Description

对熔电熔接驳机
技术领域
本发明涉及一种对熔及电熔接驳两用机,更具体的说是涉及一种可以进行PE管、PPR管的对熔接驳及固定电熔接口的机器。
背景技术
对熔乃是用作给水及排水之PE管、PPR管的其中一个连接方式,传统方法是先把管材、管件紧夹在热熔对焊机上,两端面对齐,并用铣刀削平两端焊接面,再利用热熔对焊机来加热管端,待管端熔化后,迅速将其贴合,保持一定的压力,经冷却达到熔接的目的。现时之热熔对焊机,只能进行对熔接驳的单一功能。如要磨平电熔管材接口,以及固定待冷却之电熔接口,必须使用另一种机器或工具。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种对熔及电熔接驳两用机,通过改动热熔对焊机的结构,实现磨平电熔管材接口,以及固定待冷却之电熔接口的功能。
本发明主要通过以下技术方案实现:
方案一:
这种对熔电熔接驳机,包括磨平板、发热板、固定环、可移动固定环、喉管模具、手动掣、横梁、企柱,其中在企柱的横梁上依次排设有固定环和可移动固定环,在固定环和可移动固定环内设有喉管模具,在企柱的一端设有发热板,该发热板的一侧对应固定环,另一侧设有磨平板,在横梁上还设有手动掣,其中所述横梁的长度适于放置电熔管材和管件,所述可移动固定环设置在所述固定环之间,所述可移动固定环随电熔管材和管件的长度在横梁上前后移动。
该方案还包括:
所述固定环和可移动固定环内分别设有若干不同直径的喉管模具,该若干不同直径的对开式喉管模具由大至小套接在一起,所述不同直径的喉管模具对应不同尺寸的管材和管件。
方案二:
这种对熔电熔接驳机,包括磨平板、发热板、固定环、可移动固定环、喉管模具、液压机、横梁、企柱,其中在企柱的横梁上依次排设有固定环和可移动固定环,在固定环和可移动固定环内设有喉管模具,在企柱的一端设有发热板,该发热板的一侧对应固定环,另一侧设有磨平板,在企柱的另一端设有液压机,其中所述横梁的长度适于放置电熔管材和管件,所述可移动固定环设置在所述固定环之间,所述可移动固定环随电熔管材和管件的长度在横梁上前后移动。
该方案还包括:
所述固定环和可移动固定环内分别设有若干不同直径的喉管模具,该若干不同直径的对开式喉管模具由大至小套接在一起,所述不同直径的喉管模具对应不同尺寸的管材和管件。
方案一之结构,包括磨平板、发热板、固定环、可移动固定环、喉管模具、手动掣、横梁、企柱,所述横梁加长至可放置电熔管材及管件,其中一块固定环由固定于横梁改为可按电熔管材及管件的长度前后移动,可移动固定环与固定环之间的距离为不少于750mm。固定环内以罗丝固定九个不同直径的喉管模具,包括:63mm, 75mm, 90mm, 110mm, 125mm, 140mm, 160mm, 180mm, 200mm,由大至小重叠,喉管模具可以拆出以配合喉管的尺寸。
方案二之结构,包括磨平板、发热板、固定环、可移动固定环、喉管模具、液压机、横梁、企柱,所述横梁加长至可放置电熔管材及管件,其中一块固定环由固定于横梁改为可按电熔管材及管件的长度前后移动, 可移动固定环与固定环之间的距离为不少于 2100mm。固定环内以罗丝固定九个不同直径的喉管模具,包括:225mm, 250mm, 315mm, 355mm, 400mm, 450mm, 500mm, 560mm, 630mm,由大至小重叠,喉管模具可以拆出以配合喉管的尺寸。
本发明的有益效果是:耐用、操作简易、生产成本低廉,并可以应用于不同尺寸及形状之管件。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步说明:
本对熔电熔接驳机有两种结构:其结构一主要由磨平板1、发热板2、固定环3、可移动固定环4、喉管模具5、手动掣6、横梁7、企柱8组成,其中在企柱的横梁上依次排设有固定环3、固定环3、可移动固定环4、固定环3;其结构二主要由磨平板1、发热板2、固定环3、可移动固定环4、喉管模具5、横梁7、企柱8、液压机9组成,其中在企柱的横梁上依次排设有固定环3、固定环3、可移动固定环4、固定环3。
实施例1,本发明应用于手动式对熔电熔接驳器的情况:
如附图1-4所示,本接驳器可利用作为电熔接合之用,先利用磨平板1把管材磨平,使两边接口对称,再转动手动掣6,把管材插入固定环3,因应不同管件规格的长度,调较可移动固定环4的位置。进行电熔接驳后,管材及管件固定于固定环3内,保持一定压力,防止喉管因受热时软化而变型、变扁,待接口完全冷却后取出。喉管模具5可以拆出以配合不同管材及管件的尺寸。
实施例2,本发明应用于液压式对熔电熔接驳器的情况:
如附图5-8所示,本接驳器可利用作为电熔接合之用,先利用磨平板1把管材磨平,使两边接口对称,再利用液压机9,把管材插入固定环3,因应不同管件规格的长度,调较可移动固定环4的位置。进行电熔接驳后,管材及管件固定于固定环3内,保持一定压力,防止喉管因受热时软化而变型、变扁,待接口完全冷却后取出。喉管模具5可以拆出以配合不同管材及管件的尺寸。

