以下将结合附图及具体实施方式对本发明做进一步的说明。
图 1为示出根据本发明的面部防护用具佩戴后的状态的示意图。根据 本发明的面部防护用具适合佩戴在人脸上, 用于阻挡外界有害物质通过鼻 子和嘴进入人体。 如图 1所示, 本发明的面部防护用具包括组装在一起的 支架 1和口罩 2。 口罩 2可以采用现有的口罩形式, 适于遮挡鼻子或嘴, 并通过挂绳挂在耳朵上或佩戴在头部。 根据本发明的面部防护用具, 在口 罩 2与人脸之间设置支架 1来密封人脸与口罩之间空隙,从而保证口罩 的密封性。
根据本发明的实施方式,支架 1可以设置在口罩 2的与脸部接触的 一侧, 与口罩可分离使用。
图 2a-2c示出了根据本发明一种实施方式的支架的结构。根据本发明, 连接在口罩 2的上边的支架 1构造为适合密封人脸与口罩的上边之间空 隙, 如人脸鼻部与颧骨部之间的立体凹凸空间。根据本发明的一种实施 方式, 如图 2a所示, 支架 1包括支架主体 1-1、 密封垫 1-2和拉绳槽 1-3。密封垫 1-2设置在支架主体 1-1的面向脸部的内面上,用于密封人 脸与口罩之间空隙。 拉绳槽 1-3设置在支架主体 1-1 的外面中 (如图 2b 所示), 用于连接口罩 2, 如悬挂口罩 2的挂绳或拉绳。 只要能够与口罩 2组装在一起, 拉绳槽 1-3的结构和形状不受限制, 例如可以采用图 2c 中示出的凹槽 1-3, 或者如图 2d所示, 在凹槽 1-3'的下边缘设置凸棱
1- 4, 以防止口罩的脱落。
密封垫 1-2可以采用公知材料, 例如但不限于海绵、 橡胶、 棉布等 材料, 以保证支架与人脸部之间的密封性。在一种实施方式中, 可以采 用使用两面胶粘贴的方法, 将密封垫 1-2固定在支架上, 以便于密封垫 破损或坫污时进行更换。但本发明不限于此, 可以任何适合的固定或装 配方法, 如卡扣或形状配合连接。根据本发明的其它实施方式, 可以将 支架自身制成具有密封垫 1-2的形状。
图 3示出了用在本发明的面部防护用具中的口罩 2的一种结构。 如图 3所示, 口罩 2包括口罩本体、 口罩挂绳 2-1和口罩拉绳 2-2。 口罩挂绳
2- 1 适合将口罩本体挂在耳朵上或佩戴在人头部。 口罩拉绳 2-2适合装配 到支架 1的拉绳槽 1-3中, 以将口罩 2组装到支架 1上。 口罩拉绳 2-2 可以嵌入口罩本体的上边, 或者其两端固定在口罩本体上, 如图 3所示, 通过固定部 2-3固定在口罩本体面向人脸部的内面上。
口罩 2的上边内嵌或固定的拉绳 2-2可以是一条拉紧的弹性绳。拉 紧的弹性绳被固定在口罩本体的两端或其附近。当口罩 2被装配到支架 1上时, 拉紧的口罩拉绳 2-2可以起到紧束支架的作用, 从而更有效地 使口罩紧密地贴合在支架上面,使口罩 2与支架 1之间达到更好的密封 效果。 而且, 可以同时在支架 1的两端或其附近设固定口罩的机构(如 挂钩), 由于口罩内嵌或固定拉绳的拉力不会影响悬挂到耳朵上的挂绳 2-1 的拉力, 从而可以适当地提高口罩拉绳 2-2 的拉力, 降低挂绳 2-1 的拉力, 由此可以减轻挂绳对耳朵的拉紧而造成的不适, 又可以在口罩 与支架以及支架与脸部之间更好的密封效果。
根据上述实施方式, 在支架 1 的内面设置密封垫 1-2来密封人脸与 口罩之间空隙。但本发明的支架不限于此。根据本发明的其它实施方式, 支架本身也可以构造成适于密封人脸部与口罩之间的空隙。
图 4示出了根据本发明另一种实施方式的用在上述面部防护用具中的 支架的结构。 如图 4所示, 支架 1本身可以构造成符合或紧密贴合人脸 外形的立体形状,如具有适合填充人脸鼻部与颧骨部之间立体凹凸空间 的形状, 以密封人脸与口罩之间的空隙。 或者可替换地, 构造成符合人 脸外形的立体形状的支架上还可以设置有上述密封垫,以实现更好的密 封效果。
在上述实施方式中, 支架可以采用硬性材料(比如但不限于硬质塑 料等)制成, 可以将该硬性材料预先制成一半圆弧形, 该弧形大小以适 合人脸的弧形为宜。
另外,在支架中可以包有或在支架上可以配有适于向支架中部收束 的弹性材料, 如钢片或弹簧或弹性塑料等, 例如将支架收束成弧状或弓 形, 以与人脸部轮廓紧密配合。钢片可事先烧结成弧形状或其他类似架 子类形状, 将钢片设置在支架中部, 当使用者佩戴支架在脸上时, 把钢 片的原有形状撑开, 由于钢片的复原力, 便可使支架两侧紧贴人脸, 以 达到确保支架与人脸紧密贴合的效果。应用同一思想,钢片可以用弹簧 或其他像弹性塑料类的可塑性材料代替。
