Description

液体燃料燃烧装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种燃料燃烧装置, 特别是一种可以使用液体燃料的液体燃料 燃烧装置。
背景技术
目前, 众所周知的民用燃气、 石油液化气、 天然气、 煤气已经不能满足大 众所需, 同时燃烧上述燃料会产生大量的 co2气体,导致了温室效应, 同时上述 燃气爆炸的杀伤力是很大的,很多家庭火灾几乎都是由于液化气的使用不当引 发的。 即使上述燃气不爆炸,但发生泄漏的话,没有引燃,人吸了一点也会引发头 痛, 恶心, 甚至生命危险, 同时由于现有能源紧张, 上述燃气的价格已经达到 一个较高水平, 从而增加了民众的经济负担。
由于上述多方面原因, 国家提倡开发节能环保新能源, 采用液体燃料, 特 别是以甲醇为主体的液体燃料作为燃料, 但是由于相应的设备没有跟进, 导致 目前液体燃料无法进入广大民众家庭。 现有的柴油、 煤油燃烧技术仅限于酒家、 饭店、 食堂和大小排档, 无法进入民众家庭, 且运用于酒家、 饭店的燃烧设备 能使用的液体燃料种类少, 限制大。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术存在的缺陷, 本发明提供了一种可以安全、 高效的可以 燃烧液体燃料的液体燃料燃烧装置。
本发明的技术方案是这样的: 它包括燃料储存装置和燃料燃烧装置, 燃料 储存装置与燃料燃烧装置之间通过带有调压器的连接管连接, 所述的燃料储存 装置包括燃料储罐、 燃料输出管及储罐开关, 所述的燃料燃烧装置包括减压阀、 灶头及喷嘴; 燃料输出管设置在燃料储罐内, 燃料输出管的一端伸至燃料储罐 罐底, 另一端延伸出燃料储罐, 储罐开关设置于燃料输出管延伸出燃料储罐的 部分; 减压阀与喷嘴连接, 灶头设于喷嘴的出口处。 本发明的有益效果是: 1、 成本低廉, 通过本装置可以将现有的液化气替换 为其他的液体燃料, 如甲醇, 根据现在的价格比较, 在保证燃烧热的同时, 节 约价格约节省三分之二, 减轻消费者负担; 2、 污染小, 相对液化气而言, 产生 的废气少。 3、 相对液化气等现有燃料, 本发明可使用更多种类的燃料, 适用性 更广。 4、 可以广泛适用于家庭、 酒店、 饭店等民用行业。

