Description

Wire harness wiring device
The present invention relates to a wire harness routing device for routing a wire harness across a vehicle body such as a floor of an automobile and a slide body such as a seat slidably provided on the vehicle body.
。 An automobile may be provided with a seat as a slide body that is slidable with respect to a floor of a passenger compartment as a vehicle body. In addition, an electronic device such as a seating sensor for detecting whether or not an occupant is seated is attached to the seat. For this reason, in order to connect the electronic device attached to the said sheet | seat and the electronic device fixed to the said floor to the motor vehicle which has the slidable sheet | seat mentioned above, a wire is passed over the said floor and the said sheet | seat. Various wire harness routing devices for routing a harness have been used (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
For example, the wire harness routing device described in Patent Document 1 includes a wire harness rail arranged in parallel with a support rail that slidably attaches a support that supports the foot portion of the seat, and slides on the wire harness rail. And a protector that is freely attached and slides in conjunction with the seat. The support rail and the wire harness rail are disposed below the mat. Moreover, the said wire harness rail has a protector moving part which attaches the said protector which attached the wire harness so that sliding is possible, and the surplus length accommodating part which accommodates the surplus length part of the said wire harness. The protector protrudes toward the passenger compartment through a slit provided in the mat, and guides one end of the wire harness to the seat disposed on the passenger compartment side.
In such a conventional wire harness routing device, the number of parts is large, a large installation space is required, and the support is placed on the passenger compartment side on the mat of the automobile to which the wire harness routing device is attached. In addition to the cuts for projecting, it is necessary to provide cuts for projecting the protector toward the passenger compartment, and there is a problem in that many cuts must be provided on the mat.
Further, as shown in FIG. 13, a wire harness routing device 100 described in Patent Document 2 includes a support body 103 that supports a foot portion 102 of a seat 101, and a support rail 104 that slidably mounts the support body 103. And a winding device 106 accommodated in a housing 107 in a state where the extra length of the wire harness 105 is wound in a spiral shape.
One end portion 105 a of the wire harness 105 drawn out from the outlet 107 a of the housing 107 of the winding device 106 is drawn into the support rail 104 through an opening located at one end portion of the support rail 104 and the support rail 104. It passes through the inside of a guide pipe (not shown) mounted in the internal space of the support body 103, passes through a hole provided in the support body 103, and is pulled out of the support body 103. Connected to the unit 102. In FIG. 13, the mat is omitted, but the mat is provided with a cut for projecting the support body 103 slidably attached to the support rail 104 toward the passenger compartment.
As shown in FIG. 14, the winding device 106 includes a housing 107, a reel 132, and a spiral spring 133. The reel 132 is pivotally supported at the central portion of the housing 107, and the other end portion 105 b of the wire harness 105 is led out from the central portion to prevent the reel 132 from coming off. Accordingly, the wire harness 105 is wound around the outer peripheral surface when the reel 132 rotates to one side, and is fed out from the outer peripheral surface when the reel 132 rotates to the other side. One end of the spiral spring 133 is locked to the housing 107 and the other end is locked to the reel 132. The spiral spring 133 is for generating a biasing force that rotates the reel 132 to one side. Therefore, the wire harness 105 is wound up by the urging force of the spiral spring 133 and is always kept in a tensioned state by being drawn out against the urging force.
In such a wire harness routing device 100, the wire harness 105 described in Patent Document 1 is omitted by pulling the wire harness 105 into the support rail 104, so that the installation space for this wire harness rail is small. In addition to being unnecessary, the number of cuts provided in the mat can be reduced.
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2005-313662
However, the wire harness routing device 100 shown in FIGS. 13 and 14 has a problem that the winding device 106 having a very complicated configuration is necessary as described above. Further, the winding device 106 cannot make the dimension of one side of the housing 107 smaller than the diameter of the portion of the harness 105 wound up in a spiral shape, and further has a two-stage structure of a reel 132 and a spiral spring 133. However, there is a problem that a large installation space is required because the thickness is required. Further, the wire harness routing device 100 attaches the guide pipe to the internal space of the support body 103, or passes the one end portion 105a of the harness 105 drawn from the guide pipe to the support body 103 (the large hole). There is a problem that the support body 103 having a very complicated configuration is necessary. In addition, the work of attaching the guide pipe to the support 103 or passing the harness 105 through the attached guide pipe is very complicated and not easy to perform.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a wire harness routing device that does not require a large installation space and has a simple configuration.

