[1] 1、 电动升降晾衣架驱动装置, 用于缠绕升降钢丝绳, 所述驱动装置包括减 速电机和传动机构, 其特征在于所述传动机构包括卷绳轴、 卷绳轴安装座 和联轴器,
所述卷绳轴安装座上设有能容纳卷绳轴的轴孔, 其两相对侧面上分别沿轴 向开有与所述轴孔相通的条形槽;
所述卷绳轴的外圆周面上设有与升降钢丝绳相适配的螺旋形凹槽, 该卷绳 轴插装在卷绳轴安装座上的轴孔内;
所述联轴器的输入端设有与减速电机输出轴相适配的插孔, 减速电机输出 轴插装在联轴器上的插孔内, 该联轴器插装在卷绳轴上的轴孔内且与该轴 孔的内壁键槽配合连接;
减速电机输出轴、 联轴器和卷绳轴的旋转轴线位于同一条直线上。
[2] 2、 如权利要求 1所述的电动升降晾衣架驱动装置, 其特征在于所述联轴器 包括:
弹簧安装座, 固定在减速电机输出端的端面上且减速电机输出轴穿出所述 弹簧安装座;
圆柱形螺旋弹簧, 其两个自由端分别在各自的端面上向内延伸形成弯曲部 , 所述弹簧安装座的另一个端面上沿轴向设有能容纳所述圆柱形螺旋弹簧 的套管, 该圆柱形螺旋弹簧的外径与套管的内径相适配且插装在所述套管 内;
传动轴, 其输入端设有与减速电机输出轴相适配的插孔, 该端部的外圆周 面上沿轴向设有一条形开口槽, 所述传动轴插装在圆柱形螺旋弹簧内且该 圆柱形螺旋弹簧两个自由端的弯曲部分别卡在传动轴上的条形开口槽内; 传动轴套, 其输入端的端面上设有轴向凸起, 该传动轴套套装在传动轴的 输出端上且轴向凸起卡在圆柱形螺旋弹簧两自由端的弯曲部之间, 传动轴 套插装在卷绳轴上的轴向通孔内且与该轴向通孔的内壁键槽配合连接。
[3] 3、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的电动升降晾衣架驱动装置, 其特征在于还包括两 个行程开关, 所述行程开关分别设置在卷绳轴安装座侧壁上的条形槽上且 动断触点相对。
[4] 4、 如权利要求 3所述的电动升降晾衣架驱动装置, 其特征在于所述卷绳轴 安装座侧壁上的条形槽的上方和下方分别沿轴向设有一排用于安装行程开 关的螺纹安装孔。
[5] 5、 电动升降晾衣架, 包括用于固定在阳台棚顶上的底座, 顶部固定在底座 左右两端的上下伸缩支架, 固定在上下伸缩支架底边上的横杆支架和电动 升降装置, 所述电动升降装置包括左、 右升降钢丝绳和驱动装置, 其特征 在于所述驱动装置包括减速电机和传动机构, 所述传动机构包括卷绳轴、 卷绳轴安装座和联轴器,
所述卷绳轴安装座上设有能容纳卷绳轴的轴孔, 其两相对侧面上分别沿轴 向开有与所述轴孔相通的条形槽;
所述卷绳轴的外圆周面上设有与升降钢丝绳相适配的螺旋形凹槽, 该卷绳 轴插装在卷绳轴安装座上的轴孔内;
所述联轴器的输入端设有与减速电机输出轴相适配的插孔, 减速电机输出 轴插装在联轴器上的插孔内, 该联轴器插装在卷绳轴上的轴孔内且与该轴 孔的内壁键槽配合连接;
减速电机输出轴、 联轴器和卷绳轴的旋转轴线位于同一条直线上。
左、 右导向滑轮, 分别固定在底座的左右两端;
所述左、 右升降升降钢丝绳的一端分别固定在上下伸缩支架的底边上, 另 一端分别绕过左、 右导向滑轮后穿过卷绳轴安装座上的条形槽固定在卷绳 轴的中央部的外圆周面上, 当卷绳轴转动吋, 左、 右升降钢丝绳分别缠绕 在卷绳轴上的螺旋形凹槽内。
[6] 6、 如权利要求 5所述的电动升降晾衣架, 其特征在于还包括两个行程开关
, 所述卷绳轴安装座侧壁上条形槽的上方和下方分别沿轴向设有一排用于 安装行程开关的螺纹安装孔, 所述行程开关分别固定所述螺纹安装孔上且 动断触点相对。
