Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Messung der Temperatur und / oder der Lagerkräfte in einem Walzenlager 1 einer Stranggießanlage, einem Walzwerk oder einer sonstigen Bandprozesslinie. Darüberhinaus wird ein entsprechendes Walzenlager 1 und eine entsprechende Lagerschale 3 sowie ein Herstellungsverfahren für letztere bereitgestellt. Erfindungsgemäß wird mindestens ein Lichtwellenleiter 5 zur Messung der Temperatur und / oder der Lagerkräfte, die indirekt durch die gemessenen Dehnungen bestimmt werden, in der Lagerschale 3 des Walzenlagers 1 vorgesehen. Durch dieses Merkmal können die Temperaturen und / oder die Lagerkräfte, die indirekt durch die gemessenen Dehnungen bestimmt werden, hoch-ortsaufgelöst direkt im Material des Walzenlagers 1 bzw. der Lagerschale 3 ermittelt werden.
