本发明先设置唤醒号码, 然后在移动通信终端处于休眠状态时对来电 号码与设置的唤醒号码做匹配, 若来电号码与设置的唤醒号码不一致, 则 屏蔽来电、 继续休眠状态; 若来电号码与设置的唤醒号码一致, 则接入来 电、 中止休眠状态。 本发明可以使用户在休眠状态下只接入设置的唤醒号 码, 既节约了用电、 避免了骚扰, 又不会错过重要来电, 给用户提供了更 加人性化的服务。 附图说明

下面对照附图并结合具体实施方式对本发明进行进一步详细说明。 本发明的移动通信终端, 是指具有通话功能的移动终端, 下面以手机 为例进行说明。
实施例一:
如图 1所示, 本发明实施例中接听来电的方法包括以下步驟: 步驟 101、 设置唤醒号码、 选择不同的来电屏蔽方式, 例如: 不提醒有 来电接入, 但记录来电号码, 或不提醒有来电接入, 且不记录来电号码。
用户设置的唤醒号码可以是一个, 也可以是多个。
用户可以根据自己的需求选择不同的屏蔽方式, 记录来电号码的方式 可以使用户了解被屏蔽的来电情况, 不记录来电号码的方式可以更加省电, 不同的屏蔽方式给用户提供了更人性化的服务。 例如在手机电量极低又不 方便充电的情况下, 用户可以选择不提醒有来电接入, 且不记录来电号码 的方式, 这样可以尽可能的节省电量, 延长手机的工作时间, 使用户不会 错过重要来电。
步驟 102、通过设置手机上的预定按键或预定菜单选项,使手机进入休 眠状态。 还可以通过设置手机上的其他预定按键或预定菜单选项, 预设休 眠时间, 使手机根据预设的休眠时间自动进入或退出休眠状态。
手机处于休眠状态是指手机的其他部件低电压供电, 仅保留唤醒功能 正常, 可以节约手机电量。
直接使用预定按键或预定菜单选项可使手机立即进入休眠状态; 使用 预定按键或预定菜单选项预设休眠时间, 可以使手机按照预设时间进入、 退出休眠时间, 例如每天晚上休眠, 早上退出休眠, 预设休眠时间一旦设 定, 长时间有效, 可以避免用户每天都设置休眠时间。 不同的进入休眠的 方式, 给用户带来方便和快捷。
步驟 103、 手机处于休眠状态, 启动识别模块; 若识别模块检测到有来 电信号, 则将来电号码与设置的唤醒号码进行匹配。
步驟 104、 当来电号码与设置的唤醒号码不一致时, 即匹配失败时, 识 别模块发送匹配失败信号至电源管理器, 电源管理器中的接入管理器屏蔽 来电, 电源管理器中的电压控制器保持给手机其他部件低电压供电, 该手 机保持休眠状态; 执行步驟 106。
步驟 105、 当来电号码与设置的唤醒号码一致时, 即匹配成功时, 识别 模块发送匹配成功信号至电源管理器, 电源管理器中的接入管理器接入来 电, 电源管理器中的电压控制器给手机其他部件提供高电压, 该手机退出 休眠状态。
步驟 106、 通话结束, 手机进入休眠状态; 当手机不需要保持休眠状态 时, 可以使用预定按键或预定菜单选项使手机立即退出休眠状态, 也可以 使手机按照预设休眠时间自动退出休眠状态。
进入休眠的预定按键或预定菜单选项和退出休眠预定按键或预定菜单 选项可以由用户自行设置, 可以是不同的键, 也可以是相同的键, 而以长 按或短按方式加以区分功能, 设置使用灵活、 方便。
手机在休眠状态下能被设置的特定号码唤醒, 即可节约手机电量, 又 可以屏蔽其他来电, 避免了骚扰, 同时手机用户也不会错过重要来电, 给 用户提供了更加便利、 人性化的服务。
实施例二:
在实施例一中, 步驟 104 中还有另一种实施方式, 来电接入和电压控 制在两个功能模块中完成, 识别模块发送两种信号, 此时, 当来电号码与 设置的唤醒号码不一致时, 识别模块发送屏蔽信号至接入管理器, 发送休 眠保持信号至电压控制器, 接入管理器屏蔽来电, 电压控制器保持给手机 其他部件低电压供电, 该手机保持休眠状态; 当来电号码与设置的唤醒号 码一致时, 识别模块发送接入信号至接入管理器, 发送休眠退出信号至电 压控制器, 接入管理器接入来电, 电压控制器给手机其他部件提供高电压, 该手机退出休眠状态。
实施例三:
如图 2所示, 本发明实施例中手机的休眠唤醒设置过程包括以下步驟:
1、 设置唤醒号码, 如图 2 ( a ) 所示, 设置 15929556666为唤醒号码, 用户可以根据需求设置一个或多个号码为唤醒号码。
2、 如图 2 ( b )所示, 使用预定按键进入休眠状态; 也可以预设休眠时 间, 使手机按照设定的时间自动进入休眠状态, 如图 2 ( c )所示, 预设 23: 30启动休眠状态, 6: 30退出休眠状态。 手机在休眠状态下, 如果有电话 打入, 则将打入的电话与步驟 1 所设置的唤醒号码相匹配, 如果来电号码 与预设的唤醒号码不一致, 则直接屏蔽电话, 手机不提示用户; 如果来电 号码与预设的唤醒号码一致, 则接入电话, 手机响铃或震动, 提醒用户有 电话接入。
