Abstract

Eine Grossküchenvorrichtung zur Anordnung vor bzw. an einer Wand umfasst mindestens einen durch Gerätewände (10) begrenzten Innenraum (11), einen Funktionsbereich (14) und mindestens eine im Innenraum (11) angeordnete Versorgungsleitungen (3) zur Verbindung mit einem externen mit der Wand (2) in Verbindung stehenden Versorgungsanschluss (20). Die Grossküchenvorrichtung (1) weist weiterhin eine Rückwand (12) mit einer mindestens abschnittsweise flexiblen Struktur auf, wobei die mindestens eine Versorgungsleitung (3) durch einen in der flexiblen Struktur angeordneten Durchbruch (13) hindurchgeführt ist.
