制件在其靠近所述冲泡器一侧的表面上设有至少一个旋转拉 钩, 在其外侧面设有凸缘; 所述冲泡摇摆控制件通过所述旋转拉钩带动所 述冲泡支架和冲泡器一起转动。
15、 根据权利要求 13 所述的咖啡机的冲泡单元, 其特征在于, 所述 冲泡座马达组件包括冲泡座马达和传动组合件, 所述冲泡座马达通过传动 组合件带动所述冲泡摇摆控制件和上述传动组件动作。
16、 根据权利要求 15 所述的咖啡机的冲泡单元, 其特征在于, 所述 传动组合件包括冲泡座蜗杆、 冲泡座蜗轮和传动大齿轮, 所述冲泡座马达 与冲泡座蜗杆固定连接, 所述冲泡座蜗杆与冲泡座蜗轮相啮合, 所述冲泡 座蜗轮同轴固定设置的传动小齿轮与传动大齿轮相啮合; 所述传动大齿轮 与所述冲泡摇摆控制件同轴设置, 且在周向上固定连接。
17、 根据权利要求 12 所述的咖啡机的冲泡单元, 其特征在于, 所述 冲泡座还包括排水阀组件, 其设置在所述产品支架上, 并与所述冲泡支架 相对应, 所述排水阀组件的阀口位于所述冲泡室的下方一侧, 所述排水阀 组件由于所述凸缘而处于开启或闭合状态。