3、 如图 2 ( d )所示, 用户可以根据自己的喜好设置预定按键, 作为休 眠退出按键, 例如设置开机键加左软键为休眠退出预定按键, 使用该预定 按键可使手机立即退出休眠状态。 用户也可以根据自己的喜好设置预定菜 单选项作为休眠退出菜单。
预定按键和预定菜单选项的设置给用户提供了更加便利、 更加人性化 的操作方式。
实施例四:
如图 3 所示, 为本发明实施例中移动通信终端的一种结构示意图, 包 括设置模块、 识别模块、 电源管理模块, 其中, 设置模块用于设置唤醒号 码; 识别模块用于检测来电, 并将来电号码与设置的唤醒号码进行匹配; 电源管理模块用于根据识别模块的匹配结果进行操作。
电源管理模块包括接入模块和电压控制模块, 接入模块用于屏蔽或接 入来电, 电压控制模块用于为手机提供高电压或低电压。
设置模块还用于预设休眠时间, 手机根据预设的休眠时间自动进入或 退出休眠状态。
识别模块用于检测来电, 并将来电号码与设置的唤醒号码进行匹配具 体包括: 当来电号码与设置的唤醒号码不一致时, 识别模块发送匹配失败 信号至电源管理模块, 电源管理模块中的接入模块屏蔽来电, 电源管理模 块中的电压控制模块给手机的其他部件提供低电压, 该手机保持休眠状态; 当来电号码与设置的唤醒号码一致时, 识别模块发送匹配成功信号至电源 管理模块, 电源管理模块中的接入模块接入来电, 电源管理模块中的电压 控制模块给手机的其他部件提供高电压, 该手机退出休眠状态。
实施例五: 如图 4所示, 为本发明实施例中移动通信终端的另一种结构示意图, 包括设置模块、 识别模块、 电压控制模块、 接入模块, 其中, 设置模块用 于设置唤醒号码; 识别模块用于检测来电, 并将来电号码与设置的唤醒号 码进行匹配; 电压控制模块用于根据识别模块发送来的信号为手机提供低 电压或者高电压; 接入模块用于根据识别模块发送来的信号屏蔽或接入来 电。
设置模块还用于预设休眠时间, 移动通信终端根据预设的休眠时间自 动进入或退出休眠状态。
识别模块用于检测来电, 并将来电号码与设置的唤醒号码进行匹配具 体包括: 当来电号码与设置的唤醒号码不一致时, 识别模块发送屏蔽信号 至接入模块, 同时发送休眠保持信号至电压控制模块, 接入模块屏蔽来电, 电压控制模块保持给手机的其他部件低电压供电, 该手机保持休眠状态; 当来电号码与设置的唤醒号码一致时, 识别模块发送接入信号至接入模块, 同时发送休眠退出信号至电压控制模块, 接入模块接入来电, 电压管理模 块给手机的其他部件提供高电压, 该手机退出休眠状态。
本发明先设置唤醒号码, 然后在移动通信终端处于休眠状态时对来电 号码与设置的唤醒号码做匹配, 若来电号码与设置的预定唤醒号码不一致, 则屏蔽来电、 继续休眠状态; 若来电号码与设置的预定唤醒号码一致, 则 接入来电、 中止休眠状态, 本发明可以使用户在休眠状态下只接入设置的 唤醒号码, 既节约了用电、 避免了骚扰, 又不会错过重要来电, 给用户提 供了更加人性化的服务。 明, 但这只是为便于理解而举的实例, 不应认为本发明的具体实施只局限 于这些说明。 对于本发明所属技术领域的普通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本 发明构思的前提下, 可以做出各种可能的等同改变或替换, 这些改变或替 换都应属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种接听来电的方法, 用于处于休眠状态的移动通信终端, 其特征 在于, 该移动通信终端包括用于检测来电并将来电号码与设置的唤醒号码 进行匹配的识别模块; 该方法包括:
A、在移动通信终端上设置唤醒号码, 在所述移动通信终端处于休眠状 态时启动所述识别模块;
B、 当所述识别模块检测到有来电时, 将来电号码与所述唤醒号码进行 匹配; 根据所述识别模块的匹配结果, 对应的执行保持所述休眠状态或退 出所述休眠状态的操作。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述步驟 B中, 根据所 述匹配结果对应的执行保持所述休眠状态或退出所述休眠状态的操作包 括: 如果所述来电号码与所述唤醒号码不一致, 则需要屏蔽来电, 保持所 述休眠状态; 如果所述来电号码与所述唤醒号码一致, 则需要接入来电, 退出所述休眠状态。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述步驟 B中, 所述保 持休眠状态时, 除了需要屏蔽来电之外还包括: 需要给移动通信终端其他 部件低电压供电, 使所述移动通信终端保持休眠状态;
