Description

可多样化拼接的框架木质装饰板 技术领域
本发明涉及一种框架木质装饰板,包括木质地板、木质墙板或木质吊顶板。
背景技术
目前木质地板按地板的结构和材料来分,地板一般分为:实木地板、实木复合地板、强化木地板、软木地板、竹地板等。现在市面上出现了一种新的地板分类,即框架木地板,其是指在木地板的四周通过注塑形成一塑边框架,该塑边框架一方面能承担连接扣的功能,另一方面也增加了地板的强度及防水性能,大大扩大了木地板的材料应用范围,尤其是象质地较软的刨花板也可以作为于木地板的主体材料。
然而目前的木地板虽然材质多样,规格多样,连接扣的结构也各异,但是仍不能实现多样化拼接功能,而只能两块板错开并行拼接,从而导致拼接样式单一,没有新意。而且拼接时,两块木地板的连接扣必须沿木地板边缘的方向相对滑动到适位置时才能扣合,也就是两块木地板在拼接时必须有滑动空间才能实现拼接动作,这就导致拼接到房间最后的角落或墙根处时,没有滑动空间,从而使最后的拼接工作难以实现。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题,在于提供一种框架木质装饰板,通过巧妙设置连接扣的结构,不仅能实现滑动扣合,而且还能无需滑动地直接对拼;并且合理配置了木质装饰板主体的长宽比例,从而使框架木质装饰板可多样化进行拼接,大大丰富了木质装饰板的拼接样式。
本发明是这样实现的:一种可多样化拼接的框架木质装饰板,包括矩形板体、塑胶边框以及连接扣,所述塑胶边框包覆于所述矩形板体的四周,所述连接扣一体成型于所述塑胶边框上;所述矩形板体的长宽比为整数比;所 述连接扣包括复数个公扣和复数个母扣,位于所述矩形板体任一边缘的公扣和对边边缘的母扣位置对应;所述塑胶边框为两层阶梯结构,包括上层阶梯和下层阶梯,且上层阶梯伸出于下层阶梯之外;所述公扣的内端连接于下层阶梯的侧面和上层阶梯的背面,外端则凸伸于上层阶梯之外并由内而外设有第一滑轨和第一凸棱条,该第一凸棱条的外侧面为第一斜面,第一斜面延伸至公扣的最外端;所述母扣包括由内而外设置的第二滑轨及第二凸棱条,该第二凸棱条设在上层阶梯的背面,且该第二凸棱条的外侧面为第二斜面。
进一步的,所述上层阶梯的背面的外边缘设有一倒角,该倒角与第一斜面或第二斜面连成一体,形成大斜面。
进一步的,任一所述母扣的一端紧邻一公扣设置,另一端则与另一公扣之间形成公扣插接口,且除位于矩形板体端部位置的公扣插接口外,其余公扣插接口的长度不小于公扣的长度。
进一步的,所述公扣的背面设有加强筋。
进一步的,所述矩形板体的长宽比为2∶1。
进一步的,部分第二凸棱条上设有注塑点缺口。
本发明具有如下优点:本发明通过巧妙设置连接扣的结构,不仅能实现滑动扣合,而且还能无需滑动地直接对拼,即第一凸棱条和第二凸棱条可通过第一斜面与第二斜面正向推动实现对拼;并且合理配置了木质装饰板主体的长宽比例,从而使框架木质装饰板可多样化进行拼接,大大丰富了木质装饰板的拼接样式,从而适用于地面、墙面或吊顶的使用。

具体实施方式
如图1至图3所示,本发明的框架木质装饰板,包括矩形板体1、塑胶边框2以及连接扣3,所述塑胶边框2包覆于所述矩形板体1的四周,所述连接扣3一体成型于所述塑胶边框2上.
