Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de moulage par injection de pièces moulées en matières plastiques, ainsi qu'un procédé permettant de faire fonctionner un tel dispositif, en particulier pour le moulage de petites pièces et de micropièces moulées sur une machine de moulage par injection. L'invention a pour objet de mettre au point une solution technique permettant une commande de la température « variotherm », au moyen d'une structure d'outil simple, peu coûteuse en termes de fabrication et de consommation d'énergie et qui présente des temps de cycle courts. A cet effet, au moins un outil (9) peut être déplacé, à l'état fermé, au moyen d'un module de support (10), entre les stations conçues respectivement pour le chauffage (1) de l'outil, pour l'injection (2) de la masse fondue, pour le refroidissement (3) de l'outil et pour le démoulage (4) de la pièce moulée, et peut être positionné au moyen de ce module de support (10) respectivement sur les stations (1; 2; 3; 4), au moins une des stations conçues pour le chauffage (1), pour l'injection (2), pour le refroidissement (3) et pour le démoulage (4), se présentant sous la forme d'une station séparée. Les étapes de procédé, à savoir le chauffage, l'injection, le refroidissement et la déformation, sont réalisées simultanément à l'aide de plusieurs outils.
