背景技术
订单采集是电子商务、电子物流以及按需生产工业自动化系统的重点、核心、 关键的过程与技术。订单系统属于现有电子商务系统中的基本功能,但现有的电 子订单系统, 都只有商品类别的定义, 而不能支持商品的参数化定义, 因而订单 能力非常有限。 具体表现为, 如图书等非常规格化的商品容易实现电子商务, 而 像服装等非常个性化的商品就不太适合于电子商务。
因此在现有的电子商务系统中,店家往往需要长时间即时通信系统在线, 以 便随时回答买家的采购问题, 获取订单。而这些问答内容基本上都集中在与所售 商品相关的规格、 数量、 价格以及个性化需求等有关数量化参数方面的规定性。
为了把店家从长时间在线、重复与买家问答、手工辅助订单采集的枯燥耗时 工作中解脱出来, 有必要实现参数化订单采集的自动化。
现有的电子商务系统里一切功能都要在 Web服务器端实现,库存与订单等信 息都要存储维护在网络服务器上, 买家是与服务器交互实现商务过程的,而与卖 家的辅助交互通常是通过另外的如 QQ、 旺旺等的即时通信系统管道实现的。 因 而实现起来比较复杂、 开发与维护代价较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种更为灵活的更简便易行的参数化订单采集系统和 方法,来解决个性化商品的电子商务问题,使网民得到更佳的网上商务订单体验。
为实现本发明的目的,本发明提供了一种订单采集系统和方法。其步骤如下:
(1)在网络服务器上部署即时通信系统里卖家商品描述集合存储系统, 所述 商品描述集合与卖家身份对应,所述商品描述集合收录卖家整理的所售商品信息 的摘要, 所述商品描述集合可以被即时通信系统用户查看到;
(2)卖家可以在所述商品描述集合里的商品描述下添加若干商品属性项, 所 述属性项是用来描述商品特征的;
(3) 即时通信系统里买家査阅到所述卖家商品描述集合后,可以按照所述描 述集合及商品属性项的规范编辑生成订单, 发送给所述卖家。
所述网络服务器可以是所述即时通信系统的服务器。所述商品描述可以是商 品网摘。所述卖家在即时通信系统客户端计算机上编辑所述卖家商品描述集合及 商品描述下的属性项。所述买家在即时通信系统客户端计算机上査看所述卖家商 品描述集合, 编辑生成订单并发送。所述订单是由买家编辑给特定卖家的, 是买 家向卖家的订购单据。

在本发明里, 卖家可以根据所售商品特征, 设定若干商品属性项, 来指导买 家在订单里给出个性化精确化的商品需求描述。
在本发明里, Web服务器上仅仅保存有关商品的网络信息网页, 而包含有商 品属性项的描述集合由卖家独立维护,买家根据卖家商品描述属性项的规范给出 商品的个性精确化的需求描述订单, 直接发给卖家处理。
本发明的网络商务过程完全模拟了现实商务过程, 因而更为直接也更为简 单。同时实现了把即时通信系统应用到精确订单采集中,拓展了即时通信系统的 应用领域。

