Abstract

본 발명은 태양광을 이용한 발전에 관한 것으로, 전지 난간(10)에 부착된 상부샤프트(30)에 회전가능하게 장착되는 상부 고정프레임(40); 상기 상부샤프트의 아래쪽에 평행하게 배치되는 하부샤프트(50)에 회전가능하게 장착되는 하부 고정프레임(60); 일단은 상기 상부샤프트(30)에 장착되고, 타단은 상기 하부샤프트(50)에 장착되는 메인링크(80); 일단은 상기 상부 고정프레임에 장착되고, 타단은 상기 하부 고정프레임에 장착되는 서브링크(90); 및 상기 하부샤프트에 일단이 장착되는 엑츄에이터;를 포함하여, 상기 상부 고정프레임과, 하부 고정프레임과, 메인링크와, 서브링크는 4절링크를 구성하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명은 상기 구성에 의해서, 건물이나 다리 또는 공원 등에 설치되는 난간을 이용하여 태양광 발전을 하는 모듈을 장착할 수 있게 되어서, 구조물의 다양한 위치에 태양전지 패널을 설치할 수 있으며, 또한 본 발명에 따른 태양전지 패널은 태양광을 바라보는 각도를 용이하게 조절할 수 있는 구조이어서 태양광 발전이 효과적으로 이루어지며, 또한 태양광 패널이 부착된 구조물이 외관상 수려한 이미지를 가지게 되어 고급스런 이미지를 연출할 수 있는 유리한 효과가 발생한다.