所述矩形板体1的长宽比为整数比,其中以2∶1为佳;
所述连接扣3包括复数个公扣31和复数个母扣32,位于所述矩形板体1任一边缘的公扣31和对边边缘的母扣32位置对应;这样,随便两块相同的框架木质装饰板都能实现拼接。
主要如图3所示,所述塑胶边框2为两层阶梯结构,包括上层阶梯21和下层阶梯22,且上层阶梯21伸出于下层阶梯22之外;所述公扣31的内端连接于下层阶梯22的侧面和上层阶梯21的背面,外端则凸伸于上层阶梯21之外并由内而外设有第一滑轨311和第一凸棱条312,该第一凸棱条312的外侧面为第一斜面313,第一斜面313延伸至公扣31的最外端;所述母扣32包括由内而外设置的第二滑轨321及第二凸棱条322,该第二凸棱条322设在上层阶梯21的背面,且该第二凸棱条322的外侧面为第二斜面323。
所述上层阶梯21的背面的外边缘设有一倒角212,该倒角212与第二斜面323连成一体,形成大斜面,大斜面会使公扣31和母扣32对拼时减小阻力,使拼接更容易。
任一所述母扣32的一端紧邻一公扣31设置,另一端则与另一公扣31之间形成公扣插接口33,且除位于矩形板体1端部位置的公扣插接口33外,其余公扣插接口33的长度L1不小于公扣31的长度L2。所述公扣31的背面设有加强筋315,以增加公扣31的强度。另外,为了方便注塑成型,部分第一凸棱条312上设有注塑点缺口314。
如图4所示,两块框架木质装饰板的公扣和母扣滑动拼接时,将两块框架木质装饰板的第一凸棱条312从对方的公扣插接口33插入,然后施力使其中一块框架木质装饰板的第一凸棱条312沿着另一块框架木质装饰板的第二滑轨321相对移动,即两块框架木质装饰板分别沿箭头方向施力F,直到该第一凸棱条312完全落入第二滑轨321内,同时,第二凸棱条322也落 入第二滑轨311内,同理,另一块框架木质装饰板也获得相同结果,即完成滑动拼接,由于这种滑动拼接方式的需要滑移空间,并不适宜封闭房间最后两块框架木质装饰板的拼接,而只适宜前期拼接。
如图5所示,两块框架木质装饰板的公扣和母扣对拼时,通过双手施力,即两块框架木质装饰板分别沿箭头方向施力F,使第一斜面313沿第二斜面323相对移动,直到第一凸棱条312落入第二滑轨321内,同时第二凸棱条322也会落入第一滑轨311内,即完成对拼,这种对拼方式的操作空间接近为零,对于一个封闭的房间而言,最后两块框架木质装饰板的拼接,若采用传统的滑动式拼接显然非常困难,而本发明的特殊结构大大方便了最后两块框架木质装饰板的拼接。
再如图6所示,以所述矩形板体1的长宽比为2∶1为例,可实现的拼接方式有多种变化,如,可以象第(1)板与第(2)板那样长边与长边错开对接,或者象第(4)板与第(5)板那样长边与长边正对接,可以象第(1)板与第(5)板那样短边与短边正对接,或者象第(2)板与第(3)板那样长边与短边对接,当多块板时可以形成各种拼接方式,如并列一字形、方块形、回字形、还可以象第(2)、(3)、(5)、(6)那边形成人字形等,如果板的花纹或颜色选择不同的话,则拼出的花样会更多,从而大大丰富了木质装饰板领域的拼接样式。
虽然以上描述了本发明的具体实施方式,但是熟悉本技术领域的技术人员应当理解,我们所描述的具体的实施例只是说明性的,而不是用于对本发明的范围的限定,熟悉本领域的技术人员在依照本发明的精神所作的等效的修饰以及变化,都应当涵盖在本发明的权利要求所保护的范围内。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种可多样化拼接的框架木质装饰板,包括矩形板体、塑胶边框以及连接扣,所述塑胶边框包覆于所述矩形板体的四周,所述连接扣一体成型于所述塑胶边框上;其特征在于:
    所述矩形板体的长宽比为整数比;
    所述连接扣包括复数个公扣和复数个母扣,位于所述矩形板体任一边缘的公扣和对边边缘的母扣位置对应;所述塑胶边框为两层阶梯结构,包括上层阶梯和下层阶梯,且上层阶梯伸出于下层阶梯之外;所述公扣的内端连接于下层阶梯的侧面和上层阶梯的背面,外端则凸伸于上层阶梯之外并由内而外设有第一滑轨和第一凸棱条,该第一凸棱条的外侧面为第一斜面,第一斜面延伸至公扣的最外端;所述母扣包括由内而外设置的第二滑轨及第二凸棱条,该第二凸棱条设在上层阶梯的背面,且该第二凸棱条的外侧面为第二斜面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可多样化拼接的框架木质装饰板,其特征在于:所述上层阶梯的背面的外边缘设有一倒角,该倒角与第二斜面连成一体,形成大斜面。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的可多样化拼接的框架木质装饰板,其特征在于:任一所述母扣的一端紧邻一公扣设置,另一端则与另一公扣之间形成公扣插接口,且除位于矩形板体端部位置的公扣插接口外,其余公扣插接口的长度不小于公扣的长度。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的可多样化拼接的框架木质装饰板,其特征在于:所述公扣的背面设有加强筋。
  5. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的可多样化拼接的框架木质装饰板,其特征在于:所述矩形板体的长宽比为2∶1。
  6. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的可多样化拼接的框架木质装饰板,其特征在于:部分所述第二凸棱条上设有注塑点缺口。