具体实施方式 参照图 1, 一种订单采集系统, 包括即时通信系统服务器 105、 网络 104、 卖家客户端计算机 101和买家客户端计算机 102、 103, 还包括网络服务器 106, 在网络服务器 106上部署卖家商品网摘集合的存储系统,所述存储系统可以被即 时通信系统用户访问; 网摘集合是与用户身份对应的; 商品网摘集合是卖家在客 户端计算机 101上收录其所售商品网络信息的摘要集合;卖家可以在客户端计算 机 101上为其商品网摘集合里的商品网摘下添加若干属性项,所述属性项是用来 描述商品特征的; 即时通信系统里买家在客户端计算机 102、 103上査阅到卖家 商品网摘集合后, 可以按照所述网摘集合及网摘下属性项的规范编辑生成订单, 发送给在客户端计算机 101上的卖家。
以电子商务里选购裤子为例。 在本发明里, 可以由裤子的生产厂家唯一发 布和维护裤子商品的 Web 信息网页, 这样有利于保持发布信息的及时性与权威 性; 作为即时通信系统用户的卖家如果想售卖该裤子商品, 则可以收录该裤子 Web网页进卖家商品网摘集合里; 卖家按照裤子商品特征, 如裤腰尺寸、 裤长尺 寸和单价, 分别设置相应属性项, 其中裤腰尺寸属性项和裤长尺寸属性项设置为 允许买家编辑,而单价属性项设置为不允许买家编辑,如卖家可以设置为裤腰尺 寸范围从 2尺 2到 3尺 4供买家选择,裤长尺寸范围为 2尺 7到 3尺 3供买家选 择, 单价设置为 100元供买家确认; 作为即时通信系统用户的买家在查看到上述 卖家商品网摘集合里的裤子网摘时,如果想购买该裤子的话, 可以先查看到网摘 所指向的由生产厂家维护的商品网页, 买家满意后,再按照该卖家商品描述集合 里裤子商品描述下的属性项规范, 给出自己的个性化设置, 比如裤腰 2尺 4、 裤 长 3尺 1, 并确认商品单价; 买家最后直接向卖家发送自己的订单; 卖家接收并 处理买家发送来的订单。
参见图 2, 而在现有的电子商务系统中, 卖家维护复杂的 Web服务器后台数 据库;买家看着中意的西裤后,要在商家提供的有限尺码选项里选择适合的尺码, 然后加入购物车。 这样的话, 如果尺码选项太多; 界面就会显得过于零乱; 或者 对于西裤应该需要个性化裤腰和裤长 2个参数,而有限尺码选项界面方式是不能 实现个性化参数的。
现有的电子商务系统里,卖家维护的 Web商品信息与订单信息混为一谈。商 务责任都只能由卖家一方承担,这样就需要买家有很强的商品质量和卖家信誉的 双重鉴别能力, 因而不利于保护买家, 从而压抑了电子商务的社会消费潜力。 在本发明的方案里, Web网页仅仅描述如西裤等商品自身的通用信息, 如产 地、面料、 做工等, 而把个性化的参数信息作为商品属性项存放在卖家商品网摘 集合里。这样买家在参阅了相关 Web网页后就可以遵循卖家商品网摘集合里的裤 子商品属性项的规范把个性精确化的订单信息直接下给卖家,而不是发送订单到 Web服务器里去。
在本发明里, Web信息由生产厂家直接维护, 以增强 Web信息发布的权威 性、及时性和唯一性; 而卖家仅仅维护自己的商品网摘集合, 就可以接受买家订 单了。
因此, 在本发明里, 买家选购商品, 不仅要关注生产厂家维护的 Web信息, 还要关注卖家的商品网摘集合, 只有选对生产厂家和卖家 2个因素,才能购买到 心仪的商品。
把生产厂家和卖家分离开来, 是现代社会商务的基本特征,如买家在超市里 购买的商品, 厂家和卖家都要负责。本发明遵循了现代商务理念, 可以最大限定 地保护消费者的权益, 系统实现起来在技术上也更为简单, 因此必将极大地释放 和促进电子商务的社会消费能力。

权利要求
1. 一种订单采集方法, 其步骤如下:
(1)在网络服务器上部署即时通信系统里卖家商品描述集合存储系统,所述商 品描述集合与卖家身份对应, 所述商品描述集合收录卖家整理的所售商品信 息的摘要, 所述商品描述集合可以被即时通信系统用户查看到;
(2)卖家可以在其所述商品描述集合里的商品描述下添加若干商品属性项,所 述商品属性项是用来描述商品特征的;
(3) 即时通信系统里买家査阅到所述卖家商品描述集合后, 可以按照所述描 述集合及商品属性项的规范编辑生成订单, 发送给所述卖家。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种订单采集方法, 其特征在于: 所述网络服务器是 所述即时通信系统的服务器。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种订单采集方法, 其特征在于: 所述商品描述可以 是商品网摘。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种订单采集方法, 其特征在于: 所述卖家在即时通 信系统客户端计算机上编辑所述卖家商品描述集合及商品描述下的属性项。
