Abstract
Kit de utensilios de alimentación desechable compuesto por dos o más cubiertos u otros utensilios como abridores de botella o mondadientes. Se forman a partir de una superficie rígida laminar. Los distintos utensilios se sitúan uno al lado del otro, sustancialmente en el mismo plano, y se unen entre sí mediante unas continuidades que son rompibles para facilitar su uso.

MEMORIA DESCRIPTIVA
La presente invención guarda relación con el campo de los artículos descartables de uso doméstico y en particular, guarda relación con un conjunto de utensilios para alimentación, los cuales, debido al sistema de desprendimiento de un utensilio respecto de los otros da una señal inequívoca de su uso previo.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN
Desde principios de Ia década del 2000 se ha venido avanzando en soluciones a problemas mediante diseños a partir del concepto "geometría primitiva", entendiéndose éste como Ia intervención única sobre cualquier tipo de material para transformarlo en un objeto (ej. Material: Alambre - Objeto: clip o gancho para ropa).

Considerando el concepto de geometría primitiva se han desarrollado soluciones en distintos ámbitos del quehacer humano, como por ejemplo:
Seguridad en las aerolíneas
Materiales organolépticos (agradable a los sentidos)
Garantía de inviolabilidad, no haber sido utilizada antes (Higiénico/colapsable)
Responsabilidad medioambiental
Potenciar Imagen corporativa
Espacios publicitarios novedosos
Logística (apilable, liviano, mono material, concepto "todo en uno" -no necesita complementos-, compacto, etc.)
Diseño que no requiera instrucciones (concepto "formaparlante")
Nobleza de materiales (pasar de cubiertos de acero a plástico)
Cumplimiento con normas de seguridad (reemplazar uso de metales)

A su vez, en el estado de Ia técnica se describe una multiplicidad de kits de utensilios con aplicación en Ia industria de alimentos. En particular, es posible observar en Ia patente DK 151174, Ia cual muestra se refiere a un conjunto de cubiertos desechables de plástico, compuesto por los cuatro elementos que usualmente constituyen un set de cubiertos, transformados en un conjunto por medio de una pieza de conexión, Ia cual permite que los utensilios estén conectados hasta poco antes de su utilización. El conjunto de cubiertos desechables se producen con miras a proporcionar un conjunto de cubiertos limpios. La configuración especial también hace posible que el conjunto de cubiertos, envasados en recipientes de plástico o de papel, no usen mucho espacio, de modo de facilitar el sistema de almacenamiento, por ejemplo a bordo de un avión.
Ninguno de los dispositivos que conocidos en el arte previo, muestran un kit de utensilios de alimentación, fabricados a partir de una única lámina, donde dichos utensilios se separan unos de otros, por Ia conformación de intersticios entre ellos, de modo de constituir un producto atractivo al consumidor y barato de producir.

Figuras 1A-1 F. Representan un primer grupo de variaciones de Ia invención, incluyendo modalidades con dos y tres utensilios, representados en diferentes vistas.
Figuras 2A-2F. Representan un segundo grupo de variaciones de Ia invención, incluyendo modalidades con dos y tres utensilios, representados en diferentes vistas.
Figuras 3A-3F. Representan un tercer grupo de variaciones de Ia invención, incluyendo modalidades con dos y tres utensilios, representados en diferentes vistas. Figuras 4A-4F. Representan un cuarto grupo de variaciones de Ia invención, incluyendo modalidades con dos y tres utensilios, representados en diferentes vistas.

DESCRIPCIÓN DETALLADA DE LA INVENCIÓN
Con referencia al grupo de figuras 1A a 1F, es posible observar que en ellas se describe un kit de utensilios de alimentación configurado a partir de una superficie rígida laminar, el cual evidencia su utilización previa, a través del desprendimiento intencional de sus partes, donde dicho kit está constituido por dos o más utensilios, iguales o diferentes, de uso cotidiano y reconocibles, ubicados solidariamente y sustancialmente en un único plano. Dichos utensilios se configuran parcialmente mediante Ia interrupción por intersticios en Ia continuidad de dicha superficie y calzan unos con otros en una relación complementaria de forma-contraforma, permaneciendo unidos entre si por Ia presencia de continuidades en dicha superficie. La ubicación de dichas continuidades podrá ser en el extremo de Ia zonas definidas para asir dichos utensilios o mangos, o bien, en cualquier punto intermedio de dichos magos. Dichos instersticios, son producidos a través de diferentes formas de fabricación, como por ejemplo, a través de un estampado en frío.

