Description

농업용 제초기의 안전커버
본 발명은 농업용 제초기의 안전커버에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 커버본체가 제초작업시 항상 지면으로부터 들뜬 상태에서 이루어지도록 플로우팅부재를 구비함으로써, 제초 작업을 안전하고 용이하게 할 수 있는 농업용 제초기의 안전커버에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 농업용 제초기는, 도 1에서와 같이, 동력발생장치(P)와, 와이어 등을 이용하여 동력발생장치(P)로부터 발생된 동력을 전달해 주는 샤프트(S)와, 샤프트(S)의 단부에 장착되는 날부(C)를 포함하여 구성된다. 특히, 샤프트(S)의 단부에는 날부(C)를 감싸 제초 작업을 안전하게 할 수 있도록 안전커버(1000)가 구비된다.

본 발명의 제1목적은 자체 탄력을 갖는 재질을 이용하여 커버본체가 제초작업시 항상 들뜬 상태를 유지하도록 플로우팅부재를 구비함으로써, 커버본체가 흙 속으로 박히지 않도록 유도하게 되어 작업효율을 향상시킬 수 있도록 한 농업용 제초기의 안전커버를 제공한다.
그리고, 본 발명의 제2목적은 커버본체의 양측면에 비산구멍을 형성함으로써, 커버본체 내부에 분쇄물이 적층되는 것을 막아 작업이 용이하게 이루어지고 날부의 파손 등을 억제할 뿐만 아니라, 커버본체의 양측에 있는 농작물의 뿌리 부분에 분쇄물을 비산시켜 주는 효과를 얻을 수 있는 농업용 제초기의 안전커버를 제공한다.

이에, 본 발명에서는 커버본체(100)에 비산구멍(140)을 통해 분쇄물을 양측으로 비산시킴으로써, 작업효율의 향상, 커터(C)의 보호 그리고 주변 농작물을 덮어주는 효과를 얻게 되는 것이다. 이러한 비산구멍(140)은 분쇄물의 크기 등을 고려하여 각 측면에 각각 1~3개를 형성할 수 있다.
마지막으로, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에서, 커버본체(100)에는 장착구(110)를 마감하기 위한 덮개부(150)가 구비된다. 덮개부(150)는 장착구(110) 전체를 덮을 수 있는 크기로 제작하며, 일측에는 샤프트(S)의 외주면을 감쌀 수 있도록 지지부(151)가 형성된다. 그리고, 이 지지부(151)의 양측에는 상술한 제1체결구멍(133)과 겹치도록 체결구멍(152)이 형성된다. 게다가 덮개부(150)의 외주면에는 커버본체(100)에 직접 장착될 수 있도록 장착구멍(152a)이 더 형성된다.
이와 같이 이루어진 덮개부(150)는 플로우팅부재(130)와 함께 커버본체(100)에 일체로 장착된다. 즉, 덮개부(150)는 샤프트(S)를 감싸면서 플로우팅부재(130)의 플랜지부(132)와 겹쳐지게 하여, 제1체결구멍(133)과 체결구멍(152)을 볼트(111a)에 끼워 너트(111b)로 체결한다. 그리고, 장착구멍(152a)을 통해 볼트와 같은 체결수단(153)으로 커버본체(100)에 체결고정된다. 그리고, 플로우팅부재(130)는 제2체결구멍(134)을 통해 볼트와 같은 체결수단(134a)으로 체결고정된다.
이러한 덮개부(150)는 상술한 비산구멍(140)과 달리 분새물이 장착구(110)를 통해 비산될 경우 작업자에게 유해할 수 있기 때문에 이를 방지해 준다.
따라서, 본 발명에 따르는 농업용 제초기의 안전커버(100)는 지면(G)에 대하여 항상 들뜬 상태에서 제초작업이 이루어지기 때문에 안전커버(100)가 지면에 박히는 것을 방지하여 작업효율을 향상시킬 수 있게 된다. 그리고, 분쇄물이 외부로 비산되기 때문에 커터(C)를 보호할 수 있게 된다. 게다가 분쇄물이 안전커버(100)의 위로 비산되는 것을 막아 줌으로써, 작업자의 안전에도 큰 기여를 하게 된다.
본 발명은 도면에 도시된 일 실시예를 참고로 설명되었으나 이는 예시적인 것에 불과하며, 본 기술 분야의 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 이로부터 다양한 변형 및 균등한 타 실시예가 가능하다는 점을 이해할 것이다. 따라서 본 발명의 진정한 기술적 보호 범위는 첨부된 특허청구범위의 기술적 사상에 의해 정해져야 할 것이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 하면과 측부 일측이 개방되고, 상부에는 커터장착부(S1)를 삽입하여 샤프트(S)를 고정시킬 수 있도록 형성된 장착구(110); 및
    개방된 상기 측부로부터 연장되어 잡초를 쓰러뜨리기 위한 누름수단(120);을 구비한 커버본체(100)를 포함하여 이루어고,
    상기 커버본체(100)에는 상기 누름수단(120)과 대향되는 위치에, 제초작업시 상기 커버본체(100)가 들뜨게 하는 플로우팅부재(130)가 더 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 농업용 제초기의 안전커버.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 플로우팅부재(130)는 단부가 윗쪽으로 휘어진 판상부재로 이루어지고, 하부가 상기 커버본체(100)의 저면과 동일선상에 위치하거나 낮게 위치하도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 농업용 제초기의 안전커버.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서,
    상기 플로우팅부재(130)는 자체 탄성을 갖는 판스프링 또는 플라스틱 재질인 것을 특징으로 하는 농업용 제초기의 안전커버.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서,
    상기 플로우팅부재(130)는 일측에 길이방향을 따라 절개부(131)가 더 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 농업용 제초기의 안전커버.
  5. 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
    상기 안전커버의 커버본체(100)에는 양측면에 각각 제거된 잡초 및 흙을 비산시킬 수 있도록 비산구멍(140)이 더 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 농업용 제초기의 안전커버.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서,
    상기 각 측면에 형성된 상기 비산구멍(140)은 1~3개가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 농업용 제초기의 안전커버.
  7. 제 5 항에 있어서,
    상기 커버본체(100)는 상기 장착구(110)를 마감할 수 있도록 덮개부(150)가 더 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 농업용 제초기의 안전커버.
