Abstract

1. L'invention concerne un séparateur (1) pour séparer des particules à partir d'un écoulement, comprenant une entrée (2) fournissant un écoulement et une première sortie (3) pour la décharge dudit écoulement (5), ladite entrée (2) étant disposée à une position inférieure à ladite première entrée (3), ledit écoulement (5) qui est éjecté de ladite entrée (2) étant apte à entraîner au moins une partie dudit écoulement (5) dans une direction vers le haut à travers ledit séparateur (1) avec une vitesse d'écoulement dirigée vers le haut, et ledit écoulement (5) comprenant un liquide et lesdites particules (6) et ledit liquide et lesdites particules (6) étant adaptés pour entrer conjointement dans ledit séparateur (1) à partir de ladite entrée (2), et ladite séparation d'au moins une fraction desdites particules (6) à partir dudit liquide se produisant alors qu'une vitesse de descente verticale pour ladite fraction de particules (6) dépasse ladite vitesse d'écoulement dirigée vers le haut. L'invention porte en outre sur l'utilisation dudit séparateur et sur un procédé pour séparer des particules à partir d'un écoulement.
