电动独立行走割草机
技术领域 本发明涉及电动割草机领域, 尤其是一种可以实现独立行走功能的电动割 草机。
背景技术 目前, 割草机的使用非常广泛, 尤其是在园林工艺、 公园绿化等方面使用, 然而传统的割草机行走功能是由割草电动马达带动的, 只能在割草马达开动的 时候实现行走, 停止割草马达转动时也停止行走, 故而不能实现独立行走, 在 不割草时是通过手推行走的, 如果在不割草时开动行走功能, 就会产生较大的 噪音和振动, 并且消耗较多的能源, 非常的浪费资源。
发明内容 本发明要解决的技术问题是: 为了解决上述存在的缺点与不足, 提供一种 电动独立行走割草机。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是: 一种电动独立行走割草机, 具有机体、 设置在机体上的切割器、 带动切割器运转的电动马达和连接在机体 上的行走轮, 机体上设置有带动机体行走的驱动装置, 驱动装置包括带动行走 轮运动的传动系统和带动传动系统工作的动力源, 通过动力源的带动, 使得传 动系统进行工作, 从而通过传动系统的传动带动行走轮转动, 实现行走的目的。
进一歩, 为了降低噪音, 动力源为小功率的驱动马达。 为了降低输出驱动马达的输出转矩, 传动系统包括与动力源相连的带传动、 与带传动相连的外齿轮传动和与外齿轮传动连接且与行走轮啮合连接的内齿轮 传动。
为了提高传动比, 降低驱动马达的体积和成本, 带传动具有两组。
为了提高传动比, 外齿轮传动具有两组。
为了提高传动比, 内齿轮传动具有两组。
本发明中的传动系统也可以全部使用带传动或是全部齿轮传动, 所达到的 效果相同。 驱动马达可以选用直流或者交流的各种马达, 在使用过程中起到相 同的效果。
本发明的有益效果是, 本发明的电动独立行走割草机, 运用多级变速传动 获得比较高的传动比, 降低了驱动马达的输出转矩, 降低了驱动马达的体积和 成本, 实现的独立行走的功能, 而且降低了噪音, 节约了能源。

具体实施方式 现在结合附图对本发明作进一歩详细的说明。 这些附图均为简化的示意图, 仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构, 因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
如图所示的最佳实施方式的电动独立行走割草机, 如图 1, 电动独立行走割 草机具有机体 1、设置在机体 1上的切割器、带动切割器运转的电动马达和连接 在机体 1上的行走轮 2, 机体 1上设置有带动机体 1行走的驱动装置 3。
如图 2 所示的局部结构示意图, 涉及驱动装置的结构示意图, 驱动装置 3 包括带动行走轮 2运动的传动系统 4和带动传动系统 4工作的驱动马达, 传动 系统 4包括与驱动马达相连的两组带传动 4-1、与带传动 4-1连接的外齿轮传动 4-2和与外齿轮传动 4-2链接的内齿轮传动 4-3, 内齿轮传动 4-3与行走轮 2啮 合连接。
本发明实施时, 先驱动马达, 通过驱动马达带动带轮运转, 带轮运转后通 过皮带带动齿轮运转后, 通过齿轮的啮合带动了行走轮 2 的转动, 从而实现整 体独立行走的目的, 到达所需割草的地点后, 停止驱动马达, 启动电动马达同 时进行割草和带动整体行走。
以上述依据本发明的理想实施例为启示, 通过上述的说明内容, 相关工作 人员完全可以在不偏离本项发明技术思想的范围内, 进行多样的变更以及修改。 本项发明的技术性范围并不局限于说明书上的内容, 必须要根据权利要求范围 来确定其技术性范围。

1. 一种电动独立行走割草机, 具有机体(1)、 设置在机体(1)上的切割器、 带动切割器运转的电动马达和设置在机体(1)上的行走轮 (2), 其特征是: 机体 (1)上设置有带动机体 (1)行走的驱动装置 (3), 驱动装置 (3)包括带动行走轮 (2) 运动的传动系统 (4)和带动传动系统 (4)工作的动力源 (5)。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的电动独立行走割草机, 其特征是: 所述的动力源 (5)为小功率的驱动马达。
3. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的电动独立行走割草机, 其特征是: 所述的传 动系统 (4)包括与动力源 (5)相连的带传动 (4-1)、 与带传动 (4-1)相连的外齿轮 传动 (4-2)和与外齿轮传动(4-2)连接且与行走轮 (2)啮合连接的内齿轮传动 (4-3)。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的电动独立行走割草机, 其特征是: 所述的带传动 (4-1)具有两组。
5. 根据权利要求 3所述的电动独立行走割草机, 其特征是: 所述的外齿轮 传动 (4-2)具有两组。
6. 根据权利要求 3所述的电动独立行走割草机, 其特征是: 所述的内齿轮 传动 (4-3)具有两组。