图 5a-5b为示出根据本发明又一种实施方式的用在上述面部防护用具 中的支架的结构的示意图。 图 5a-5b中的支架可以采用软性材料制成, 预 先按佩戴者的脸形作好形状,在支架的中间位置两侧各设置一个凸块 1-6, 两个凸块 1-6之间的凹槽 1-7是对应人脸的鼻梁部分。 为更适应鼻梁部分 的形状, 两个凸块 1-6可以制成斜面或弧形面, 以确保支架与面部紧密贴 合后, 支架外缘相对鼻梁到面部边缘的直线仍然保持凸形。如此可以使该 支架佩戴在人脸上时, 支架的外缘呈凸形状。 因为是软性材料, 预先做好 的形状无需与佩戴者的脸形精确地贴合, 在使用时可以用力使之紧密贴 合。 在软性材料中可以包入或嵌入可塑性材料, 如铁丝, 铝条或其它可 更改形状的塑料条, 可塑性材料可以在佩戴者顺着各自的脸形弯曲更改 支架的形状后, 起到保持更改后支架形状的作用。 根据本发明, 为了确保 口罩的密封性, 在凸块 1-6上各开一裂口 1-8, 以减少当凸块受压时的变 形。 当凸块 1-6受到外力往里压时, 裂口 1-8便吻合, 以便凸块 1-6更好 地贴合人脸部。 在该实施方式中, 支架还可以设置有用于密封人脸与口 罩之间空隙的密封垫 1-2。
根据本发明的实施方式, 可以采用多种方式组装或连接口罩和支 架。例如, 可以将口罩的拉绳固定在支架的拉绳槽内; 在支架的外弧面 上水平方向地粘贴一条双面胶带,将口罩的上边粘贴在支架上, 或者在 支架和口罩接合部分设置磁性接合结构, 如在支架前部设置如图 10所 示的磁铁 16-1和在口罩上边内嵌入如图 1 1所示的薄金属片 17-1或铁 条, 反之亦然。
在可替换实施方式中, 在支架的外弧形面上, 设一突点或间隔地设 有突点 1-5(如图 5a-5b所示), 相应地在口罩的上边开设一字形、 十字 形或米字形等的开口或者开洞 2-5(如图 3所示), 将口罩上的开口或者 开洞分别挂在支架上。突点 1-5也可以是一钩子,适于将口罩上边上的开 口或者开洞钩住连接在一起。
在可替换实施方式中, 可以使用夹子将口罩上边夹在支架上以进行连 接。 或者, 还可以在支架的下框底部开设有槽, 将口罩的上边缘塞入槽内 实现支架下框与口罩上边的紧密贴合。 在上述实施方式中,支架与口罩结合为一体后通过口罩挂绳固定在 头部或耳朵完成佩戴 (如图 1所示), 但本发明不限于此。
根据本发明的面部防护用具, 为了减轻口罩挂绳对耳朵的拉力负 担, 设置了一种挂耳部 (如图 6a-6b所示), 该挂耳部上设置有槽 (如 V形或 U形槽),使用时将口罩挂绳固定在挂耳部的槽内,通过挂耳部与耳部的大 面积接触, 可以减少耳朵的负担。 挂耳部可以使用软性或硬性材料, 设计 为顺和人耳的外轮廓形状。 在其它实施方式中, 还可以在挂耳部中采用铁 丝作为骨架, 从而使柔软性材料制成的挂耳部在弯曲成人耳外轮廓形状 时, 可以固定形状。
挂耳部可以独自使用, 使用时将口罩挂绳挂接在挂耳部的槽中。 也可 以通过使用橡皮筋 7-1或其它绳子把挂耳部与支架连接使用 (如图 7所示)。 更进一步地, 可以采用日字扣 7-2调节橡皮筋 7-1或其它绳子的长度 (如图 7所示)。 另外, 可以适当地拉紧橡皮筋, 这样可以更有效地提高支架与面 部的密封性。
图 8a-8c示出了具有带镜结构的面部防护用具的实施方式。如图所示, 根据该实施方式, 面部防护用具的支架设计成为带镜结构, 在作为支架 1 的镜框的下边缘处与口罩 2的上边缘处采用上述各种连接方式将口罩与支 架紧密贴合。 如图 8c所示, 支架 1上可以设置有如上所述的密封垫 1-2 和拉绳槽 1-3。
根据本发明, 上述支架还可以构造成带有镜腿结构 5(如图 9a和 9b所 示), 镜腿结构 5适合悬挂在耳朵上, 以利于面部防护用具的佩戴。镜腿结 构 5上设置有与耳朵贴合的贴合部分 5-1。 为了增强与耳朵的贴合度及舒 适度, 在制造镜腿结构时, 通常可以采用柔性可弯曲材料, 如酯类或软塑 料材质, 甚至可以使用硅胶; 而且可以适当增加接触耳朵的贴合部分 5-1 的大小, 增加受力面积, 减轻耳朵的拉力负担。
在本发明中, 镜腿结构 5上还可以设置用于接合或悬挂口罩挂绳的凹 槽 5-2, 由此避免将口罩挂绳直接挂在耳朵上, 从而进一步减轻耳朵的拉 力负担。
