Abstract

본 발명은 물구나무서기 운동기구에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는, 발목 부분을 편리하고 안전하게 고정하면서도 필요에 따라 자유롭게 움직일 수 있도록 함으로써 사용상에 편의성과 안전성이 향상되고, 물구나무서기 운동 효과의 향상을 물론 다양한 운동을 할 수 있는 물구나무서기 운동기구에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 물구나무서기 운동기구는, 물구나무서기 운동기구에 있어서, 지지프레임; 상기 지지프레임에 회동 가능하게 설치되는 등판; 상기 등판의 일측 단부에 설치되는 발고정수단을 구비하되, 상기 발고정수단은, 사용자의 발 부분이 삽입되어 고정되는 한 쌍의 발고정부; 및 상기 등판측에 일측이 접속되어 상기 발고정부를 회동 가능하게 지지하는 회동지지부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의해, 발목 부분을 통증 없이 견고하게 고정할 수 있으므로, 이탈에 따른 안전사고를 근본적으로 차단하여 안전하게 운동을 수행할 수 있고, 물구나무서기 운동을 효과적으로 수행할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 특히, 물구나무서기 운동 외에도 사용자가 매달린 상태에서 발을 기준으로 신체를 전후로 요동시키는 운동이 가능하므로 관절, 허리, 목 등의 교정작용과 통증 완화효과를 기대할 수 있다. 그리고, 발고정수단과, 헤드 레스트을 전후방향으로 움직여 길이를 조절할 수 있으므로 다양한 체격을 갖는 사용자들이 호환성 있게 사용할 수 있고, 물구나무서기 운동 중에 독서 등을 할 수 있으므로 사용자의 편의성을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