The housing main body 50 includes a plate-like bottom wall 51 that is stacked on the floor 11, a pair of side walls 52 and 53 erected from both ends in the width direction (arrow X direction) of the bottom wall 51, and the bottom walls 51 and a main body portion 57 formed in a substantially semi-cylindrical shape connected to one end portions of the side walls 52 and 53, a concave shape from the upper surface of the main body portion 57 and a U-shape in plan view, and a wire harness inside 4, a groove-shaped guide portion 58 that can accommodate the main body portion 57, a fixing portion 59 that protrudes from the outer surface of the main body portion 57 and is fixed to the one end portion 2 a of the rail 2, and a parallel portion 31 that is guided by the guide portion 58. The wire harness 4 drawn into the inside (that is, the space between the side wall 52 and the side wall 53) and folded back in a U shape in the parallel part 31 intersects the guide part 58 at different heights in the vertical direction. The second guide part 60 drawn out of the long accommodating part 3 and a pair of side walls A side wall 54 located at the other end 31b of the parallel part 31 and connecting pieces 55 for attachment to the floor 11 provided on the outer surface of the side wall 54. It has one.
In addition, the guide portion 58 bends the extra length portion of the wire harness 4 drawn out from the opening of the harness housing portion 13 into a U-shape, so that one end portion 31 a of the parallel portion 31, that is, the side wall 52 and the side wall 53. The wire harness 4 is guided so as to come into contact with the inner surface of the side wall 53 away from the rail 2. Further, the wire harness 4 guided by the guide portion 58 and drawn into the one end portion 31 a of the parallel portion 31 is further folded back in a U shape within the parallel portion 31, and the folded portion is the corrugated tube 6. The elastic restoring force makes contact with the inner surface of the side wall 52 near the rail 2. That is, the wire harness 4 is expanded in the parallel portion 31 by the elastic restoring force generated in the corrugated tube 6 by being bent twice in the same bending direction, and is stuck to the inner surface of the side wall 53 and the inner surface of the side wall 52. Further, in the present invention, “the bending direction is the same” means that a plurality of bent portions are bent in the spiral direction as a whole.
Further, the second guide part 60 pulls out the electric wire 5 drawn out from the other end part 6 b of the corrugated tube 6 positioned at the one end part 31 a of the parallel part 31 to the outside of the extra length accommodating part 3. In addition, as described above, the electric wire 5 drawn out of the extra length accommodating portion 3 from the second guide portion 60 is directly connected to the floor 11, that is, the electronic device attached to the vehicle body, or via another electric wire or the like. Are electrically connected.
The accommodating portion lid 40 is attached to the accommodating portion main body 50, and has an upper wall 41a facing the bottom wall 51, and a pair of side walls 42 and 43a erected from both ends in the width direction of the upper wall 41a. A second upper wall 41b that is connected to one end of the upper wall 41a and covers the upper surface of the main body 57; a side wall 43b that is connected to one end of the side wall 43a and is erected from the end of the second upper wall 41b; Is integrated.
That is, as shown in FIG. 4, the bottom wall 51, the side walls 52, 53, and 54, the upper wall 41a, and the side walls 42 and 43a constitute the “parallel portion 31” of the present invention. Further, the main body portion 57, the guide portion 58, the second guide portion 60, the second upper wall 41b, and the side wall 43b constitute the “connecting portion 32” of the present invention.
Thus, in the present invention, the extra length accommodating portion 3 that does not cause looseness or entanglement in the wire harness 4 while having a very simple configuration is used. Further, since the extra length accommodating portion 3 accommodates the extra length portion of the wire harness 4 in the parallel portion 31 in a state of being bent in a U shape, the extra length accommodating portion 3 is housed in a state where the wire harness is wound in a spiral shape. Compared to the conventional example (see FIGS. 13 and 14) housed inside, the dimension of the parallel portion 31 in the width direction can be made smaller than the dimension of one side of the housing. Further, the dimension of the parallel portion 31 in the longitudinal direction can be made smaller than the slide range of the protector 8. That is, the wire harness routing device 1A can be made compact and simple.
Further, in the present invention, the guide portion 58 guides the extra length portion of the wire harness 4 drawn out from the opening of the harness housing portion 13 so as to contact the inner surface of the side wall 53 away from the rail 2 of the parallel portion 31. Therefore, the wiring route of the wire harness 4 becomes a large circumference, that is, the bending radius becomes large, the wire harness 4 can be smoothly moved, and the wire harness 4 can be prevented from being tightly bent. Further, since the wire harness 4 is folded back in a U-shape in the same bending direction as that of the guide portion 58 in the parallel portion 31, the wire harness 4 is prevented from being bent into an S-shape. it can.
