Abstract

Das Verfahren zum Herstellen, Verarbeiten, Sintern, Pressen oder Extrudieren von thermoelektrischen Materialien unter Wärmebehandlung unter Inertgas oder bei vermindertem Druck bei Temperaturen im Bereich von 100 bis 900 °C ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Herstellen, Verarbeiten, Sintern, Pressen oder Extrudieren in Gegenwart von Sauerstofffängern erfolgt, die bei den Herstell-, Verarbeitungs-, Sinter-, Press- oder Extrusionsbedingungen in Gegenwart von freiem Sauerstoff thermodynamisch stabile Oxide ausbilden und damit freien Sauerstoff vom thermoelektrischen Material fernhalten.
