Description

一种能自动补偿温度的煎烤器,它包括一上煎烤单元、一下煎烤单元及一加热电路,该上煎烤单元能转动地连接下煎烤单元并在第一位置和第二位置之间转动,在第一位置时该煎烤器处于第一状态,在第二位置时该煎烤器处于第二状态;该加热电路,它包括:
一个一端能电连接电源一极的加热器;
一个一端能电连接加热器另一端的第一恒温器;
一个一端能电连接加热器另一端的第二恒温器;及
一个在第一状态时电连接电源另一极和第一恒温器、在第二状态时电连接电源另一极和第二恒温器的转换开关。
一较佳实施例中,还包括一能触动转换开关的操作机构,该操作机构与上煎烤单元转动构成联动连接关系。
一较佳实施例中,该转换开关为按压式电开关,它具有一按压开关;该操作机构包括一与上煎烤单元同步转动的转盘及一固设在转盘的、能顶抵触动按压开关的操作摆杆。
一较佳实施例中,该第一恒温器的恒定温度小于第二恒温器的恒定温度。

一个电连接在加热器另一端和电源另一极之间的、能调节恒定温度的恒温器,它具有一在第一状态时设定为第一恒定温度、在第二状态时设定为第二恒定温度的转角开关。
一较佳实施例中,还包括一能联动转角开关的操作机构,该操作机构与上煎烤单元转动构成联动连接关系。
一较佳实施例中,该操作机构包括一滑动连接在下煎烤单元的连杆,该连杆的第一端顶抵转角开关;该上箭烤单元设置有一在从第一位置转动到第二位置时能顶抵连杆第二端使其滑动的顶抵部。
一较佳实施例中,该第一恒定温度小于第二恒定温度。
本技术方案与背景技术相比:由于煎烤器在第一状态和第二状态时分别选择不同的恒温器或选择恒温器的不同恒温角度,自动调整控温系统,从而达到补偿温度的作用,使得即使在不同的状态,该煎烤器的盘温也会基本保持恒定,缩小了因为不同的工作状态散热条件不同而造成盘温差异。由于操作机构和上煎烤单元构成联动连接关系,因此当上煎烤单元转动到第二位置时,也既是煎烤器处于第二状态时,煎烤器就会自动操作转换开关或自动操作转角机构,而当上煎烤单元回复到第一位置时,也既是煎烤器处于第一状态时,煎烤器也回自动回复转换开关或转角,于是恒温器的选择或恒温器转角的改变就实现智能化选择。通过转盘带动摆杆摆动,通过摆杆摆动按压转换开关,以实现自动化选择恒温器,结构简单,制造成本低,切换准确性高。通过顶抵部顶抵连杆,带动连杆滑动,通过连杆滑动带动转角机构转动,以实现恒温器转角变化,以实现恒定温度改变,结构简单,制造成本低,切换准确性高。

实施例一
请查阅图2、3,一种能自动补偿温度的煎烤器,它包括一上煎烤单元100、一下煎烤单元200及一加热电路300,该上煎烤单元100能转动地连接下煎烤单元200并在第一位置和第二位置之间转动,在第一位置时该煎烤器处于闭合状态,在第二位置时该煎烤器处于180度打开状态。
请查阅图2、3、4、5,该下煎烤单元200,它之内设置有一操作机构210。该操作机构210,它包括一与上煎烤单元100同步转动的转盘211及一固设在转盘211并伸出转盘211之外的操作摆杆212。本实施例之中,该上煎烤单元100的转动和转盘211转动构成同步转动是指,上煎烤单元100的转动能够带动转盘211转动,具体结构可例如为:该上煎烤单元100具有一绕转动轴线转动的转动套,该转动套和转盘之间齿轮啮合,也既是转动套为主动齿轮,转盘为被动齿轮。
请查阅图1、4、5,该加热电路300,它包括:一个一端能电连接电源一极的加热器310;一个一端能电连接加热器另一端的第一恒温器320;一个一端能电连接加热器另一端的第二恒温器330;及;一个在第一状态时电连接电源另一极和第一恒温器、在第二状态时电连接电源另一极和第二恒温器的转换开关340。本实施例之中,该转换开关340为按压式电开关,它具有一按压开关341。
煎烤器从闭合状态转化为180度打开状态时,该上煎烤单元转动,带动转盘转动,带动摆杆摆动,摆杆摆动到一定程度时按压按压开关341,以切断第一恒温器,连通第二恒温器;煎烤器从180度打开状态转化为闭合状态时,该摆杆复位,该按压开关341复位,以切断第二恒温器,连通第一恒温器。
本实施例之中,根据需要:该加热电路300之中,还可设置一电源指示灯及一并联加热器的加热器指示灯;该第一恒温器的恒定温度小于第二恒温器的恒定温度。
实施例二
请查阅图7、8,一种能自动补偿温度的煎烤器,它包括一上煎烤单元100、一下煎烤单元200及一加热电路300,该上煎烤单元100能转动地连接下煎烤单元200并在第一位置和第二位置之间转动,在第一位置时该煎烤器处于闭合状态,在第二位置时该煎烤器处于180度打开状态。

煎烤器从闭合状态转化为180度打开状态时,该上煎烤单元转动,当抵靠部抵靠连杆第二端后,继续转动,该抵靠部就能带动连杆滑动,带动转角机构转动,以从转角B转化为转角A,也既是从第一恒定温度转化为第二恒定温度;煎烤器从180度打开状态转化为闭合状态时,连杆复位,该转角机构复位,以从转角A转化为转角B,也既是从第二恒定温度转化为第一恒定温度。
本实施例之中,根据需要:该加热电路300之中,还可设置一电源指示灯及一并联加热器的加热器指示灯;该第一恒定温度小于第二恒定温度。

本发明一种能自动补偿温度的煎烤器,第一状态和第二状态时可分别选择不同的恒温器,自动调整控温系统,从而达到补偿温度的作用。使用效果好,具有良好的工业实用性。
Claims (9)
- 一种能自动补偿温度的煎烤器,它包括一上煎烤单元、一下煎烤单元及一加热电路,该上煎烤单元能转动地连接下煎烤单元并在第一位置和第二位置之间转动,在第一位置时该煎烤器处于第一状态,在第二位置时该煎烤器处于第二状态,其特征是:该加热电路,它包括:一个一端能电连接电源一极的加热器;一个一端能电连接加热器另一端的第一恒温器;一个一端能电连接加热器另一端的第二恒温器;及一个在第一状态时电连接电源另一极和第一恒温器、在第二状态时电连接电源另一极和第二恒温器的转换开关。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种能自动补偿温度的煎烤器,其特征是:还包括一能触动转换开关的操作机构,该操作机构与上煎烤单元转动构成联动连接关系。
