如图 1所示,锁定缺口 6具有与第一锁定凸起 5基本相同的互补形状, 而在第二边缘 4上, 第二凸起 7优选具有与第一锁定凸起 5基本相同的形 状。 如图 2清楚所示, 锁定缺口 6在上侧被装饰面层 2基本完全遮盖, 只 是第二凸起 7的延伸长度略微超过装饰面层 2在第二边缘 4处的第二轮廓 边缘 2b。 而且, 如此设定上述装饰面层的第一和第二轮廓边缘 2a、 2b的 延伸长度和 /或形状, 即在墙地板完成拼装之后, 如图 3所示, 装饰面层 2 的第一和第二轮廓边缘 2a、 2b相互贴合, 并且由于相邻两块墙地板的装 饰面层 2位于对应的凸起 5、 7的上方, 或者说装饰面层 2延伸而至少覆 盖了各凸起 5和 7的底部, 所以能保证拼装后的墙地板不能上下移动, 而 且遮盖住下方的接合部分。 可以说, 上述第一和第二轮廓边缘 2a和 2b的 延伸长度是按照此进彼退的方式构成。 而且如图 2所示, 装饰面层 2在第 一边缘 3和第二边缘 4可以具有直线延伸的轮廓边缘 2a和 2b,这样一来, 拼装之后的拼缝是直线状的, 第一锁定凸起 5和锁定缺口 6均被隐藏在下 方, 不仅使拼装后的锁扣抗拉性能增强, 还保证装饰面层的拼接平整度, 有利于美观。 为了更好地实现第一锁定凸起 5的弹性变形或插入, 作为在第一锁定 凸起 5的头部开设缝隙的实施方案的替代方式或补充方式, 可以在每个第 二凸起 7上大致垂直于第二边缘 4的延伸方向或者说长度方向地开设狭缝 7A, 用于允许第二凸起 7能在板主体 1的延伸平面内弹性变形, 进而便于 第一锁定凸起 5的弹性变形和插入锁定缺口 6。
在本发明中, 板主体 1和装饰面层 2可以由木材制成, 此时, 第一锁 定凸起 5和锁定缺口 6优选通过模具沖压形成。本领域技术人员应该想到, 板主体 1和装饰面层 2也可以由其它合适的材料制成。
如图 4至图 6所示的拼装式墙地板的另一个实施例与上述实施例基本 相同, 但在这里, 拼装式墙地板还包括如此设置的村板层 1A, 即如图 4 所示, 板主体 1被夹在村板层 1A和装饰面层 2之间, 因此村板层 1A例 如在铺设地板时构成直接接触地面的底层。 根据本发明, 村板层 1A的一 个轮廓边缘也可以具有延伸超过第一边缘 3或第二边缘 4,或者村板层 1A 具有分别延伸超过第一边缘 3和第二边缘 4的两个轮廓边缘。 当然, 也可 以具有未超过板主体 1的第一边缘和第二边缘的轮廓边缘。如果村板层 1A 具有分别延伸超过第一边缘 3和第二边缘 4的轮廓边缘,则例如可以规定, 其轮廓边缘的超出程度对应于各自装饰面层 2的相应第一和第二轮廓边缘 的超出程度。 也可以规定, 如此设计村板层 1A的上述轮廓边缘, 即在墙 地板拼装完成且相邻两块墙地板的装饰面层相互贴合之后, 村板层 1A的 轮廓边缘没有相互贴合, 如图 6所示。
通过如上所述的至少两块拼装式墙地板, 可以在锁定缺口和第一锁定 凸起水平相互对准或者说其装饰面层相互平行的情况下使两块板平移, 接 着通过第一边缘处的第一锁定凸起和 /或第二凸起的弹性变形,使第一锁定 凸起插入锁定缺口的开口并最终锁定于其中, 由此形成一种墙地板拼装结 构。 在这里, 这种锁定结构是可拆分的, 而且如此形成的墙地板拼装结构 无需在锁合部位使用胶或其它单独的锁定件。 在上述频装式墙地板结构 中, 由于锁定凸起和锁定缺口提供了在板主体延伸平面内的两维方向的凹 凸形状配合, 所以起到了在上述方向上的锁定作用, 尤其在矩形墙地板在 四个边具有上述锁定凸起和锁定缺口的场合里, 在这样的墙地板拼装起来 后, 相邻两块墙地板的对应长边上的锁定凸起和锁定缺口的配合也对其各 自短边上的锁定结构起到防脱开作用。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1. 一种拼装式墙地板, 包括板主体(1)和装饰面层 (2), 该板主体具有 第一边缘 (3)和第二边缘 (4), 该板主体 (1)在第一边缘具有沿第一边缘的延 伸方向间隔布置、垂直于第一边缘 (3)地在该板主体的延伸平面内延伸且可 弹性变形的多个第一锁定凸起 (5),该板主体 (1)在第二边缘具有沿该第二边 缘的延伸方向间隔布置、垂直于第二边缘 (4)地在该板主体的延伸平面内延 伸的多个第二凸起 (7),其中在每两个相邻的第二凸起 (7)之间限定出一个具 有开口(6A)的锁定缺口(6), 其特征是, 每个锁定缺口(6)被构造成允许相邻 墙地板的第一锁定凸起 (5)在弹性变形的情况下平移插入相应的开口(6A) 并锁定在该锁定缺口(6)中, 该装饰面层 (2)具有分别超出该板主体 (1)的第 一边缘 (3)和第二边缘 (4)的轮廓边缘 (2a,2b),第一锁定凸起和第二凸起分别 延伸超过该装饰面层 (2)的相应轮廓边缘, 其中在所述墙地板完成拼装后, 该装饰面层 (2)的轮廓边缘 (2a, 2b)相互贴合。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的拼装式墙地板,其特征是,第一锁定凸起 (5) 成舌状并具有头部 (5A)和底部 (5B), 在第一边缘的延伸方向上的头部宽度 大于底部宽度, 并且在头部 (5A)的区域内, 大致垂直于第一边缘的延伸方 向地开设有缝隙 (5C), 用于允许头部弹性变形。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的拼装式墙地板,其特征是,所述锁定缺口(6) 具有与第一锁定凸起 (5)基本相同的互补形状。
4. 根据权利要求 1 所述的拼装式墙地板, 其特征是, 第二凸起 (7)具 有与第一锁定凸起 (5)基本相同的形状。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的拼装式墙地板, 在第二凸起 (7)上大致垂直 于第二边缘的延伸方向地开设有狭缝 (7 A), 用于允许第二凸起 (7)在该板主 体的延伸平面内弹性变形, 其中每个第二凸起能平移插入并锁定在每两个 第一锁定凸起之间的缺口中。
6. 根据权利要求 1至 5之一所述的拼装式墙地板, 其特征是, 该装饰 面层 (2)具有直线延伸的轮廓边缘 (2a, 2b)。
7. 根据权利要求 1至 5之一所述的拼装式墙地板, 其特征是, 该板主 体(1)和该装饰面层 (2)均由木材制成, 该第一锁定凸起 (5)和该锁定缺口(6) 通过沖压形成。
8. 根据权利要求 1至 5中任一项所述的拼装式墙地板, 其特征是, 还 包括如此设置的村板层, 该板主体(1)被夹在该村板层和该装饰面层 (2)之 间。
9. 一种墙地板拼装结构,包括至少两块根据权利要求 1至 8中任一项 所述的拼装式墙地板, 其中一块墙地板通过在第一边缘处的第一锁定凸起
(5)与其中另一墙地板的在第二边缘处的锁定缺口(6)相互锁定连接。