Moreover, in this invention, it has the 2nd guide part 60 which makes the wire harness 4 accommodated in the parallel part 31 cross | intersect with the guide part 58 at a different height up and down, and pulls it out of the surplus length accommodating part 3. FIG. Therefore, when the wire harness 4 is taken in and out of the extra length accommodating portion 3, it is possible to prevent the intersecting portions of the wire harness 4 from rubbing with each other. In the present embodiment, the second guide part 60 is provided below the guide part 58.
The protector 8 is made of synthetic resin, and is slidably accommodated in the harness accommodating portion 13 as shown in FIGS. 2, 5, 8, and 9, and pulled out from the extra length accommodating portion 3. A wire harness attachment portion 80 for attaching one end portion 6 a of the corrugated tube 6 of the wire harness 4 drawn into the housing portion 13, a support fixing portion 89 fixed to the protector fixing portion 74 of the support 7, and the support 7. The anti-rotation portion 88 hooked by the protector hook portion 75 and the wire harness mounting portion 80 are extended in a substantially L-shape, passed through the slit 26 of the rail 2 and the cut 12a of the mat 12, and protruded toward the passenger compartment. The electric wire 5 drawn out from the one end portion 6a of the corrugated tube 6 attached to the wire harness attaching portion 80 is passed through the inside thereof, And the lead-out portion 84 leading to the over door, the integrally has.
The wire harness mounting portion 80 includes a pair of sandwiching plates 81 and 82 that sandwich one end portion 6a of the corrugated tube 6 between each other relative to the arrow Y direction, and one end portions of the pair of sandwiching plates 81 and 82. And a hinge 83 connected thereto. A plurality of claws 81 a and 82 a that enter between the valley portions of the corrugated tube 6, that is, between the adjacent peak portions, are provided on the inner surfaces of the pair of sandwiching plates 81 and 82. The pair of clamping plates 81 and 82 are provided with locking portions 81b and 82b that lock each other. The wire harness attaching portion 80 attaches the wire harness 4, that is, the one end portion 6 a of the corrugated tube 6 in a direction in which the central axis direction of the corrugated tube 6 is parallel to the sliding direction of the support body 7, that is, the arrow Z direction.
The support fixing part 89 extends in a plate shape from one end of the clamping plate 81 of the wire harness attachment part 80, and overlaps the base part 74b of the protector fixing part 74 of the support 7 and the overlapping part 89a. And a projection through hole 89b through which the projection 74c of the protector fixing portion 74 is passed. The support fixing portion 89 is fixed to the protector fixing portion 74, that is, the support body 7 by screwing a nut 76 (see FIG. 5) to the protruding portion 74 c that is passed through the protruding portion through-hole 89 b. Further, the support fixing portion 89 is disposed on an extension line of the central axis of the wire harness 4 that is attached to the wire harness attaching portion 80, that is, the corrugated tube 6.
The anti-rotation portion 88 is formed in a plate shape, and is provided on the second overlapping portion 88a that overlaps the plate portion 75a of the protector hanging portion 75 of the support 7 and the second overlapping portion 88a. And a column part through hole 88b through which the part 75b passes. Further, the rotation preventing portion 88 is disposed at a position adjacent to the support fixing portion 89 along a direction orthogonal to the central axis direction of the corrugated tube 6 attached to the wire harness attaching portion 80. The rotation preventing portion 88 is configured such that the support portion fixing portion 89 rotates around the projection portion through-hole 89b by passing the column portion 75b through the column-portion through-hole 88b, that is, hooked by the protector hook portion 75. To prevent.
The lead-out portion 84 is connected to the clamping plate 81 and extends in a hook shape in a direction perpendicular to the central axis direction of the corrugated tube 6 attached to the wire harness attachment portion 80, and a first lead-out portion A second lead-out portion 86 erected in a rectangular tube shape upward from an end portion away from the 85 wire harness attachment portion 80; a third lead-out portion 87 extending in a rod shape from the upper end of the second lead-out portion 86; have. The first lead-out portion 85 is formed in a bowl shape that opens downward, and is accommodated in the space 29 in the rail 2. The first lead-out part 85 guides the electric wire 5 drawn out from the one end part 6 a of the corrugated tube 6 to the second lead-out part 86 by positioning it inside. The second lead-out portion 86 has a notch 86a in which the second lead-out portion 86 is cut out from the opening located at the upper end to the opening located at the lower end. The second lead-out portion 86 is positioned in the slit 26 of the rail 2 and outside the rail 2. The second derivation unit 86 guides the electric wire 5 guided from the first derivation unit 85 to the third derivation unit 87 through the inside thereof. The third lead-out portion 87 is positioned outside the rail 2 and guides the electric wire 5 to the sheet along the outer surface of the electric wire 5 drawn out from the opening at the upper end of the second lead-out portion 86.
