Abstract

본 발명의 스퀴드 센서 및 상기 스퀴드 센서의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 스퀴드 센서로서, 미세 자기장을 검출하여 전류를 발생하는 권선형 검출코일과, 도전성 연결패드에 각 단부가 접속된 입력코일이 구비된 박막 스퀴드를 포함하는 스퀴드 센서에 있어서, 상기 검출코일의 양단부와 상기 도전성 연결패드는, 초전도 연결선을 통해 전기적으로 직접 접속된 것을 특징으로 한다. 한편, 본 발명의 스퀴드 센서의 제조방법으로서, 미세 자기장을 검출하여 전류를 발생하는 권선형 검출코일과, 도전성 연결패드에 각 단부가 접속된 입력코일이 구비된 박막 스퀴드를 포함하고, 초전도 연결선의 일단을 상기 도전성 연결패드에 전기적으로 접속시키는 제1 단계; 상기 권선형 검출코일의 양 단부를 접착제에 의해 지지대 상에 고정하는 제2 단계; 및 상기 접착제에 의해 고정된 검출코일의 양단부와 상기 초전도 연결선의 타단을 전기적 접속시키는 제3 단계;를 포함하는 하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
