Abstract
Linvention concerne une poignée pour récipients de cuisson qui comprend une paire dispositifs de serrage supérieur et inférieur permettant lutilisation bidirectionnelle de la poignée indépendamment des directions haut et le bas, et qui peut facilement être saisie lorsque la poignée est couplée à un support de récipient de cuisson ou séparée de ce dernier. Selon un mode de réalisation de linvention désiré, la poignée pour récipients de cuisson est couplée/séparée dun trou de couplage de support qui est collé aux deux côtés dextrémité supérieurs de la paroi extérieure dun récipient de cuisson dont la partie supérieure est ouverte, ladite poignée comprenant : des blocs de corps principal constitués dun bloc supérieur et dun bloc inférieur qui, à partir des directions haut et bas, sont respectivement collés au support, et couplés au moyen dun élément de fixation ; des dispositifs de serrage qui sont installés à lintérieur des blocs de corps principal et comprennent un dispositif de serrage supérieur et un dispositif de serrage inférieur présentant des saillies de fixation respectives à coupler et fixer au trou de couplage du support à partir des côtés supérieur et inférieur respectifs ; une tige de liaison qui relie le dispositif de serrage supérieur et le dispositif de serrage inférieur sur un arbre afin de permettre la rotation sélective de la paire de dispositifs de serrage sous laction dune force externe ; et un élément élastique qui supporte de manière élastique les dispositifs de serrage dans une direction afin de maintenir stablement les saillies de fixation desdits dispositifs de serrage introduites dans le trou de couplage du support.