Las figuras 1A, 1 B y 1C, muestran modalidades con dos utensilios, los cuales combinan tenedor-cuchara, cuchara-cuchillo y tenedor-cuchillo, respectivamente. A su vez, Ia modalidad descrita en Ia figura 1 D, corresponde a una modalidad con tres utensilios, consistentes en tenedor, cuchara y cuchillo. Aún cuando no se observa en Ia figura, en Ia modalidad de tres utensilios, en el espacio que queda entre Ia cabeza del tenedor y Ia hoja del cuchillo, opcionalmente, podrá incluirse un mondadientes.
Cada uno de dichos utensilios, ya sea en las modalidades de dos o tres utensilios, se desprende de los otros mediante el quiebre, por parte de un usuario, de dichas continuidades en dicha superficie. Es así como, en Ia figura 1 E, es posible observar los utensilios desprendidos unos de otros y preparados para su utilización.
La figura 1 F, a su vez, muestra vistas en perspectiva de cada una de las modalidades descritas en las figuras 1A-1 E.
Es posible señalar que Ia referida superficie laminar, podrá tener diferentes espesores de modo de conseguir algunos efectos deseados en los utensilios. En el

caso de Ia cuchara, en Ia zona de Ia cabeza de Ia misma, Ia superficie laminar, podrá tener un espesor reducido, de modo de constituir en depósito para facilitar el consumo de líquidos. Por otra parte, en Ia zona de los mangos, o Ia zona para asir los utensilios, Ia superficie laminar, podrá tener un espesor mayor, de modo de otorgar una resistencia a Ia flexión mayor.
El grupo de figuras referidas como 2A-2F, muestran una modalidad alternativa de Ia invención en Ia cual se ha establecido una inclinación paralela de los intersticios que definen Ia separación entre los utensilios, donde dicha inclinación, además es paralela a los bordes exteriores de dicha superficie laminar. Algo equivalente, ocurre con las modalidades mostradas por el grupo de figuras referidas como 3A-3F y 4A-4F. En este último caso, Ia inclinación de los intersticios es opuesta entre si, y a su vez es opuesta a los bordes de Ia referida superficie laminar. La modalidad descrita por Ia figura 5, representa una opción en Ia cual Ia cabeza de uno de los utensilios, en particular, el cuchillo, contiene en elemento para destapar botellas de bebidas.

Finalmente, aún cuando no representa una limitación en el alcance de Ia invención, es posible señalar que el material de base para Ia producción de este kit, vale decir, dicha superficie rígida laminar, es de madera, cartón, plástico, aluminio y, en general, cualquier material que sea conformable.

Claims
1. Kit de utensilios de alimentación configurado a partir de una superficie rígida laminar, el cual evidencia su utilización previa, a través del desprendimiento intencional de sus partes, CARACTERIZADO porque dicho kit está constituido por dos o más utensilios de uso cotidiano y reconocibles, ubicados solidariamente y sustancialmente en un único plano; dichos utensilios se configuran parcialmente mediante Ia interrupción por intersticios en Ia continuidad de dicha superficie; dichos utensilios calzan unos con otros en una relación complementaria de forma-contraforma, y permanecen unidos entre si por Ia presencia de continuidades en dicha superficie.
2. Kit de utensilios de alimentación según Ia reivindicación 1 CARACTERIZADO porque cada uno de dichos utensilios se desprende de los otros mediante el quiebre por parte de un usuario de dichas continuidades en dicha superficie.

3. Kit de utensilios de alimentación según las reivindicaciones 1 y 2 CARACTERIZADO porque Ia ubicación de dichas continuidades podrá ser en el extremo de Ia zonas definidas para asir dichos utensilios o mangos, o bien, en cualquier punto intermedio de dichos magos.
4. Kit de utensilios de alimentación según las reivindicaciones 1 , 2 y 3 CARACTERIZADO porque dicho kit está conformado por Ia combinación de al menos dos utensilios de alimentación diferentes.
5. Kit de utensilios de alimentación según las reivindicaciones anteriores CARACTERIZADO porque dicho kit puede incluir un mondadientes.

6. Kit de utensilios de alimentación según las reivindicaciones anteriores CARACTERIZADO porque dicho kit puede incluir un elemento para destapar botellas de bebidas.
7. Kit de utensilios de alimentación según las reivindicaciones anteriores CARACTERIZADO porque Ia referida superficie laminar, podrá tener diferentes espesores de modo de conseguir efectos deseados en los utensilios, en específico, en algunas zonas podrá tener un espesor reducido, de modo de constituir en depósito para facilitar el consumo de líquidos, o bien, podrá tener en algunas zonas un espesor mayor, de modo de otorgar una resistencia a Ia flexión mayor.