所述步驟 B中, 所述退出休眠状态时, 除了需要接入来电之外还包括: 需要给移动通信终端其他部件提供高电压, 使所述移动通信终端退出休眠 状态。
4、根据权利要求 2或 3所述的方法,其特征在于, 所述屏蔽来电包括: 不提醒用户有来电, 但记录来电信息; 或者, 不提醒用户有来电, 且不记 录来电信息, 用户可根据需求选择不同的屏蔽方式。
5、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述步驟 A中, 所述移 动通信终端处于休眠状态为: 通过设置移动通讯终端上的预定按键或预定 菜单选项, 使所述移动通信终端进入休眠状态。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法还包括: 通过设 置移动通讯终端上的预定按键或预定菜单选项, 预设移动通讯终端的休眠 时间, 所述移动通信终端根据所述预设的休眠时间自动进入或退出所述休 眠状态。
7、 一种移动通信终端, 其特征在于, 包括设置模块、 识别模块和电源 管理模块; 其中,
所述设置模块, 用于设置唤醒号码;
所述识别模块, 用于在所述移动通信终端处于休眠状态时被启动, 检 测来电, 并在检测到来电时将来电号码与设置的唤醒号码进行匹配;
所述电源管理模块, 用于根据识别模块的匹配结果, 对应的执行保持 所述休眠状态或退出所述休眠状态的操作。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的移动通信终端, 其特征在于, 所述电源管理 模块, 进一步包括接入模块和电压控制模块; 其中,
所述接入模块, 用于屏蔽来电, 保持所述休眠状态; 或者, 接入来电, 退出所述休眠状态;
所述电压控制模块, 用于为所述移动终端提供低电压, 保持所述休眠 状态; 或者, 为所述移动终端提供高电压, 退出所述休眠状态。
9、根据权利要求 7所述的移动通信终端,其特征在于, 所述设置模块, 进一步用于预设休眠时间, 所述移动通信终端根据所述预设的休眠时间自 动的进入或退出所述休眠状态。
10、 根据权利要求 7至 9任一项所述的移动通信终端, 其特征在于, 所述识别模块, 进一步用于将来电号码与设置的唤醒号码进行匹配的情况 下, 当来电号码与设置的唤醒号码不一致时, 所述识别模块发送匹配失败 信号至所述电源管理模块, 所述电源管理模块中的接入模块屏蔽来电, 所 述电源管理模块中的电压控制模块给所述移动通信终端的其他部件提供低 电压, 所述移动通信终端保持休眠状态; 当来电号码与设置的唤醒号码一 致时, 所述识别模块发送匹配成功信号至所述电源管理模块, 所述电源管 理模块中的接入模块接入来电, 所述电源管理模块中的电压控制模块给所 述移动通信终端的其他部件提供高电压, 所述移动通信终端退出休眠状态。
11、 一种移动通信终端, 其特征在于, 包括设置模块、 识别模块、 电 压控制模块和接入模块; 其中,
所述设置模块, 用于设置唤醒号码;
所述识别模块, 用于在所述移动通信终端处于休眠状态时被启动, 检 测来电, 并在检测到来电时将来电号码与设置的唤醒号码进行匹配;
所述电压控制模块, 用于根据识别模块发来的信号为所述移动终端提 供低电压或者高电压; 其中, 低电压时保持所述休眠状态; 高电压时退出 所述休眠状态;
所述接入模块, 用于根据识别模块发来的信号屏蔽来电或接入来电; 其中, 屏蔽来电时保持所述休眠状态; 接入来电时退出所述休眠状态。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的移动通信终端, 其特征在于, 所述设置模 块, 进一步用于预设休眠时间, 所述移动通信终端根据所述预设的休眠时 间自动的进入或退出所述休眠状态。
13、 根据权利要求 11或 12所述的移动通信终端, 其特征在于, 所述 识别模块, 进一步用于将来电号码与设置的唤醒号码进行匹配的情况下, 当来电号码与设置的唤醒号码不一致时, 所述识别模块发送屏蔽信号至所 述接入模块, 同时发送休眠保持信号至所述电压控制模块, 所述接入模块 屏蔽来电, 所述电压控制模块保持给所述移动通信终端其他部件低电压供 电, 所述移动通信终端保持休眠状态; 当来电号码与设置的唤醒号码一致 时, 所述识别模块发送接入信号至所述接入模块, 同时发送休眠退出信号 至所述电压控制模块, 所述接入模块接入来电, 所述电压管理模块给所述 移动通信终端其他部件提供高电压, 所述移动通信终端退出休眠状态。