具体实施方式
如图 1 所示: 本发明涉及一种液体燃料燃烧装置, 它包括燃料储存装置 1 和燃料燃烧装置 2, 燃料储存装置与燃料燃烧装置之间通过带有调压器 3-1的连 接管 3连接, 从而使燃料储存装置内的液体燃料 1-11进入燃料燃烧装置; 其中 调压器对进入燃料燃烧装置的液体燃料进行降压。
所述的燃料储存装置包括燃料储罐 1-1、 燃料输出管 1-2及储罐开关 1-3, 所述的燃料燃烧装置包括减压阀 2-1、 灶头 2-2及喷嘴 2-3; 燃料输出管设置在 燃料储罐内, 燃料输出管的一端伸至燃料储罐罐底, 可以使燃料充分使用, 另 一端延伸出燃料储罐, 储罐开关设置于燃料输出管延伸出燃料储罐的部分; 减 压阀与喷嘴连接, 灶头设于喷嘴的出口处; 燃料储存装置和燃料燃烧装置之间 通过连接管连接。 其中连接管上带有调压器的一端与储罐开关连接, 连接管的 另一端与减压阀连接。 燃料储罐内装有液体燃料 1-11, 所述的燃料储罐内、 液 体燃料液面的上方装有压力气体 1-12。 通过上述设置, 当打开储罐开关的时候, 液体燃料在压力气体的作用下, 从燃料输出管的底部经调压器、 燃油管、 减压 阀通至喷嘴, 并通过喷嘴雾化后, 进入灶头。 其中减压阀可以调节进入喷嘴的 液体燃料的量, 根据需要调节液体燃料的量, 控制火焰的大小, 当然也可以将 减压阀固定, 使其火焰大小固定。 为了方便燃料燃烧装置的使用, 避免手工点火, 可在燃料燃烧装置上还设 置点火开关总成 2-4和点火器 2-5, 点火开关总成位于减压阀与喷嘴之间, 减压 阀、 点火开关总成、 喷嘴依次排列连接, 点火器位于喷嘴出口处及灶头的下方, 点火开关总成与点火器之间通过导线连接, 当确认打开罐体开关后, 只需打开 点火开关总成, 点火器上就会产生火星, 将雾化的液体燃料点燃。
为了加强发明的使用安全,还可在燃料燃烧装置上安装熄火探头 2-6以及熄 火保护总成 2-7, 所述的熄火探头设置在灶头上, 熄火保护总成设于连接管与点 火开关总成之间, 熄火保护总成与熄火探头之间通过导线连接, 通过熄火探头 感应灶头上的环境, 在检测到雾化的液体燃料未燃烧的情况下, 关闭连接管。
本发明中可以采用的液体燃料包括为柴油、 煤油、 醇类燃料等。 其中根据 现在性价比而定, 当液体燃料为甲醇时, 性价比最高, 更适合液体燃烧装置在 民用的推广, 根据现燃料价格, 由于相同重量的液化气与甲醇所放出的热量相 同, 以一吨计, 液化气的价格为 4500元 /吨, 而甲醇仅为 1800元 /吨, 低廉的价 格很适合家庭使用。

Claims

1、 一种液体燃料燃烧装置, 其特征在于: 它包括燃料储存装置 (1 ) 和燃 料燃烧装置 (2), 燃料储存装置与燃料燃烧装置之间通过带有调压器 (3-1 ) 的 连接管(3 )连接, 所述的燃料储存装置包括燃料储罐(1-1 )、燃料输出管(1-2) 及储罐开关 (1-3 ), 所述的燃料燃烧装置包括减压阀 (2-1 )、 灶头 (2-2) 及喷 嘴(2-3 );燃料输出管设置在权燃料储罐内,燃料输出管的一端伸至燃料储罐罐底, 另一端延伸出燃料储罐, 储罐开关设置于燃料输出管延伸出燃料储罐的部分; 减压阀与喷嘴连接, 灶头设于喷嘴的出口处。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的液体燃料燃烧装置, 其特征在于: 所述的连接管 上带有调压器的一端与储罐开关连接, 连接管的另一端与减压阀连接。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的液体燃料燃烧装置书, 其特征在于: 所述的燃料燃 烧装置上还设有点火开关总成 (2-4) 和点火器 (2-5 ), 点火开关总成位于减压 阀与喷嘴之间, 减压阀、 点火开关总成、 喷嘴依次排列连接, 点火器位于喷嘴 出口处及灶头的下方, 点火开关总成与点火器之间相连接。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的液体燃料燃烧装置, 其特征在于: 所述的燃料燃 烧装置上还有熄火探头 (2-6) 以及熄火保护总成 (2-7 ), 所述的熄火探头设置 在灶头上, 熄火保护总成设于连接管与点火开关总成之间, 熄火保护总成与熄 火探头之间相连接。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的液体燃料燃烧装置, 其特征在于: 所述的燃料储 罐内装有液体燃料 (1-11 ), 所述的燃料储罐内、 液体燃料液面的上方装有压力 气体 (1-12)。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的液体燃料燃烧装置, 其特征在于: 所述的液体燃 料为柴油、 煤油、 醇类燃料等。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的液体燃料燃烧装置, 其特征在于: 所述的液体燃 料为甲醇。
