Abstract
본 발명은 이동식 심용접기 및 그 용접 제어방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 이동식 저항 심용접기에서 이동유닛의 이동속도와 상부 원판전극(101) 및 하부 원판전극(101')의 회전속도를 동기화하기 위한 상부 및 하부 제어유닛 (110)(120)이 구비된다. 상기 상부 및 하부 제어유닛(110)(120)은 상기 상부 및 하부 원판전극(101)(101')과 피 용접물(m)과의 마찰력에 의한 구동력(F1)을 측정하는 제 1 측정부(111)(121)와, 상기 상부 및 하부 원판전극(101)(101')의 회전에 저항하는 힘(F2)을 측정하는 제 2 측정부(113)(123)와, 측정된 'F1'이 'F2'보다 항상 큰 조건(F1>F2)을 만족하도록 하여 원판전극(101)(101')과 피 용접물(m)사이에 슬립이 발생하지 않도록 상기 상부 및 하부 서보모터(107)(107') 구동력(F3)을 결정하는 제 1 및 제 2 모터구동력 결정부(114)(124)가 구비된다. 상기 제 1 및 제 2 모터구동력 결정부(114)(124)는 상기 상/하부 서보모터(107)(107')의 토크값에 의해 산출되는 정지마찰력과 운동마찰력을 기초로하여 상기 상/하부 원판전극(101)(101')의 회전에 저항하는 힘(F2)이 최소의 값을 가지도록 결정한다. 그와 같은 본 발명에 따르면, 원판전극의 외경 변화에도 불구하고, 이동유닛과 원판전극의 속도가 동기화가 되기 때문에, 일정한 용접 품질을 유지할 수 있어 용접 성능이 향상되는 이점이 있다.