在本发明的其它实施方式中, 贴合部分 5-1可以采用具有不同柔软度 材料制成。 如图 9b所示, 与耳朵直接接触的部分 5-11采用柔软度较大的 材料, 远离耳朵的外侧部分 5-13采用柔软度小的材料。 所述部分 5-11和 5-13之间的结合部分 5-12可采取图 9c (截面图) 所示的与所述部分 5-11 和 5-13成为一体的方式,但不排除使用粘贴等其它已公知的方法结合具有 不同柔软度的材料。
本发明的面部防护用具, 其可以具有以上两种或多种特征的组合。 虽然以上已经参照较佳实施例描述了本发明, 但本领域技术人员将会 认识到, 在不偏离本发明的精髓或范围的前提下, 可在形式和细节上进行 多种改变。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种面部防护用具, 包括口罩和连接在口罩的上边的支架, 其中, 该支架构造成适于密封口罩的上边和人脸部之间的空隙。
2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的面部防护用具, 其中, 该支架设置有用于 密封口罩的上边和人脸部之间的空隙的密封垫。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的面部防护用具, 该支架构造成具有适合与 人脸部紧密贴合的形状。
4、 根据权利要求 1 所述的面部防护用具, 该支架佩戴在人脸上时, 支架的外缘呈凸形状。
5、 根据权利要求 所述的面部防护用具, 该支架佩戴在人脸上时, 支架的外缘呈凸形状。
6、 根据权利要求 3所述的面部防护用具, 该支架设置有用于密封口 罩的上边和人脸部之间的空隙的密封垫, 且该支架佩戴在人脸上时, 支架 的外缘呈凸形状。
7、 根据权利要求 1-6 中任一项所述的面部防护用具, 其中该支架为 一半圆弧形支架, 支架上的密封垫为海棉垫或胶垫。
8、 根据权利要求 1-6 中任一项所述的面部防护用具, 其中, 该支架 设置有两个凸块, 两个凸块之间设置有对应人脸的鼻梁部分的凹槽, 每个 凸块设有一裂口, 凸块受到外力时该裂口吻合。
9、根据权利要求 1-6中任一项所述的面部防护用具, 其中, 该支架由 硬性或软性材料制成, 在软性材料支架中包入可塑性材料, 以保持支架 形状。
10、 根据权利要求 1-6中任一项所述的面部防护用具, 其中, 该支架 中包有或支架上配有适于向支架中部收束的弹性材料,以确保支架佩戴 时与人脸紧密贴合。
11、 根据权利要求 1-6中任一项所述的面部防护用具, 其中, 该支架 上设置有凹槽, 口罩的上边内嵌有适合固定在该凹槽中的拉绳。
12、 根据权利要求 1-6中任一项所述的面部防护用具, 其中, 口罩的 上边内嵌有弹性绳, 该弹性绳固定在口罩两端部分, 支架两侧设有固定 口罩的机构, 以提高口罩内嵌的弹性绳的拉力, 使口罩紧密地贴合在支 架上。
13、 根据权利要求 1-6中任一项所述的面部防护用具, 其中, 口罩的 上边与支架通过下述方式中的一种或多种可拆卸地连接在一起:
该支架上设有连接口罩的突点, 口罩的上边对应地开设有开口, 将口 罩边上的开口挂在支架的突点上连接为一体;
使用夹子将口罩上边夹在支架上进行连接;
在支架和口罩的接合部分设置磁性接合结构;
支架相对密封垫的另一面上水平向地设有双面胶带, 通过该双面胶带 将口罩的上边粘接在支架上; 或
支架下框底部开设有槽, 口罩上边缘塞入槽内将支架与口罩紧密贴 合。
14、 根据权利要求 1-6中任一项所述的面部防护用具, 还包括两个挂 耳部, 挂耳部的一面开设有固定连接口罩挂绳的 V形或 U形槽, 挂耳部 通过口罩的挂绳或橡皮筋或其它绳子连接至支架。
15、 根据权利要求 14所述的面部防护用具, 还包括用于调整所述挂 绳或橡皮筋或其它绳子的日字扣。
16、 根据权利要求 1-6中任一项所述的面部防护用具, 其中, 该支架 为带镜结构, 口罩上边缘与支架的镜框底部紧密贴合。
17、 根据权利要求 16所述的面部防护用具, 其中, 该支架具有镜腿 结构, 口罩挂绳挂接在该镜腿结构上。
18、 根据权利要求 17所述的面部防护用具, 其中, 镜腿结构上设置 有凹槽, 口罩挂绳穿过该凹槽与支架挂接在一起。
19、 根据权利要求 17或 18所述的面部防护用具, 其中, 镜腿结构与 耳朵直接接触的接合部分的柔软度小于镜腿结构的其它部分的柔软度。