The protector 8 having the above configuration is attached to the support 7 by fixing the support fixing part 89 to the protector fixing part 74 of the support 7. Moreover, the protector 8 attached to the support body 7 is located in a line with the support body 7 along the arrow Z direction. Thus, the protector 8 attached to the support body 7 slides in the rail 2 in conjunction with the support body 7, that is, the seat, and moves the wire harness 4 in accordance with the movement of the seat. Further, the protector 8 attached to the support 7 is not in contact with the inner surface of the rail 2. Thereby, the protector 8 and the rail 2 do not rub against each other, and the protector 8 can be moved smoothly. Moreover, both the support body 7 mentioned above and the derivation | leading-out part 84 of the protector 8 are passed through the cut | interruption 12a of the mat | matte 12. FIG.
As described above, in the present invention, the support body 7 and the protector 8 are arranged side by side along the longitudinal direction of the rail 2, and conventionally, only the support body 7 is slidably accommodated in the rail 2. Furthermore, since the protector 8 and the wire harness 4 are slidably accommodated, there is no need to provide a dedicated rail or the like for slidably mounting the protector 8, and the wire harness routing device 1A has a small number of parts and is compact. A simple configuration can be achieved. Moreover, it can be set as 1A of wire harness wiring apparatuses which do not require a big installation space. Further, conventionally, both the support 7 and the lead-out portion 84 of the protector 8, that is, the wire harness 4 can be passed through the cut 12a of the mat 12 through which only the support 7 is passed, and the cut 12a provided in the mat 12 can be passed. Can be reduced.
Further, in the present invention, the protector 8 is used and the wire harness 4 is guided to the seat as the “sliding body” through the rail 2 while protecting the wire harness 4 by the lead-out portion 84. The wire harness 4 can be smoothly moved in and out of the rail 2, that is, moved in the rail 2, and the wire harness 4 hits the corner portion of the rail 2 (for example, the edge of the lower end of the inner wall 25) or the support body 7 and is damaged. It can prevent sticking.
Further, in the present invention, the protector fixing portion 74 of the support body 7 and the support body fixing portion 89 of the protector 8 are fastened and fixed by the protrusion 74c and the nut 76, so that the support body 7 having a simple structure and The protector 8 can be used, and the wire harness routing device 1A can be easily assembled.
Furthermore, in the present invention, the support fixing portion 89 is disposed on the extension line of the central axis of the wire harness 4 attached to the wire harness attaching portion 80, that is, the corrugated tube 6, so that the protector 8 and the wire harness 4 slide. Sometimes the load direction acting on the support fixing portion 89 is parallel to the slide direction (arrow Z) of the protector 8, so that the torsion occurring in the protector 8 can be reduced and the breakage of the protector 8 can be avoided. The “load acting on the support fixing portion 89” is due to the gravity of the wire harness 4.
Further, in the present invention, since the rotation preventing portion 88 is provided, it is possible to prevent the tightening of the projection 74c and the nut 76 from being loosened, and the protector 8 can be moved smoothly. Further, the rotation preventing portion 88 is not intended to fix the support 7 and the protector 8, but prevents the support fixing portion 89 from rotating, and thus the support fixing portion 89. As described above, it is not necessary to firmly tighten the projection 74c and the nut 76 to fix the protector hook 75. That is, it is sufficient that the concave portion and the convex portion are fitted and caught. Further, in the present embodiment, the rotation preventing portion 88 provided with the column portion through-hole 88b that fits into the column portion 75b as the “convex portion” provided in the support body 7 is used. The “rotation preventing portion” may be a protrusion that fits into a “concave portion” provided in the support 7.
In the wire harness routing device 1A configured as described above, when the seat and the support 7 are moved from the one end 2a side to the other end 2b side of the rail 2, the protector 8 is moved in conjunction with the seat and the support 7, The wire harness 4 is pulled out from the surplus length housing portion 3 and pulled into the harness housing portion 13. Further, when the seat and the support 7 are moved from the other end 2 b side of the rail 2 to the one end 2 a side, the protector 8 is moved in conjunction with the seat and the support 7, and the wire harness 4 is moved from the harness housing portion 13. It is pulled out and pulled into the extra length accommodating part 3.