Claims (8)

1.一种对熔电熔接驳机,包括磨平板、发热板、固定环、可移动固定环、喉管模具、手动掣、横梁、企柱,其中在企柱的横梁上依次排设有固定环和可移动固定环,在固定环和可移动固定环内设有喉管模具,在企柱的一端设有发热板,该发热板的一侧对应固定环,另一侧设有磨平板,在横梁上还设有手动掣,其特征在于所述横梁的长度适于放置电熔管材和管件,所述可移动固定环设置在所述固定环之间,所述可移动固定环随电熔管材和管件的长度在横梁上前后移动。
2. 如权利要求1所述的对熔电熔接驳机,其特征在于所述固定环和可移动固定环内分别设有若干不同直径的对开式喉管模具,该若干不同直径的喉管模具由大至小套接在一起,所述不同直径的喉管模具对应不同尺寸的管材和管件。
3. 如权利要求1所述的对熔电熔接驳机,其特征在于所述可移动固定环与固定环之间的距离不少于750mm。
4. 如权利要求2所述的对熔电熔接驳机,其特征在于所述若干不同直径的喉管模具包括:63mm, 75mm, 90mm, 110mm, 125mm, 140mm, 160mm, 180mm, 200mm。
5.一种对熔电熔接驳机,包括磨平板、发热板、固定环、可移动固定环、喉管模具、液压机、横梁、企柱,其中在企柱的横梁上依次排设有固定环和可移动固定环,在固定环和可移动固定环内设有喉管模具,在企柱的一端设有发热板,该发热板的一侧对应固定环,另一侧设有磨平板,在企柱的另一端设有液压机,其特征在于所述横梁的长度适于放置电熔管材和管件,所述可移动固定环设置在所述固定环之间,所述可移动固定环随电熔管材和管件的长度在横梁上前后移动。
6. 如权利要求5所述的对熔电熔接驳机,其特征在于所述固定环和可移动固定环内分别设有若干不同直径的对开式喉管模具,该若干不同直径的喉管模具由大至小套接在一起,所述不同直径的喉管模具对应不同尺寸的管材和管件。
7. 如权利要求5所述的对熔电熔接驳机,其特征在于所述可移动固定环与固定环之间的距离不少于2100mm。
8. 如权利要求6所述的对熔电熔接驳机,其特征在于所述若干不同直径的喉管模具包括:225mm, 250mm, 315mm, 355mm, 400mm, 450mm, 500mm, 560mm, 630mm。
